Gluttony Is Not Just Excessive Eating
Yes, it is a main component of gluttony, but that's not all it is!
(And yes, this is also in response to people complaining about how Helluva Boss's Queen Bee-lzebub is not fat despite representing the sin of Gluttony)
Gluttony's etymology originates from the Latin word gluttire meaning "to gulp." This is to emphasize how someone can over-indulge in food and drink.
While gluttony's base definition focuses on the act of overeating and overdrinking, it is also important to note how people overeat and overdrink.
Many church leaders dating back to the Middle Ages have expanded on gluttony in one way or another. But the most popular interpretation comes from St. Thomas Aquinas's Summa Theologica. He goes over 5 different ways that gluttony can tempt us!
Laute – eating food that is too luxurious, exotic, or costly
Studiose – eating food that is excessive in quality (too daintily or elaborately prepared)
Nimis – eating food that is excessive in quantity (too much)
Praepropere – eating hastily (too soon or at an inappropriate time)
Ardenter – eating greedily (too eagerly)
The fact that there are at least 5 different ways gluttony can be interpreted is already incredible enough.
But it is also important to note that the first 3 ways focus more on the eating of food while the last 2 focus more on the speed in which food is consumed. Also, the food in question doesn't just refer to quantity, but quality of food can be seen as gluttonous too!
So, with that out of the way, how does this all relate back to Queen Bee?
⚠ SPOILERS FOR HELLUVA BOSS SEASON 1 EPISODE 8 ⚠
Throughout both the song "Cotton Candy" and the majority of the party itself, she encourages her guests to eat and drink to their heart's content.
Whether that be enlarging their food, offering giant kegs, or raining candy down on the guests, there is no doubt to anyone that she is encouraging gluttony from her guests. (At least, in the party-girl hedonistic approach and not to feed one's sadness like in the case of Blitzo).
Since excessive food and drink can often make a person feel good, I like the idea of an extroverted party-girl representing gluttony. And she is a fun character with both her performance and making sure her guests are well entertained and taken care of. It's honestly a refreshing take on the deadly sin.
The main point here: you do not have to be fat to be gluttonous.
As long as you have the core concepts of inspiring gluttony, I think that's all that really matters in the end, and Queen Bee knocks it out of the park.
And lastly, while this might be a headcanon more than anything else, I bet all of that dancing and flying is amazing exercise.
If she is putting that much effort into her performances and parties, she must be moving around a ton to organize, rehearse, and interact with everyone. So, if people out there really need a reason to why she is not fat, that's just my thought.
Anyways, thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. I honestly just wanted to rant to get it out of my system.
Feel free to let me know your thoughts! I'm sure there is probably more about the topic that could be covered by others but I just wanted to rant about my perception of it all. Thank you!

Honestly, the more you talk about it, the more I want to hear about Endeavour's PR. Who's on it, like, number of people? What is their main stance before Enji starts turning his life around? What do they fight him on? Which specific thing finally gets him to fire them? Plus, which poor sap finds himself suddenly going from note-taker to head of PR (you know there had to be at least 1 decent person in there that never got promoted, but actually supports what Enji's trying to do).
HONESTLY LIEK
it's fuckin.
Enji kinda has just. Hired PR people in general and gave bare-minimum instructions and trusted them to know what they're doing. So it's a combo of letting them have free rein on things he doesn't feel he has time for (like letting them handle every time the media accuses him of having an affair or having a bastard child, overall management of his twitter page), or taking their advice on ways to improve his image in the eyes of the public(this can range from 'covering gray hairs' to 'fielding which charity events he attends as he can't go to all of them').
But ofc this has kinda swung into the PR team kinda.... either assuming his wants/viewpoints to make statements, and/or them telling him what's 'right' based on their own feelings vs. what he wants. And Enji is just dealing with so much else and the whole point of hiring them was 'handle this so I don't have to' that he rarely checks in to keep an eye on things. (which is how he doesn't know gay people exist even though the last like 4 years have been spent with the media accusing him of having an affair with Hawks lmao).
And I have two thoughts on things where the PR team acts without Enji's permission that leads to a complete 'scrap the fuckers and start over with more checks in place'. Like there's /more/ on the whole, but these are the only two I have specific thoughts on
One is- I have a specific scene planned out for this where it's Enji gets dragged out with Midnight and Snipe's drinking night, and this is post-finding out about gay people which those two are aware of him being queer. So they're suddenly getting notifications of his twitter posting something even though he's right there and not on his phone so they're like 'uh you might wanna check this out'.
Enji's kinda surprised because usually the PR team does get /some/ permission before speaking for him, did kinda say 'yeah just handle certain things without notifying me'. And it takes him a minute to even realize what they posted as, having only known gay people exist for like a month, isn't up to date on subtle homophobic phrases like 'traditional family values'.
ofc he immediately borrows Midnight's phone to use her twitter and post a response video of 'fuck off, my PR team posted that and I will be talking to them because I am here for the lgbt community'.
Which yeah opens up him investigating into that and finding subtle and less-than-subtle things that they've been doing for his image. And while it might have /technically/ helped keep his popularity up, it does against things he thinks are right.
And the second incident is bigger which is. Idk if he finds out through investigation or if Natsuo says it after Enji has worked to gain back some trust but like.
A little bit after Toya first 'died', Natsuo did try to go for exposing the fact that Enji is a bad parent and trying to get that info out to the media and like get cps involved and such. But the PR team caught wind of it and shut it down HARD. Very guilt-tripping, threatening, and even bringing the Commission into this situation to prove to the kid that nothing would be done, and if he continued to try then, well. The middle child isn't usually missed all that much.
Enji is. Very. Very pissed at this. The not telling him, the fact that they threatened his kid to preserve his image. The fact that this contributed to some of the family drama because Natsuo assumed Enji knew and had them cover for him when, again, he had no idea at all and would've taken Natsuo's grievances a hell of a lot more seriously if he did.
