So this is my first chapter of my Lee and clementine story (adopt me) I hope you guys like it

It was a sunny day the birds was singing a tune it seemed happy for a Monday morning hope filled carly's body as she took another pregnancy test she sat on the bathroom floor feeling sick, the sicknesses filled her body she waited another few minutes taking deep breaths as she turned the test over. tears burned her eyes as they fell down she cried, it was negative she felt such a disappointment not just as a woman but as a wife to her husband Lee he always was so positive every single test she took turning out negative he will always think of something to say to cheer her up she got up unlocking the door and stepping out walking down the steps and onto the hard floor to the corridor she looked at chip which was hers and Lee's dog she was a rusty colour the dog sat there looking up at her with sad eyes

(Carly) hungry girl? I'll go and get you food, I wiped away a few tears on the way to the kitchen I pour some food into her bowl and the dog was so happy she nearly choked I giggled, careful I filled up her other bowl with water then I cleaned the house up, vacuuming washing up, doing laundry, wiping the kitchen table down, getting Lee's dirty socks and bringing them downstairs like I always tell him to do and he never does , after all that it was time to cook dinner I washed my hands and started to cut the vegetables

(Lee) man what a day!!!! I said slamming the tests I have to grade down onto my desk I rubbed the back of my neck to see if I could get any of the pain out of it, didn't work a knock came from my door I looked at my watch thinking it was Friday because I have an extra class to teach after lessons on Friday without me saying come in the door opened and it was my old buddy Kenny I smiled, Kenny the guy walked into my class room wearing a white top and his old cap he smiled

(Kenny) how you holding up?

(Lee) good yeah, you? I asked

(Kenny) I was just on my way to pick up duck from school….. Oh shit sorry dude I….. I didn't "it's fine Kenny" . How are you in that department anyway?

(Lee) I shook my head huffing not good well I haven't heard Carly say anything about tests or anything so I take it that we aren't doing good, "man you getting alot of sex though right?" KENNY!!!!

(Kenny) What!!!! It's not my fault

(Lee) sorry Kenny is this what you come up here to ask about my sex life?

(Kenny) I laugh nooo that reminds me I have to hand you theses there from katjaa I said handing a poster to him as he looked at it "what it is?" it's for adoption I…. I know what you are going to say it's none of my business but you are a friend and you and Carly have been my rock and you both deserve to be a mum and dad at least look into it anyway I'll leave you to it I have to pick up duck or he will go mad that I'm late "give me a lift will ya" I nodded

(Lee) Kenny gave me a lift home I got out of the car walking into my door, shutting it and taking it. Off my shoes which was such a relief I walked quietly to the kitchen smelling the food which was being cooked. I walked in seeing my lovely wife standing at the stove. I walked up behind her wrapping my arms around her body. She jumped and I kissed her neck, mmmm I missed you "Hey you. I missed you to" she turning around and I kissed her on the lips gently pulling away go on… Go and sit down i'll finish dinner

(Carly) oh no I can't ask you to do that "go" I huff smiling walking away and sitting on the couch

(Lee) I poured the last wine into my mouth and glanced at Carly, Carly what's wrong? I got up walking to her chair crouching down I saw her eyes filled with tears

(Carly) I took another test today…. I looked at him and he seemed to know his eyes went sad I'm so sorry

(Lee) enough of that come on I said pulling her body to mine and holding her tightly as she cried, we will keep trying Carly, you'll be such a good mum one day I promise I kissed the top of her head and then started to hum "don't sing" I giggle humming a little louder "please don't" she giggle I missed her lips bursting out into song. I've got you babe…

(Carly) you are the worst I said laughing as he carried on singing

After dinner bedtime

(Carly) I walked to turn off the lights as I did. I knocked Lee's bag down and something fell out. I picked it up and it was a poster about adoption, I walked upstairs and into our bedroom Lee? I question "what's up my love" what are these? I asked

(lee) ahhhh shit Kenny gave me them I should have threw them away I'm so sorry Carly it says on the poster that the Foster home is hosting an event on Saturday if you wanna go? Just to have a look I don't know…. "let's do it" really? I asked she nodded smiling and getting into bed I held her tight to my body and kissed her brown soft hair I love you Carly "I love you to Lee"

Whenever I see "Ranking The Walking Dead Characters", I sometimes wish they would take Lee, Clementine, and Kenny out of them. I know it seems selfish since we all can basically assume Lee and Clem to be tied for goated and Kenny a runner up, but I'd love to see a tier list that does every side Character from every season.

