the naumachia : fanart, major twotm book spoilers

the naumachia, before the attack. kinda simplified, actually. more doodley-looking, and on a much smaller scale. but still. it's just a tiny sketch of how i envisioned it before the whole massacre thing.

lmaoo yes i know there were literally thousands on the ships and hundred thousands in the stands. pretend you see this vision please please please and thank you.

this was fun to make. i love the will of the many. i love the characters. i love the world even though i sure as hell do NOT want to live in it. any thoughts? suggestions on what other scenes to draw? i am on a twotm hyperfixtation rn and it is feeding off nothing but desperate content hunting for this lmfao

this doodle is me desperately manifesting that emissa gets a well written character in the next book and she keeps up this slightly evil arc she has going on in the ending pleasepleaseplease i better not see her apologize and get back with vis like sorry but absolutely nottt i cannot accept that for such a banger series and i'd rather sue

anyways i mightttt redraw this at some point in the future (with more details ofc) but we'll have to wait and see if i remember to do that

the will of the many : part one of my simple character doodles !!

before I draw new characters with my main art style, I usually doodle them (really REALLY simply) to familiarize myself with the structure of their faces. I have some complex TWOTM fanarts cooking up, but in the mean time, I'll doodle more characters like these !!

if i do make more twotm art, i might post it on my insta @/almond_alexu because i have decided i must feed my hierarchy series people

here's belli !! i tried adding her missing finger that got bitten off but like i completely forgot which one it was. so if i'm wrong please pretend you don't notice.

ok so i randomly decided to slowly try drawing each of the main twotm cast individually, while each of them are doing something. for belli, i picked foundation. idk who i'm drawing next (pretty sure it's aequa but my adhd brain cannot make such promises) (who knows maybe i'll spontaneously decide to draw ulciscor or estevan or some random object again) (gasp... a transect!!) 

i'm so sorry to say that tumblr killed the quality and the bright colors SO bad BUT i hope you like it anyways !!