It's. It's a LOT.

june's drabble poll!!
well it's not TRULY a cee comeback if i'm not reviving the monthly drabble polls where all the stans tear each other apart and i watch behind the scenes with a thing of popcorn while stroking an evil cat on my lap
if you're new here and have no idea what this is or if you just don't remember how this works (tbh i also forgot how it worked for a second but it's okay i figured it out) here's a quick breakdown of what's happening:
drabble polls take place at the beginning of each month where you guys get to choose what you'd like to read because we are a TEAM and i can't pull all the weight around here c'mon now
there are always four options! usually it's one newbie and three of your already existing favourite characters but sometimes i spice things up just for the drama <3 (as you'll see in this poll)
each character gets three chances to win before they get tossed into the bye bye bin!! for example if i plunk advicecolumnist!joon into the poll for june, july, AND august and he still doesn't come out on top in all three then i will have to fire him unfortunately (but there is still potential for him to have baby drabbles)
votes will always take place on my twitter!! i don't count any votes that come into the inbox so please do not drown my inbox because i can't swim D: and also voting is live about ten minutes after i post the options here on tumblr!
i think that's it but u know where to find me if you have any questions <3
feels so good to be back!! let's do this!! here are your drabble options for this month (even though we're already nearing the end of june but shhhh):
🖤 option one:
following the devastating, extremely emotional breakup with jimin, it takes everything within you to not burst into tears in front of everyone when word on the grapevine says he went out on a date with nayeon over the weekend.
balletteacher!jiminiverse;
sfw // hurts-so-bad-but-that's-what-makes-it-good angst!
featuring a fragile y/n trying her best to keep it together and a stubborn jimin trying his best to make it seem like he's unbothered!
🗞️ option two:
namjoon's the head of a popular love and sex advice column and he receives at least a hundred different letters a day, so you decide to (jokingly but also very seriously) send one in to ask for advice on how to handle a big-time crush you have on someone... that someone being him.
advicecolumnist!namjoon (newbie!!);
sfw // honk honk humour! soft soft fluff!
featuring hardworking coffee girl y/n who's pretty much willing to do anything to get handsome namjoon's attention!
⛱️ option three:
it's summer time, which means it's jungkook's time to shine... and after all this time, y/n still doesn't know how to deal with the amount of attention he gets as his reputation as the hot, sexy, omg-i-want-him-so-bad lifeguard.
lifeguard!jungkookiverse (returning to my wattpad roots to honour 2018!cee bc i've been too hard on her lately);
sfw // honk honk humour! soft soft fluff!
featuring a flustered y/n trying to contain the green-eyed monster inside of her and an oblivious as ever jungkook!
🍹 option four:
putting on a smile while watching ji-eun cuddle up to jungkook is already hard enough, but when y/n is (reluctantly) invited to come to jimin's massive end-of-semester party, she can't help but feel even more out of place.
smitten!jungkookiverse (calling all my feral smitten fans...)
sfw // honk honk humour! i-want-to-rip-my-lashes-out angst!
featuring a tipsy jimin finally letting y/n know why he doesn't like her and a long awaited important conversation between y/n and jungkook!
here's the link to my twitter to place your vote! (don't be shy, click the follow button hehe)
as always the poll will expire in two days which gives you an ample amount of time to think about which universe you'd like to step into this month!!
cee <3

In light of the recent Limbus shitshow, are you still gonna finish up library of runia or are you just done with Projmoon?
Well I can't refund it so the least I can do is play it - but I don't plan on publishing my lobcorp video that's about 2-3 hours long for the time being. I probably won't resume streaming Ruina however.
It leaves a bad taste in my mouth if people would use a labour of love of mine to say "hey look there's something good here", I know there is something good there - but the CEO and his unquestionably stupid decisions makes the game impossible to talk about. I'm gonna be honest as far as boycotts go you and I probably know people who play league, overwatch or cod or something (maybe) or play something from a company with just as bad of practices that are either not as publicised or simply too far in the past for people to care.
I don't expect people to boycott nor do I think it's the bare minimum standard, people I know, especially those with larger platforms refuse to post about it even if they do play it or still keep up with it but yeah it's basically branded as a game now because of the controversy.
The thing about boycotts a lot of the time and I know this will be kind of bizarre to hear but I think they're very aesthetic in nature in that a lot of people usually clamour for them when they have less stakes in the matter so it's much easier to put pressure on others to do something they would not do for League (Riot Games), or Overwatch (Activision Blizzard).
This exact scenario has actually arisen with people talking about the game in that way and honestly it's not even like a what-aboutism kind of thing it's like, people really do not truly care about the ethics of the situation a lot of the time and many others simply do not know when they make their game-playing decisions, so it's really difficult to get mad about in most cases. That said, this game is niche enough where people probably know, but I wont assume their reasons for playing. Some people, however, are reveling in the backlash about the game bc they're not real fans or something for being upset about seemingly capitulating to reactionaries. This exchange I saw earlier honestly boggled my mind lmao - when the dog whistle is loud as fuck.
We don't have the complete facts, but unlike the nuance enjoyers on youtube & twitter that doesn't automatically mean I'm obligated to financially support a company because I obviously am concerned about the broader company and their job security.
On one hand it makes me frustrated beyond all belief that the decision makers (because lets be real falsely assigning blame to the artists, programmers, writers etc. at pmoon that aren't in a decision making role) are stupid that their art has to be undermined. Yeah, I don't doubt that there is more to the situation but if you make a tweet saying "we didn't do shit and we will sue u lol" and then announce a new banner the next day of course people are going to think you're a slimy company.