To be fairly honest, Kenny out of the whole selection would fall under 10th place (B Tier) for me. Not trying to be negative LOL. I just think over time and growing up with Kenny, I've realized he was only there as a chaotic neutral character I'm season 1 and as the manipulator in season 2.

Lee was only there for 1 season 'alive' and well... he saved Clementine, but he was what I consider to be a more chaotic nature version of Katjaa. Katjaa is a symbol of being the most humane and Lee was still like that, no matter what situation, but tied down to other factors as well.

Clementine is more of the protagonist we have to abide by and love no matter what. Her character is shaped on how Lee was, but more realistic IMO. She actually shows human traits a lot of others don't, but she also can choose horrible decisions that have no sense behind it. I love her character, but she feels like a player you have to shape yourself, especially season 4. She doesn't feel like her own character.

For these reasons, out of ALL of the characters from TWD, Lee would be #1-#3 still, Clementine would probably be #4-#7, and Kenny would be put lower in A Tier or high B Tier, probably #20-#25.

If you guys don't like the way I put this, I understand completely. And trust me... I AM STILL A HUGE FUN OG THUS BEAUTIFUL SERIES! I just came to the realization of all these characters.

Prior to the zombie apocalypse, Lee, a native of Macon, was a history professor at the University of Georgia. One day, on his way to work, he fell ill and came home to find his wife sleeping with another man, a state senator, after constant fighting with his wife about travelling often for her job. In a fit of rage, Lee unintentionally killed him. He was subsequently tried and convicted for murder. His crime also distanced him from his parents and brother. Lee was sentenced to life imprisonment for the senator's murder, and was ordered to be sent to Meriwether County Correctional Facility to start serving his life sentence.

Post-Apocalypse (Origins)

The onset of the zombie apocalypse occurs as Lee is being taken to prison to begin serving his life sentence. While Lee was having a conversation with the police officer escorting him to prison, the police car transporting him to prison crashes into a zombie, and he manages to escape after killing the officer who attacked him after being zombified, but he quickly realizes the dire situation he is in. He takes shelter in a nearby suburban home, where he finds young Clementine who has been hiding from the zombies as her parents had left for Savannah some time before the apocalypse. Recognizing that Clementine would remain in danger, he offers to take and protect her, hoping that they will be able to find her parents. He eventually goes with her to the Hershel Greene farm, where they meet a fisherman named Kenny, his wife, Katjaa, and son, Duck. After an accident with walkers claims the life of Hershel's son, Shawn, the five are thrown out and eventually meet with other survivors, and form a small group, though Lee remains subdued about his history. After discovering the deaths of his own family in Macon, Lee takes on more of a role of a father figure to Clementine.

After having holed up in a motel for three months with dwindling supplies, the group meets the St. John family, who invite them to dinner at their family dairy. The group agrees to send out a delegation to the St. Johns' farmstead to see if they are trustworthy; however, Lee discovers that the St. Johns have engaged in cannibalism and that they plan to kill and eat his group as well. After surviving the St. Johns, the group is forced to flee the motel from bandits and head to Savannah via a train. En route, Lee starts to help Clementine learn survival skills such as how to use a gun and why she needs to keep her hair short. As they approach the city, Clementine's walkie-talkie goes off, revealing the voice of a man who knows of Lee's actions to this point and promises Clementine that she will be safe with him.

In Savannah, the survivors look for a boat and supplies to flee the mainland. They encounter more survivors, including a doctor called Vernon and a young woman called Molly. With their help, they are able to prepare the boat for their journey. Vernon departs, but remarks that he believes Lee to be an unsuitable guardian for Clementine. The next morning, Lee wakes to find Clementine gone, and while searching for her, he is surprised by a zombie and almost bitten. Lee and the other survivors agree to look for Clementine, at first believing her to have been taken by Vernon. Instead, the man on the walkie-talkie reveals that he has kidnapped Clementine, and is at the hotel that her parents would have been at.

