[Phone, Case & Earphones]

Miyeong has an iPhone 13 in a baby blue. Her headphones are blue and have a special warm isolation. She mostly used these headphones for ice skating or in winter. Her earphone case is baby blue as well and has a small cloud on it. On the side hangs a small chain with multiple pendants. One pendant, as a eagle eyed fan noticed, has the letters M and S on it. This started speculations on who these letters were standing for.

Her phone case is clear with a blue rim. In her phone case there is a photo chain of her and TXT. Fans have noticed another picture which is never fully seen on posts.

Miyeong's Dorm Room

[Dorm Room]

After TXT moved into their second dorm, Miyeong was Yeonjun’s roommate. Originally she was supposed to have the biggest room with balcony but instead she put her bunnies in it. By 2023 the group has solo rooms. Miyeong has a room that is split into two and separated by full walls. The boys complained that she basically has two rooms and a balcony, but the company didn’t listen. The room that she uses for herself is pretty small and only holds her bed and a desk.

{Bunny Room + Balcony}

The second and clearly bigger room is for her bunnies. She has changed the room and the balcony into a bunny heaven. At first the boys were making fun of it, but Miyeong says that now they often visit the bunnies and play with them. They have 25 square meters of space, and the balcony has been equipped with a floor of real grass as well. Many interviewers have questioned why she has her bunnies in the dorm with her (even before they moved) but she isn’t ashamed of it and is just happy to have happy bunnies close to her.

Miyeong's Pets

Miyeong has 9 bunnies. They lived in her parents house in the rural area around Seoul until TXT moved into their second dorm. Here, the bunnies lived in an old storage room. Now that TXT has solo rooms Miyeong has a room that is split into two by separation wall and the bunnies have the separated room with the balcony. They now have a total room of 25 square meters.

Yuina (Gentleness) & Naoki (Honest)

Yuina and Naoki are Miyeong’s first bunnies. She got them in early 2019 when they were about 2 months old. She named them Yuina (white) which means ‘Gentleness’ and Naoki (brown) which means ‘Honest’. These two are inseparable and love to go on walks with Miyeong. She takes them to the company sometimes. In 2023 they are 4 years old.

Kimi (Righteous) & Kiko (Hope)

Kimi and Kiko are a bit younger than Naoki and Yuina. These two grey babies were born in late 2019 and Miyeong adopted them in early 2020. They are close to inseparable and can go on walks as well. Kimi (darker grey) means ‘righteous’ while Kiko (white-grey) means ‘hope’. In 2023 they are three years old.

Kotaro (Shine)

Kotaro is the oldest of the bunch. He was born in 2018 and Miyeong adopted him in mid-2020 from a shelter. His name means ‘Shine’. He is a lazy bunny and not interested in walks or visiting the company. By 2023 he is 5 years old.

Yayoi (New Life)

Yayoi is born 2021 and Miyeong adopted her in the same year. She is a curious and cuddly bunny. Her name means ‘New Life’. She got attached to Kotaro relatively quickly, which surprised Miyeong. She seems to enjoy annoying him. In 2023 she is 2 years old.

Hayate, Youta & Seiko

The three youngest of the bunch. These three were born in early 2022 and adopted in mid-2022. They are trouble makers. Hayate (black & white) means ‘Sound of the wind’ or ‘hurricane’ which fits his personality, since he is a little whirlwind and troublemaker. Youta (brown) means ‘Sun’ or ‘Sunlight’ which refers to his fur. Seiko (white-grey) means ‘Truth’ or ‘Success’. The three of them often cause trouble and annoy the others, lovingly of course. Miyeong has never taken these three to the company. In 2023 they are one and a half years old.

[Parents – Hwang (Park) Yeong-ja & Hwang Him-chan]

Miyeong’s mother Park Yeongja was born in 1972 to a japanese-korean father and a korean mother. She was born in Ulsan, South Korea but the family moved to Nagoya, Japan in 1979 when Yeongja was 7 years old. Here she lived until she turned 19 years old and had graduated from high school. In 1991 she moved back to her hometown Ulsan in Korea and started to build her own life there as a photographer.

Hwang Himchan, Miyeong’s father, was born in 1973 in Busan, South Korea. He grew up with his korean parents and two older siblings. He graduated from High School in 1992 and went on to study fashion design at Yonsei University.

In 1993 Yeongja was hired for a program at Yonsei University where she met Himchan. They found interest in each other and had a one-night stand. This turned into an unplanned pregnancy for Yeongja and she kind of freaked out.

They both decided to try to work this out together and therefore Yeongja moved to Seoul. In 1993 their first son, Daeseong, was born and they both took part in taking care and raising their son. Through their newborn son they started to get closer and eventually got together in 1995.

Himchan opened his own business in 1996 after finishing his studies at Yonsei. Him and Yeongja got married the same year after finding out, that they were expecting their second child. And in November 1996 their second son, Jiwon, was born.

Himchan’s business was running well and Yeongja had found her place a photographer in his fashion company. They couldn’t have asked for more, when their third and last child was born in 2000. Their only daughter is named Miyeong.

Their daughter quickly showed interest in ice skating and with the support of her parents, she started training professionally with the age of six years old.

Himchan and Yeongja are very supportive of their children’s dreams and hope to make them all possible. While their business is going well, it still doesn’t make them overly rich. Therefore, they live a rather simple life.

{Brothers – Hwang Daeseong & Hwang Jiwon}

Miyeong’s oldest brother Daeseong was born in 1993 and is seven years older than her. He studied computer science and is now working as a ‘IT Project Manager’.

Jiwon is four years older than Miyeong and is born in 1996. He has always shown interest in art and went on to study graphic design. He is now a graphic designer.

Miyeong gets along well with both her brothers. Sadly, they don’t see each other often, since all three of them are quite busy. When they meet each other though, they are very close and goofing around all the time. Miyeong is glad to have such a supportive family and close relationship to her brothers.