I'll put it like this anon: I might enjoy LCorp & Ruina privately at the very least, but Limbus is probably the most embarassing piece of media to be openly associated with, especially when you have people reveling in that a lot of women & lgbt+ members are going to be "filtered out" of the company by what they're reductively describing as "drama". Whether people boycott or not is up to them, but I'm waiting to see if they just brush it aside and pretend like nothing happened over time - I won't spend or post about the game, but I expect we won't actually see a genuine resolution until Canto IV ends and they realized that they didn't actually net anything from firing the artist or capitulating to an audience that will just as soon threaten their financial stability the moment they're validated for having achieved this outcome once before.
It's completely embarassing to be an open project moon fan right now, and honestly I could care less whose comfort media it is, I don't really care what they post or like - for me personally, this ordeal is so shameful that a video I worked hundreds of hours on is probably never seeing the light of day. That's about the gist of how I feel about how icky it is to even bother talking about their games. Fanart is one thing I guess, maybe I'll rb some from time to time, but honestly yeah I don't feel like making anything PMoon related pretty much until we have clear cut facts and if we never get it then yeah I'll just make peace with the reality and stop caring about Project Moon.
To answer your overall question, I probably won't bother making anything anything content wise for the game or even bother talking about it outside of DMs with my friends because yeah it's pretty much embarassing as fuck to even associated with this world. I think the art here is good, in terms of its writing & the artstyles of each of the games, I respect what is made there - but unfortunately we're the laughing stock of every other gacha community & honestly Idec about the hypocrisy of it all, I'm just astounded that they keep making it worse without ever really getting to the heart of the backlash. For LCorp & Ruina fans specifically I feel for them because it's not like they could've ever foreseen that this whole gacha endeavour would send everything up in smoke.
As for being Project Moon's strongest soldier (joking), I have less than zero interest in promoting their work until I have a decent confidence of vellmori's side (which I suspect is not even known because of either unknown factors, or a generic NDA that prevents them from commenting on their contract termination, not that unusual, especially if some kind of severance package is offered alongside it). Basically, I don't want to do any heavy lifting, even though I don't have that big of an audience, it just feels gross to bring them money when KR fans are outwardly begging other fanbases to stop playing and whether you do or not is up to you, but I'm personally just waiting till they shoot themselves in the foot enough times to completely walk away from this community/world. I do think that expecting everyone to express a deep remorse about a situation they did not create nor can they really control for the time being and self-flagellate about it is stupid though.
Hope vellmori & the pmoon staff get an equitable outcome out of all of this because as mad as I am I'm not so selfish as to think that having a dumb boss means you should have no job.
tl;dr - I don't want to openly associate with the "brand" even if the company =/= the community, it still feels weird, but that is just my own choice. I don't expect others to boycott. I'm waiting to see what happens, but judging by the reactionary replies to the latest banner it's probably nothing good in our future if Limbus survives this ordeal - since you will mostly have people who revel in the exodus of LGBT+ & women from the fandom.

Girl, im in the same boat as you. After the pandemic, things are finally starting to pick up pace for me and I began this year busier than ever. My twitter account was starting to collect dust and spiderwebs, and I said ok, perhaps this is it. It may be time for me to find a different hyper fixation or a new hobby. But these bitches saw me walking out the door and pulled me back in. See? Now this is why I got into kpop. It takes so little to make a woman's heart soften, and yet most days I had to sit through the most unhinged and boring drama ever. Listen, I just wanna be entertained, is that too much to ask?
Well, today it looks like my prayers have been answered. I woke up to some delicious baemin content. Loved that they showed us a little bit of the rehearsal, and have you seen how jimin talks to his hyung? I don't know how taeyang deals with the urge to pick him up and take him home. He's so strong and brave 🫡 then we finally got the live jimin has been promising since last year and i cant believe he keeps getting prettier and cuter every time i see him. How can a grown ass man be that cute and lovely? And he keeps talking about how much he's working and all the things he's preparing... honestly I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but really when it comes to jimin i cant help but get excited. And then, jk's weird ass back at it again! which i was especially glad for because I missed his live yesterday AND with the addition of jimin's comments?? he really got me feeling things ngl I was giggling and kicking my feet, I can't say I wouldn't pay them money just to see jimin tie jungkook's hair. I'm just a girl you know...
So yeah, just like that, I missed a good chunk of my morning looking for translations and staring at my phone like a dumbass. Maybe some other day i will find a more productive way to waste my time, but for now it looks like I'll stick around 😮💨
Girl!
We're having almost the same experience 👀
In my case, I don't need another hyper fixation or anything. I've had enough of such intensities since 2020, but as you said, mostly it's just witnessing mindless drama and the usual bullshit. And on top of that, in terms of the music and other content, what is there left for now? I've been through almost everything BTS. I'm not gonna write about the same thing until I get grey hair. Which means I'm left with paying attention to the solo projects. And since life's too short for me to spend time writing or watching what people do, especially if I don't care much about them, I'm left with the biases. Jungkook is on a break (those saying he's not getting work because the company doesn't offer him opportunities are simply demented) and the only one left is Jimin. And his solo work is starting to pick up and it's really the only relevant thing right now for me.
The problem is that it's become a habit. Keeping up to date through social media, which means that as much as I try to avoid it, I still have to see things and people against my own will and I'm too far into this thing and in my life in order to pretend that I still want to pay attention and write about it. I mean, lately I've made my position even clearer than it was before because it just doesn't matter at the end of the day. I'm in a speeding train caught on fire and at some point I will have to jump. Because I know what awaits me out there. Instead of reading and debating daily fandom bullshit, I can dedicate more of my time to watching films and pick up my dusty books from the library, knowing that there's no way I can be as disappointed as I feel after 2 hours in bts/fandom spaces. I need that dose in order to remind myself that there are things that bring me joy and I don't have to witness stupid people writing nonsense on twitter.
I also have fun here, with its ups and downs. But there's the risk of becoming repetitive and that's the death of passion. No thank you.