After entering the now abandoned safehouse of Vernon's group, Lee and the group are able to escape from the hospital where they make their way back to the house, but find that the boat has been stolen by Vernon and his group. Shortly after the house is overrun with walkers but the group escape into the attic, where they eventually find a way out. Casualties arise while making their way to the hotel, and Lee is separated from Omid and Christa. Lee makes it to the hotel and meets Clementine's captor, who explains that Lee's group had previously stolen provisions from his family's car, which ultimately led to the death of his wife and children, and goes to question Lee's other decisions and ultimately berates him and plans to kill him and look after Clementine as his own. Lee gets Clementine's help to subdue and kill the man, getting shot in the process. They make it out of the hotel by covering themselves in walker guts where they discover Clementine's zombified parents before Lee passes out.

When Lee awakens, he is out of strength and barely able to keep conscious, but finds Clementine has dragged him to safety. With his time believed to be short, Lee helps Clementine secure keys and a gun to escape the city, and tells her to find Omid and Christa. Lee later wakes up and learns via a note he was saved by Molly, who had left by the time he regained conciousness. Remembering what he told Clementine, Lee set out to find her, Omid and Christa. After reuniting with the three, the four of them make their way to the Tybee Islands north of Savannah and take refuge at the abandoned Tybrisa Beach Resort. Lee decides the group should claim the abandoned location as their new home, help plus seek out reliable survivors to start a community with while on supply runs and expand until the entirely of the Tybee Islands are walled up.

That is how the community Haven in Tybee Island, Georgia formed and came to be.

I don't think I've played TWD since 2017, so convincing Clem to shoot Lee and trying to find the right answers to teach her stuff wasn't exactly easy. You know, considering that I was crying.

I started s2 and one of the first replies you get to tell Christa after losing Omir is, "I miss Lee." And you have his pic and your drawing of Kenny, Katjaa, and Duck in your backpack.

Damn. I don't know how Kenny managed to survive that walkers' attack in s1, but reuniting with him in s2 will be so good. Ben's speech really got to him.

Thanks for your insight. I never looked at blinded vi that way, it does make way more sense and now I can see it as an aware writing decision than I initialy did. The comparison of Louis losing his tongue because of his action (in a way) vs Vi being completely innocent and heartbroken did struck me alot.

Maybe I wasnt aware of that because during all of my playthroughs, I can make many different choices but I NEVER betray Vi. Not happening, never ever.

Also about the Kenny rant. Kenny admittedly is a crazy maniac who eventually gets really dangerous and creepy. He is flawed. Like AF. I hate how the community portrays him like a literal savior or god. He fucks up alot. The thing between Ken and Clem to me is an interesting portrayal of abusive relationship and toxic attachment. After Kenny lost literaly everything and has gone completely mad, Clementine and especially AJ are his two only reasons to live. And ohh you can tell. He's fucking terrifying. Its a bomb waiting to detonate, Jane was 100% right in that matter. Kenny is tied emotionally to Clem and AJ so bad its pathetic. The desperation. Its like theyre the only thing keeping him somewhat together.

And Clem. Well. She's a child. She remembers Kenny as the fisherman guy Lee used to get along with. She remembers Katjaa. And Duck! Kenny wasnt always like this. Hes terrifying and dangerous now, but he does that to protect us, right? Maybe hell get better? What is she supposed to do now? She's just a scared little girl. I cannot imagine being in her position and all the thoughts and internal battles she mustve gone through. So this way, Clem is also stuck in a stockholm syndrome-esque situation. Jfc.

He is literaly BLIND (it really does make sense) to everything around and all the harm hes doing to those surrounding him, even those he wants to protect from anything bad so desperately. Its so ironic. Kenny is genuinely horrifying in s2, especially towards the end of it. On my first playthrough, I killed him.

The way you see his loss of the eye is really interesting too and I totally dig it. I didnt see it that way before, but it makes sense! Thats what I like about twd and its morally grey characters. There are so many ways to interpet them and what happens to them.

Unfortunately, the community is in the state that it is in. Most people dont understand the complexity of many characters, dont understand whats the POINT behind them, they are totally biast, mizogynystic or idolize characters that absolutely shouldnt be idolized. Kenny and 90% of his stans fit all of the following. Even though I love Kenny as a character, I'm a very self-aware Kenny enjoyer. Kenny gets beyond awful, really. But hey, that's the appocalypse for you!

What do you think of partially blinded Vi? You never seem to draw her that way, and I kind of just wanted to know what do you think of it as a certified Vi lover.

