So I'm watching the Vampire Diaries through again because I haven't for years. I just started S4, THERE WILL BE SPOILERS IN THIS POST!!!!

Anyway, evil Alaric outs everyone to thr council right. And like the Pastor just walks around with random police officers during Meradith, the Sheriff, and the Mayor. So Caroline's and Tyler's mom.

That would not like actually be able to happen the way it did😅. Like imagine the pastor walks in the police station and says we're firing the sheriff and mayor because their kids are vampires/hybrid.

And with the mayor, you suddenly have the whole town going, "why are you getting rid of the mayor WE AS A PEOPLE ELECTED INTO OFFICE." She doesn't just magically become mayor. Like I simply don't think that the Pastor could just start bossing everyone around, especially the police force.

And yes there is the council, however, the entire police force isn't on it. So, I just don't think that it would happen that quickly and efficiently at all lmao

Well in my opinion TVD should have stopped after 4x23 and Caroline would have been in New Orleans through The originals idk, as much as I love s5 from there it only gotten worse.

I think in the end the writers were just not creative enough to write for the Mikaelsons. The characters were too big and the writers were too small minded. TO writers couldnt maintain the quality of TVD. They were the best part of TVD, but for TO, unfortunately they went with the wrong plot with hayley and the baby and they changed the characters so much that by the end we didnt even recognise them. Also even in the end of tvds4, Klaus seemed a spare part because he was no longer the villain.

I think so too unfortunately.