And then there's days like this in which it's fun again, starting with that performance rehearsal and ending it so nicely. I missed it. Like you said, I want to be entertained. That's all. And that includes everything, from frivolous aspects like watching JK eat chicken on a vlive, to a song release, a Fashion Week appearance or putting out a fascinating portfolio.

OH oh goddamn *finger snaps like at a slam poetry reading* brb i need to grab my marshmallows so i can roast them over this fire.
you said it. every. word. damn. i have nothing to add. i agree with everything. and i think it's perfectly fine we talk about this stuff here where it doesn't directly impact them nor does it stir up drama with the bebé's in the mosh pit. so i don't think you're a hypocrite and i will throw a drop bear at anyone who says otherwise.
lmfao "aww, you're upset i'm fucking your man? TOO BAD WOMP WOMP" the way I just pissed myself laughing rn. im such a private person when it comes to my personal life, especially when i'm in a relationship. bc im also a bit protective/possessive of my mans. like not in a toxic way, but definitely in a 'his wellbeing is priority no.1.' if i was dating anyone who had some kind of following, i would want to protect his privacy and always ask him before posting something with him in it. bc you know damn well i'd be feeding his fanbase and they'd be eating good.
a little possessive/protectiveness is alright if it isn't toxic. it's hot when a guy is like 'you're mine and i'm yours and i will protect that with my whole life.' but when it starts interfering with day to day life or starting fights, then it's unhealthy.
xplr me daddy shirts coming soon! tumblr users get early access, free shipping, and 15% off. use code: aussie15 - aussie anon
exactly. i like that this is a space that snc aren't on, and we can come here and say what we want without the fear of snc (for the most part) seeing it. i also feel like out of all the platforms, bc this side of the fandom runs a bit older (usually 20+), we're actually able to have discussions without it getting too crazy.
and if snc see anything on here, it's bc they searched for it. on twitter and insta, they can't help what they see. but here… they would have to purposefully search to find things about them and at that point you kinda deserve to see stuff lol
i mean personally i am a relatively private person, but i'm also someone that would shout it from the rooftops if i had a significant other. if i'm proud of you, i'm your biggest cheerleader. so it would be hard for me to not post anything. and in the hypothetical, if i was dating sam or colby (or whoever really), of course i would ask first if it was okay to post things. but i will add, i don't do well when ppl tell me what to do with my life, so if i had a bunch of asshole fans in my dms telling me i wasn't good enough…. let's just say for every comment like that, another picture of me making out with colby would be posted lmao
and yesssss. a little bit of protectiveness and possessiveness is hot. there is a layer to it. but once you cross the threshold of "you can't go out wearing that, you can't see this guy, don't look at anyone else" shit like that. oh FUCK no and FUCK you lol
at that point, that's a you problem, buddy. i'm not the one being jealous and weird and dictator-y. get help, bc that shit RUINS healthy relationships so fast.
and good, i love a good discount sksksk

It's a disaster through and through. This is a long one so please hear me out.
If I wrote this shit in my exams I would get 0 points simply because of how this was structured, or rather how it wasn't. It is one block text, and while the topics are pretty divided I cannot see how it was written to be anything but provocation. Too many topics in one place, some that might have nothing to do with one another(the doxxing, I'll come back to this later.), and some that should not be put on public. (Quackity going no contact) One of my biggest pet peeves in online discourse is how texts are written with no rhyme or reason, just word vomit like in a Discord server's vent channel. Not to mention that this was an unfortunate time to post this.
The fire between the Usmp community and the Qsmp fandom was starting to die down, no one would have said shit if he kept the server the same as he planned because there was no way it was precisely the same. Sometimes people have the same idea at the same time. Happens, whatever. He didn't need to bring it up. Dream has stirred up drama that the communities have already started to put to rest.
In the post Dream also addresses the fact that he has been getting harassed, doxxed, and threatened. Of course, I feel sorry for him, and in that regard, I wish him and especially his family the best, but the fact that he mentions it in the same post he specifically speaks about Quackity and even mentions his name instead of just referring to the Qsmp can lead to connections that should not be made. Quackity had nothing to do with Dream getting harassed, he might not even have known, especially when he doesn't interact with Dream, and by extension maybe his content and comment sections, if he doesn't have to. We can debate if Quackity should have said something (in my opinion he should have) but it isn't his fault. In fact, I don't remember either of them speaking up about the other Dsmp members(or even their fanbases) being harassed. To make matters worse Dream talking about both topics in the same thread makes it seem like he's implying that Quackity is at fault for the attacks when there is no evidence that he is, no mentions of people wearing Quackity merch whatsoever. Quackity is not at fault, and chances are he might not even have known.
He also talks about how he tried to contact Quackity and Quackity didn't respond. This usually means the person who doesn't answer doesn't want to interact. The fact is we can't be 100% sure why, but everyone with connections to youtube, Tiktok, Twitter, or even Tumblr should know a good reason to go no contact with Dream. He is an alleged groomer. I know that we can't know for sure whether he's innocent or not, but that also means that Quackity has decided that he simply doesn't want to be friends with someone who might have directly harmed others. Furthermore, we don't know what either has said off-camera. Shit can happen. Even if nothing happened, I do not fault Quackity for not wanting to interact with Dream, an alleged groomer. I feel like many are forgetting or dismissing that fact and the number of allegations and drama Dream has on his track record.
I am with Quackity on this one. His crime was staying silent and out of someone else's life, he didn't openly communicate to hate Dream, but I don't think he wants to be friends either.
I'm not going to say much to answer this ask just cause it's a topic I'm not rlly the one to talk abt with.
But one thing is that Quackity didn't stop talking to Dream after Dreams allegations. Just a while after Squid Craft they were still on stream together being good friends. And that was long after the allegations started. So there must have been another reason. Just an observation.