I personally think that while something like this can be "cool" (as in, being beneficial to the character design), it's handled quite poor for Vi and it just looks a bit... ungrateful. Simply doesn't look good, doesn't fit her personality or character (am I missing something?) and it doesn't seem to fit or suit her...unlike Kenny's iconic eyepatch. To me, it has become a pivotal thing in his design to a degree in which Kenny with both eyes seems a bit odd looking. I see it as a symbol which stands for Ken being a martyr and all he's lost and sacrificed. He is all about family and helping those he loved, his loved ones truly were the "apple of his eye". It all makes sense, doesn't it?

But for Vi, it's excatly the opposite. I'm just so sorry to see her like this. 😭😭😭 I don't think it makes sense in any way. Louis losing his tongue because he's so talkative and "won't shut up" does kind of make sense, but I cant help but see Violet losing sight as kind of lazy writing. "We need something bad happening to her!!! suffer the children!!!'- the writers exclaimed.

i think vi losing her eyesight is incredibly impactful on her character and i honestly dont understand why some people say its lazy writing. especially since it was foreshadowed multiple times. vi losing her eyesight i think is even more impactful on her character than louis losing his tongue because at least louis still has his music to express himself and uplift spirits through (and its not like he cant communicate At All. his note still makes clem laugh). the reason i dont draw blind vi very often is because of how sad it is to me. for multiple reasons

violets whole thing is wanting to be able to protect the people she cares about, and feels immense grief and guilt about the times she feels shes failed them (thinks if she had been there with the twins that day that she couldve done something to save them. feels she failed everyone taken by the raiders. is scared of failing clem too "if something happened to you because of me? i cant lose you too. i wont". its why she cant leave minnie after shooting her. and a kidnapped vi attacks clem because she doesnt want anyone else to get hurt. hell it even ties back to her grandma and feeling guilty about not doing anything for her)

so for her to lose her eyesight? she took pride in her ability to fight and now she cant do that anymore. cant protect the people she loves. and as someone who started the season as an isolated loner, it forces her to rely on those around her for help, stripping her of her independence (and her independence is what allowed her to stand up against the group for clem when it came to the marlon situation in ep2). a blinded vi is forced into accepting community, whereas a saved violet accepts it on her own. her and clem turn ericsons into the home violet could never see it as

the other reason blind vi makes me so sad is that it is Directly a result of clems actions. kidnapped vi had nothing and wanted nothing to do with the bomb, and yet shes the ONLY ONE who gets hurt by it. clem choosing to let vi be taken means clem both breaks her heart, and then burns out her eyes. louis and his tongue is between him and lilly and was a choice THEY each made outside of clems direct influence (even if it was clem who inspired him to speak up, it is ultimately his choice to keep talking, and lilly hurts him for it. its sad he gets punished for a character moment, but clem had no direct hand in him losing his tongue. its why hes not angry to see her in the cell. he doesnt blame clem for what happened), but the way vi is feeling in that cell is DIRECTLY due to clems actions. vi feels like clem abandoned her after she had put herself on the line for her multiple times. she always had clems back but clem didnt have hers. clem is the one who planted the bomb and vi gets caught in the blast. clem hurts her emotionally And physically. and vi apologizes for getting upset (she tries to apologize on the beach too before theyre forced out in the cart, so she felt wrong for those actions immediately even tho they were understandable. lilly and minnie used her moment of weakness to get in her head. she just wanted everyone to be safe)

kidnapped blinded vi is just so incredibly sad to me, especially when you compare her to a fully realized violet. a violet who has come into herself, has confidence, has opened up, has stopped pushing people away out of fear and lets herself love again. shes a leader. a fighter. a protector. and those are all things a blinded violet loses

neither vi losing her eyes or louis losing his tongue is supposed to add anything to their characters. its about what theyve lost. both of them have important parts of their identity stripped away from them after being taken by the delta. its supposed to be sad. heartbreaking. regrettable. unfortunate. they have not gained anything by their time at the delta, only lost important parts of themselves to it

Hey, I'm sorry if this isn't good. It's my first time writing, and idk how to feel about it. So I hope you enjoy it. The story is based on 'The Walking Dead Game' (twdg). The main person you'll be kind of reading off of is a little girl named Fera.

CHAPTER 1, ‘A New Day’

It was a lukewarm day, though this virus was going around causing people to become man eaters. No one knew who or what caused it, people all around, freaking out, or hiding till the government fixed this outbreak. A man named Hershel Greene, Came to a rescue by saving a family and man, with a little girl. The Rogers family.

