Ectoberhaunt 2024: Day 17 - Cosmic Horror

I was inspired for this artwork when I read how Danny felt about the portal with the latest revelations in "The Phantom Martian" by @lexosaurus.

( This is not a fanfiction fanart)

With today's prompt, I figured I could combine the two: Why don't I make the portal an eldritch beeing that is always hungry for energy to sustain itself and has a parasitic relationship with Danny to consume his energy.

At the same time the portal is the "mouth" of the ghost zone and with its ghostly tentacles it "eats" its prey or energy into the ghost zone.
