Are we so bad at relaxing and taking time out of busy schedules and our hectic lives that we need a specific ‘day’ to reminded us? 🤔😟 I prefer to think of it as a celebration of all things relaxing 😎 😁 Either way it’s a fact that taking time out to unwind, recharge and relax actually helps to enhance capabilities and improve productivity on returning to normal day to day life. 😄 Tension, anxiety and stress all require relaxation to help alleviate the symptoms and problems they cause. 🧐 If you are completely free of any tension, don’t suffer with anxiety and never feel stressed, relaxation is still extremely important for your health. In fact it may well be it’s so important to you that you’ve mastered the ‘art of relaxation’ which is exactly how you’ve achieved a life free of tension, anxiety and stress. 🤩 I love yoga, massages, spa days, mindfulness and meditation to help me relax.