Kenny walks out of the Greene’s family barn, followed by a tall man with a little girl. “That’s my boy, Ken Junior. We call him Duck, though.” “Duck?” asked the tall man. “Yeah. Nothing bothers him. Like water off a duck’s back, y’know.”

“That’s a valuable trait lately,” he replied. “No kidding. But frankly, I think it’s because he’s dumb as a bag of hammers.”

Kenny said with a light chuckle. “Dad!” Duck yelled over hearing the conversation. “But he makes up for it with enthusiasm.”

Kenny walks up to his wife, and his kids, with the people following behind. “The word is you were on your way to Macon.” “My family is from there.” The man replied. Kenny turns to face the man. “Well, Macon’s on the way and, personally, I’d appreciate the company of a guy who can knock a couple of heads together if he has to.”

Kenny asked the man. “Sure, we’ll… Tag along.” “It’s a plan, then.”

Kenny turns his focus back to his wife and kids. “Honey, Duck, Frera, this is Lee and, uh, what’s the girl’s name?”

The girl hides behind Lee. Lee turns sight towards the girl, and then back up at Kenny. “Clementine.” “Clementine.” Kenny repeating Lee’s words. “That is a very pretty name.” Katjaa smiled. “Don’t you agree Frera?” Frera stood behind her twin brother, trying to hide. “Frera.” Katjaa said again. The young girl nodded her head in a agrement. “Thanks.” Clementine said, uncovering herself from Lee’s leg.

Hershel's son, Shawn, approaches the group. “Well, we should get to work. We’ve all seen what those things can do out there so the faster we get this fence up, the better.” “I wanna build a fence.” Duck chimed in with an excited look on his face, practicality about to explode. Shawn turns his focus towards Duck. “Yeah? Well, I need a good foreman. You can sit on the tractor and yell at me whenever I take a water break.” “On the tractor? Cool!” Shawn raises his head up to look at the group.

“Duck and I will hop to it” Duck skipped his way to the tractor, as Shawn followed behind.

Katjaa turns her gaze towards Lee. “Me and Frera can keep an eye on your little girl here on the porch. We can visit.” Clementine sits on a bale of hay next to Katjja and Frera. Kenny walks off to work on his truck, with Lee following behind. Frera eyes laid upon Clementine. “I-I like your hair, it’s pretty..” “It gets lots of tangles.” Clem commented.

“Did your daddy give you that hat?” Katjaa asked. “Mm-hmm.” Clem hummed. “Do you have any pets?”

“I have a goldfish named Peanut. Mom doesn’t like dogs.”

“We have a dog named Franklin, he’s a lab.” Frera mumbled, but still able to hear what she said, with a shy look on her face, with a slight smile. “What's your favorite color-” Katjaa was cut off by a loud agonizing scream. It was Shawn.

Hershel runs into the house to retrieve his weapon, as Lee runs toward the noise. Katjaa tried to keep Clementine and Frera away from the situation, but they both somehow managed to escape from Katjaa’s sight. They arrive at the scene, where the bloody screams come from. Shawn’s leg was stuck underneath a tractor wheel, while Duck was being pulled away from a walker. Lucky Lee and Kenny were able to get him away from the walker.

The fence that was keeping the walkers away from Shawn, eventually broke. The walkers bit down on Shawn's body, causing him to scream out in agony. Katjaa runs right in front of Clem, Duck and Frera to shield them From looking at Shawns bloody body. Hershel runs over where once Shawn’s screams were at, to find his own son lifeless corpse. Hershel crouched down in front of Shawns lifeless body. “Get out. Get the fuck out of here!” He quickly stood up facing the group.

“I’m sorry.” Kenny said with an apologetic tone. “Sorry ?! Your son is alive. You don’t get to be sorry!” Hershel turns his focus to Lee. “And you, you didn’t even try to help.”

“I thought I could help them both.” The angered old man briefly turns to Shawn's corpse. “Look at him. You thought wrong. And now…” Hershel turns away from the others. “Please, just go. Get out and never come back!”

Hershel kneels next to Shawn again. Kenny and Lee exchange glances. “You’ve got that ride to Macon if you want it.” Kenny, Katjaa, Frera and Duck walk away.