And I don't agree with you statement that the whole drama was dying down. My timeline was still full of people doxxing and threatening each other over this stupid discourse.
Of course Quackity is not at fault. Nobody can deny that. He surely did not know what was happening to Dreams family or Dream himself unless Dream specifically told him. Which I can't rlly see happening.
There's no more for me to say tbh. I can't really give my opinion on this but I've read it.

When you thought things have cooled off again someone has to whack the anti-beehive yet again and call out pro shippers 😑
Hope nothing is thrown in your way but I am truly amazed by how well you deal with this here! Really if I wasn’t so terrified of being targeted with harassment not only supporting you (even if my thoughts on shipping are a little bit different <not into ships but everyone should be free to ship whatever if it’s making them happy and they don’t actively hurt others>) but also agreeing with you on so many topics that you’ve shared.
I know there must be more people out there just too afraid of the harassment that they could receive but agreeing as well! Keep up the good fight and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!
I knew it! I knew there had to be some sort of drama going on somewhere I didn't know about. This morning, somebody sent me this message out of the blue that said, "You're disgusting. Don't reblog my art. Being autistic doesn't make you a terrible person." They then blocked me. This individual is a Volo artist who does reasonably good sketches but not good on backgrounds. I habitually reblogged their stuff because they are a committed Volo fanatic.
Out of curiosity, I went on the Volo Nation Discord to ask this person what that message was all about. I jokingly said something like, "The sneaky little spiders of the SJW whisper network must have started some drama. The traffic on my blog ebbs and flows because of this, and now recently, I'm at a descent". Whisper networks would be useful if the women involved called out actual rapists and sexual predators, but amongst the radical left, they're usually petty (fake males) biological females who gossip about people who disagree with them politically.
What do you know, but my intuition was right! -Turns out the message wasn't about autistic people at all. A bunch of them got pissed about my transgendered stance and had a cabal in a locked Discord channel. I got bombarded by the girlies (who will assuredly grow up someday and fall into heteronormative lifestyles) who all had to tell me about how they were 'non-binary' and whatever crap. I told them I was bored and left. When I peeked in just now, I noticed they booted me, which is fine because the algorithm on Twitter is better at throwing me good Volo art.
Srsly tho, transgendered people are BORING. Nobody gives a damn about transgendered people except other transgendered people. Nobody cares about your snowflake gender, unless you are super hot like the God-Emperor of Fuckableness. Then you can say whatever goofy shit you want, like, *flips hair* "I'm Giratina-gendered, and someday I'm going to subjugate the power of Arceus and kill every last mother fucker on this entire planet!" *does cute little skip*
Emmet: *eyes pointing off in different directions* That's really interesting honey! *pats ass* You can do whatever you want, and later you can throw on that cute chiffon tunic with the shoulders cut out so I can run my autistic trains gendered man meat down your subway tunnel. Keep some ice packs handy!
Anyway, where was I. Oh yeah, transgendered people are boring af. It's no wonder people in most of the fandoms I'm in have nothing better to write about than stupid werewolf porn because they can't think of actual good stories. Worrying about genders is the equivalent of how boring people with no personalities have to dye their hair funky colors and get piercings to be interesting. My guy Dabi is like that. His douchebag dad Endeavor didn't let him go to school and build character, so now he had nothing better to talk about than how many piercings he has on his dick, or how he likes to start fires, or how he wants to murder his douchebag dad for ruining his life. At least he isn't so boring all he wants to talk about is his stupid fake gender because he doesn't look like the kind of guy who gives af about what people think of him.

what do you mean by “all characters are grown up” in your art?
Hello, I am tired of having to explain myself to everyone one by one :(
In short words: since I was a teenager artist, I loved drawing south park characters, but never liked having to draw literally kids doing extreme stuff like "dark humor", riding motorcycles, handleling fire, etc etc... so I always drawn them grown up. please PLEASE look at my art on instagram, I usually post more there and there's a HUGE difference between my kids/teenage art vs adult art. The anatomies are totally different to start off. When I draw kids/teenage I rather draw cute things. When I illustrate characters that are doing extreme stuff like riding bulls, getting an extreme crush on or dating, I rather make my characters grown up, because fictional adults can handle those fictional moments.
I PLEASE BEG beg you personally to please look up my art, see the huge difference between my art focused on kids/teenagers vs adults.
And PLEASE please I don't feel well to keep explaining to everyone :( I frel very heaft broken since that online harrasment on Twitter, I felt guilty of things that I wasn't suppose to feel giilty about, I always loved 90s humor from Cartoon Network, my inspiration comes from there.
I am trying to draw, but I feel like a harsh feeling inside my chest everytime, because I feel afraid again to get judged.
I am sorry if I haven't defended myself. I was too in shock, depressed and paralyzed. I am dealing with triggering things on irl and seeing my happy place torn down really left me a "homeless" feeling inside. Rottmnt was the only thing I basically lived for and got distracted in this cute little fantasy world I was happy about.
Now if you think drawing grown up characters is sexualizing them, well you're wrong. You don't need to make fake rumors of "borderline fetishes" or weird things. I wasn't sexualizing my fanart. I draw nsfw stuff, but is clearly I just draw my own OC's or my friends ones. I know my purpuses when I draw fanart and let me clear that I only want to make comedy and funny things to brighten up someone's day who enjoys the charactes so much as I do.
They've made me a horrible impression of me, I feel ashamed some people met me because of that drama and I want to personally apologize everyone one by one.
I am not going to lie, I feel very very heartbroken, but despite all those rotten moments, there was still lots of support and love. I THANK YOU so much guys, with tears, seriously!!! ❤
So PLEASEE anons on tumblr, I don't want more questions that I have to explain myself this way, because is awkward and makes me feel attacked like what happened on twitter :( maybe I could answer much sweeter in the future after the adrenaline inside me leaves, but I am not going to lie, I felt attacked reading this question, even it doesn't have a second intentiom behind it.

