Are we having fun yet?! - On this *Wellness Wednesday* I’m reminding you to plan moments of fun for yourself into your schedule. . . . Often times, we get so caught up in the grind of building a business, raising children, making ends meet and just the general hustle and bustle of life that we forget to plan FUN for ourselves. . . . It’s very easy to get caught up in the grind but you should aim to have a few scheduled self care days each year.