Ok, for those wondering, this is mostly a rp account. I might post my art on here sometimes but I'd honestly much rather rp.
Edit: Yes I rp nsfw/smut stuff as well but I make sure to ask before doing it.
If the person I'm doing a rp with is uncomfortable with the nsfw/smut stuff, I will do my best to avoid mention of the topic or anything within the topic.
If the person is comfortable with it, I will ask for what they are uncomfortable with in the nsfw/smut topic so I can make sure to avoid mention of the stuff that makes them uncomfortable.
I also make sure that the one's I rp with are having a good day.
If they aren't, I will offer more of a fluff smut/nsfw rp to help them feel better.
There's not much I can do other than listen but I will do my best to comfort who I'm talking with until they are ready to rp.
If they reject the offer, I will understand and stop all rp's with said person and at least lend an ear for if they wish to vent about their problems.
Edit 2: I might rp nsfw/smut stuff but that doesn't mean you have to rp that all the time.
If you want to rp Sfw with fluff and angst then ask for it!
I'm willing to rp Sfw stuff but I will need help with the scenario and story.
I want to try and extend my rp's beyond just regular smut/nsfw that I usually do.
Edit 3: Ok, let me tell you a few things about myself!
1st off, if we ever meet irl, know that I'm rather chubby and I don't know my own strength according to my mom. So if you want a hug, you'll have to let me know if you need air and/or if you want me to give gentle hugs instead of big hugs with a good squeeze.
2nd, I'm a stimmer. I'm not sure how much I stim or if I stim in a different way than what I already know. You know the old aphmau hide and seek videos, still upset that she became a channel for babies, and Dream's manhunt videos? Whenever I feel like things are getting intense, one of my legs starts to kick around as if a dog, me being the dog in this case, is getting an itch they couldn't get scratched and my right hand starts to basically do jass hands but much quicker and more up and down without the fingers going straight.
3rd, expect me to be online almost 24/7 and usually respond quickly. If I don't respond quickly, I'm either asleep, getting food or something to drink, doing homework aka hell online, or helping my family with something.
4th, I may or may not vent about things that happened to me in the past whenever I'm feeling down. Like how one time my younger sister called me a whiny bitch.
5th, my favorite food is fried chicken. The kind I like the most is from Arby's when you buy their nuggets. Seriously, those things make chicken nuggets from other restaurants look pathetic in size!
6th, my favorite colors as of rn are baby blue and a sort of deep royal purple but it's like on a fuzzy blanket that you just want to cuddle up with your favorite plush and/or scrunkly and just cuddle and nap after a long day. I also like winter cabins with a soft fire glow as in a color palette sort of thing.
7th, I tend to ramble so that's another reason why I might not respond quickly. It would be me taking a long time to type what I want to say.
8th and last I think, I do rp but you don't have to rp if you don't want to. This is basically referencing to my og pinned post.
Hope you have a nice day/night! (I'm in Mountain Time USA.)
Note; I can't really hold conversations that well unless we are talking about how we want things to go down in a rp.
Also, I refuse to reveal my age due to old Twitter drama that I'm still recovering from.
I will, however, reveal my true age on my birthday during December 30th 2022.
Please understand and DO NOT start drama over my real age.

A Generational study of Misha's wackydoodle fanbase.
This was the first post I ever did, on my blog. The post did very well, and that was because the hellers were reblogging and adding their own captions to the post, and other dumber hellers were leaving a like. So essentially they were creating traffic for my post without realizing it. Because their nasty fingerprints are all over this post, I want to repost an edited version with updated information and less typos. I remembered this post because of this interesting comment.
''In Twitter, in their own words, they have from 2 up 10 accounts. A lot of free time, I assume. I barely have time to enter tumblr xD''
Immediately, the Profound Bonds census came to mind. I remember seeing a prominent amount of children. And on one page, there was only one 37 year old. I was surprised. I wish I could use a screenshot of that page, but the hellers deleted the entire census. I wonder why. The above comment and the census, is the reason I am reposting an amended version of this.
Enjoy!
Impassioned fans can be very annoying. Like any fanatic, [in the words of Spike Milligan] they don't enjoy their favorite art. They suffer from it. However, most of the time, you find a way to chill with them, and you will be able to have a conversation about something or the other. You might even share their enthusiasm, unless they start behaving creepily and nauseating you. The hellers are the latter breed of freak. They are the creepiest, most nauseating but most mobilized and active part of this fandom, because they have a hierarchy that operates their entire system. There are influencers and drones. Seeing an influencers will give you the impression that hellers are a group of grown women, however, that is not the case. Only the influencer are older. The drones are young. Sometimes painfully young.
Understanding slash is one of the things that allowed me to understand why these people are so subservient towards Misha, and why they never question him. There are other factors like his cult leader behavior, however, there is a particular group that he targets and he uses social media to do it. Slash is almost a century old. And each generation behaved in a specific way, regarding slash fiction. The earlier generations were very covert. It may have had something to do with modesty. It may also have had something to do with “outsiders ruining our fun”. As far as Supernatural is concerned, three generations of slash fans are represented.
I am using the word generation here, from a marketing demographic perspectives, because this seems like the most sensible way to categorize slash fans. Believe me, I am fully aware I am over simplifying this. I am trying to write a short blog. In no way, am I throwing shade at your generation. I just like mine the most. lol!!!
There are three major generations in this fandom, that indulge in slash fiction:
Generation X: These are slash fans born between 1965 and 1979.
Generation Y aka Millenials: These are slash fans born between 1980 and 1994.
Generation Z aka Centennials: These are slash fans born after 1994.
Generation X is that last generation of classic slashers. This is a covert group that doesn’t like to share its artworks and works of fiction with outsiders. If they remained underground and secret forever, they wouldn’t mind. And if that mindset remained, nobody would even know that slash fiction exists. As a member of this generation, I wish that things had stayed this way, but understand that society changes. Its evitable. Gen Xers usually don’t ship just one pair because it would seem a little foolhardy to pin all your slashy happiness on one pair that you put together. There are plenty of pretty fish in the sea and we tend to mix 'n match. There may be pairings we will like more than others, but generally speaking, we don't have issues with working through a cast like a buffet and enjoying different pairings.
Younger generations of J2 fans were influenced by this generation's writings and therefore share the same opinions. If there are any destiel shippers in this group, three suppositions are likely. First, they are either, hidden away from social media and don't know about this death threat drama, and they don't have any frenzied love for destiel where it blinds them. Misha is not influencing them via social media either. They have a life and destiel is just their pass time. Or, they are influencers who are older and therefore that sway the minds of younger people. I theorize, however, that most of the destiel shippers in this generation deserted the ship and moved on.
The Y generation or millenial brought two changes to slash fiction. From a western standpoint, this generation started to become inclusive and politically correct, making their work LGBT oriented rather than hetero/bi female oriented to the detriment of the artform. The greatest irony is that mpreg [the last remnance of femininity] was born at the tail end of this generation. My previous theory about this group was wrong. I thought they were a quiet group. But no. All the Lua Jame's, Janelle's and Exorcising Emily's are coming this group. This means that the influencers, the first users of social media in other words, are from this generation. Perhaps, the normal non-criminal thinking, nice destiel shippers come from this generation too.
Generation Z or centennials are the youngest generation, making them the least experienced, with the least filter. They don’t think before they speak, but boy do they have a lot to say. They tend to use social justice and politics to push the validity of their ship. They are like junkies when it comes to their ship and Misha Collins is the only dealer they have. They look for other dealers which is why they tend to ask all and sundry, what their opinion is with regard to destiel.
They based their opinion of that person, on how that person responds to destiel. Its like a pothead who only likes people who say that smoking pot is ok. And if that person is indifferent to destiel, they will collectively attack that individual. The only reason is because they are young. Its only when I looked at their census, that I realized that many of them are as young as 13. So most of them are children. In Misha's heller army, these kids are the soldiers, bashing Jensen and Jared online and voting for Misha to win an award. Lets hope their taste chances as they grow.
Misha and his influencer, have convinced these people that what they feel is true, and because they are still young, they don't know any better. Even a non heller might feel insulted by this analysis of an entire generation but believe me. I am not critiquing you. I am merely pointing out that your brain doesn't fully develop until you hit 40. You are not a child, I concur. But you are not a complete adult. Get to my age, look back at life, and realize how many times circumstances forced you to change your opinion about various subjects. I wager that about ten years from now, the hellers will look back at their behavior and cringe. They don't know any better and the adults around them are not teaching them to do the right thing.
So Misha’s primary fanbase are a bunch of children, who are spread around the globe, and who don't affect of the ratings, have generally no money of their own so they cant buy seats for his panel or photo-ops or raise a decent amount for anything he is auctioning. They couldn't attend Indycon so it flopped. Not that he has that many fans to start with. And they don’t recognize that Misha is trolling them with destiel, because they are too young to understand.
Misha has the dumbest cult following ever, because he attached him to Jensen and Dean. And Jensen doesn't even spend anytime with Misha outside of work. So the shippy calling card Misha waves will catch fire in his hands. He is also attracting children and they will grow up to eventually change their mind and taste in men. The influencers are likely to stick with him, unless they get bored with the lack of Jensen and move on. So consequently, Misha and his hellers wont benefit each other in the long run.
I have a feeling there may still be typos. Excuse them, please.

MICHAEL SHANNON SAYS ACTING IS ONLY GETTING MORE DIFFICULT, REVEALS HE ALMOST TURNED DOWN ‘BAD BOYS 2’

Michael Shannon might be the busiest actor of the year. In 2016 he starred in 10 films, including his Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice corpse cameo and two unreleased films from the Tribeca Film Festival. Shannon continued his ongoing collaboration with director Jeff Nichols in Midnight Special and Loving, he played Elvis Presley opposite Kevin Spacey’s President Nixon, portrayed a hilarious Texas sheriff in Tom Ford’s Nocturnal Animals, and reunited with Werner Herzog for Salt and Fire. And after all that, he even found time to put together the best red carpet outfit of all time.
Shannon works so much that when I sat down to talk with him last month, he’d just gotten off a red eye from Toronto after wrapping one of his five films expected out next year. In his latest and final release of 2016, Shannon plays Frank, a Las Vegas chef who falls for a woman with a mysterious past. Frank & Lola begins as a quiet romance between Frank and Imogen Poots’ Lola before switching to a tense psychosexual drama about jealousy and betrayal.
This Day In History
The actor told me about filming Frank & Lola back-to-back with Elvis & Nixon, an experience he called “pretty f–king weird,” and why he almost turned down his role in Bad Boys 2. Shannon also revealed he doesn't like being photographed and said, despite his 24 years of experience and overflowing resume, acting has become more difficult for him over time.
You’ve been in so many films this year and played a lot of intense, energetic characters, from Nocturnal Animals to Midnight Special and Elvis and Nixon. In Frank & Lola your character feels much more stripped down and naturalistic.
Yeah. Well look, at the end of they day, he’s a cook, you know? That’s what he is. And from what I’ve seen their primary focus is food, making food. So they don’t necessarily have to be super verbal you know? I mean, it’s a hard life. It’s a hard job.
Were you familiar with a chef’s lifestyle before this film?
Just to the the extent that I had worked in some restaurants and I spent some time with a friend of Matt [Ross’], the director, who’s a very successful chef, and he kind of showed me the ropes. It’s not like I’m a complete and total expert on it, but I’ve certainly been around it.
There’s a relatable vulnerability and human quality to Frank and his jealousy that I don't think is reflected as much in the louder characters you’ve played. Did you understand him more as an everyday kind of guy rather than compared to the big personalities you've played?
I don’t know. I feel like all my characters are human beings. I’m not playing, like, a minotaur or something. They’re all people. They’re different people, and they operate differently and they think differently.
So it’s hard for me to answer that question I guess. I’m always approaching any part I play as an inquiry into the identity of the character, whoever they happen to be. But I guess maybe what you’re thinking or saying is that he’s not a tremendously complicated person, which is probably true.
Universal
He is a very simple guy.
Yeah, so maybe that’s what you’re responding to. I mean, he’s very pure. He loves cooking and he loves Lola. It’s very simple, and then he gets hurt and then he flips out.
That response can easily be sensationalized or hyperbolic in movies, but the ways you reacted with jealousy and suspicion in this film are more subtle.
Well that’s good to hear. It’s always hard for me to comment on that because I’m not in the audience, you know? I can’t say, yeah I was so subtle in that movie. It’s just not my prerogative I guess. I just show up and do the work.
Do you watch your films later?
Oh yeah, I watch ’em. I saw this movie and I don’t have any problem. I’m always curious to see how they turned out because you know the work is very hard. I think it’s a lot harder than most people realize. Every shot is a battle. I mean this movie, we shot it very quickly. Imogen [Poots] and I, we had a real natural kind of chemistry, which is weird because I didn’t know her from Adam before we started shooting the movie. We shot that part in Vegas in like, three weeks. Which is crazy. We shot all the Paris stuff in one week, which was even crazier. So maybe it’s like Japanese sand painting or something, you just do it really fast.
When you say every movie is difficult, is it the same for you when shooting indie movies compared to big studio movies? Is it still the same level of difficulty?
Honestly the weird thing about acting, for me anyway, maybe it’s different for other people, I find the longer I do it the more difficult it gets. I feel like any human being on earth could probably be in a movie. I saw American Honey recently and the girl, Sasha Lane, she’s great. But could she play Ophelia? Can you keep showing up and doing it over and over and over again, and every time you show up you’re supposed to be somebody else? You feel like you’re going to run out of possibilities.
That’s the way I look at it. I’m trying to create a whole different person each time. So, it’s like excavating yourself. I just finished a movie last night in Toronto. It was very hard. But also, I think the harder it is usually the more likelihood that it’ll be worthwhile to see it, to watch it because it shouldn’t be easy. It should not be easy to make a great movie, and it isn’t.
Is there a role that’s been the hardest for you?
They’re all difficult. Honestly, playing Elvis was a very demanding thing to do. It took me a long time to wrap my head around that. But eventually I started having fun with it once I got on the set and settled down a little bit.
It’s hard to stand in front of a camera. I don’t really like having my picture taken to begin with. People are always like, “Can I take a picture?” I’m like, “No. I don’t want to.” Then I realize how absurd that is because I’m getting it taken 24 frames-per-second at work. But it’s a very unnatural thing, you know?
I read you shot Elvis and Nixon in Vegas right before Frank & Lola. What was that like making those back-to-back?
No, I shot it in New Orleans. What happened was, we shot the Vegas part of Frank & Lola for like three weeks. And then I went to New Orleans and shot Elvis and Nixon. And then after that we went to Paris and did that part of Frank & Lola in Paris. So that was very trippy. That was pretty f–king weird.
Bleecker Street
What was it like to navigate between those two?
It was surprising. I was surprised when I got to Paris how quickly I clicked back into it. Because I had really been just eating, breathing, sleeping Elvis all the time for five weeks. So I was a little anxious, like what if I don’t remember what my voice sounds like or whatever. But the second we got over there and plugged back into the story, I was like “Oh yeah...” It wasn’t as difficult as I anticipated it was going to be.
You bring a lot of humor to Nocturnal Animals. The scene in the police station with Karl Glusman is so great. Was any of that improv or was it all in Tom Ford’s script?
The owl [scene], I think I had said that out of my imagination. But it was mostly the script. Tom worked really hard on that script. It’s based on a book. Tony and Susan. Tom is pretty meticulous guy and filmmaker. We pretty much stuck to the script. There’d be a little thing here or there. There was some – well see, I don’t like to say. It’s a secret.
Nocturnal Animals Movie CLIP - The Interrogation (2016) - Jake Gyllenhaal Movie
I love that character. It’s my favorite of yours from this year.
I love Bobby. He’s a cool dude. He’s a good fellow, he’s very sweet. He’s kind of a curmudgeon, but very sweet because he really cares. He winds up caring about Jake [Gyllenhaal’s] character in spite of himself. He doesn’t want to, he really doesn’t want to and he can’t help it.
I enjoyed you in Loving. I read that you shot that part in one day.
Yeah, it was totally manageable. It wasn’t like we were rushing around. It made sense. It would have been silly for it to take longer. I was sad I didn’t get to spend more time on that set. I always like being around Jeff and Joel [Edgerton]. I really liked Ruth [Negga] a lot.
She’s great in that.
I hope she gets nominated. And Joel, and Jeff.
Last question, has there ever been a role you hesitated taking or that you needed convincing to take?
Oh yeah. [Laughs] There’s been a few. I remember when I got the offer for Bad Boys 2 to play that silly man in the KKK. I read the material and I thought, “This is humiliating. I don’t want to do this.” But my manger at the time said, “Michael you can’t pass this up. This is one of the biggest franchises in the world. This movie will make half a billion dollars at the very least and everybody on Earth is going to see it.” I’m like, “Yeah but then they’re gonna see me wearing a white robe.” So I was really on the fence about it. But it was all in good fun at the end of the day. The fact that it was so silly made it very clear that I was not a role model in any way shape or form.
