Celebrating 810NICLE Day by posting about some piece-sorting that I finally got to after years of putting it off.
I actually accidentally fell into this method of sorting because I wanted to collect a certain color for a MOC I wanted to do. Pretty soon, it started morphing into sorting every LEGO color I own.
Image context below:
Panel 1: The day the project began, July 17th. I originally thought to mix the greens, blues, and reds thinking I didn't have very many. In the late stages of the project, I found myself making two bags of dark red, another for light red, a bag of dark green (Metru Green, Mata Green), one for light green (Lime Green, Sand Green, Skull Spider Green, Olive Green), another for navy blue, and another for every other kind of blue I own (Mata Blue, 2015 Gali Blue, Turquiose, Takua Blue, Sand Blue)
Panel 2: My piling method before placing them into labelled bags, featuring the the already mountainous amount of silver (I'd only been a fifth of the way through my pieces around this time).
Panel 3-5: The pieces in their respective color-coded bags. The sorting was completed August 7th, and packing began August 8th (Note: This is including breaks, if we're going off of 3 hours at a time for I think 10 different days? We'd be at around a total of 3 days minus breaks)
Panels 6-8: Going back to that silver subject, this is all the silver LEGO pieces I own (that I'm not already using. That's right, there's like 20 more pieces in use). Using Lewa for scale (whom of which I was able to completely rebuild from the pieces found in a thrift store lot (looks like someone was a previous owner of Lewa Mata huh)
Panel 9: Lewa helping me the best he can with taking down the mountain (idk it felt really fun to do, jumping into pile of leaves energy)
Panel 10: Obligatory aesthetic shot of all the transparent ball-and-socket pieces together. It's giving fruit gummies 💅✨
Conclusion: Is this an efficient way to keep my pieces organized? tbh, I actually don't think it's too practical. It's nightmarish looking for the right piece because everything's the same color, and I mean nightmarish, I've had the unwanted kind of Bionicle Dreams™️ of endlessly looking through the pieces lol. Why did I do this? It felt fun to do and it actually really kept my mind off things by keeping me occupied. I found it to be a release for that urge to make things right and sorted out and the completion assured me that I could conquer complex puzzles.

OK. HI. I DON'T WANT TO MAKE THIS ASK TOO LONG. Her full name is Legion of All-Seeing Eyes and she's officially named the Archangel of Prophecy, but her power is a little more broad than that because she knows basically all past/present/futures. Her role in heaven WAS weaving tapestries/creating stained glass mosiacs that depicted most likely futures (she has four arms, which made this task much easier), before God disappeared and the Heavenly Council had her locked away (partially due to being afraid of her power, as she had helped other angels survive being cast out of heaven in the past, even though at the time she claimed it was part of His design) . She is set free when Gabriel kills them (:
Visually speaking her main color is best described as like, oil black, because it has an iridescent shift under light. the effect is stronger because she has robes with lots of loose strips of fabric instead of armor, and they kind of float around her ominously. She has gold trim that also shifts, but from a peach hue to the actual gold, and her wings are similar, from an ocean blue to turquiose. She has six wings and the light is a swirling, constantly moving, nebula, complete with stars; which double as eyes. her halo is an astronomer's sphere, also made of eyes (multiple rings that are constantly turning around her head) . the horns on her helm come around from behind her head and curve down to conceal most of its face, just before they meet. she still wears shackles + some of the chain that was attached from being imprisoned by the council.
this ask is now longer than intended. also she's a femme transbian with really tall heels. for the aesthetic . i had some boss fight ideas that i can also share; hint. she has a poleaxe
I DO NOT MIND THE LONG ASK SHE SOUNDS SO AWESOME. GOOD LIRD
gamaliel 🤝 legion
four arms and imprisoned by the councilone way or another......

Timerra
Timerra's name in Japanese is Misutira which is an anagram of the desert tiramisu. Tiramisu comes from the Italian for cheer me up'. Timerra's joyful personality is enough to cheer anyone up.
Her battle outfit is inspired by Sicily and Brazil . Mika Pikazo said that she got some inspiration from Passistas for Timerra's design. The bright and bold colour palette, the revealing nature of the top and skirt, the decorative balls around her ankles and the wrists and the body art are all evocative of the style. The Moor's inspiration is demonstrated by the headdress. In Sicily there are famous ceramic heads which are used as planters called ‘Moors Head’. They are brightly painted and often feature a decorative headdress with fruit and flowers. The heads symbolise impossible love, according to legend, a young girl fell in love with a Moors man. When the Moors man said that he was returning to his wife and children she became jealous, cut off his head and used the head to plant basil.
Timerra's outfit is designed for freedom of movement, so she can jump into battle or sing and dance at any moment. The balls may not be the most practical element in a battle but I imagine She has more balls to replace the ones she has lost.
As a royal she adorns herself with finery. Gold bangles and a gold choker are worn not only for aesthetic reasons but they are shiny items to attract magpie eyed bandits and thieves in the desert.
The flowers she adorns are Frangipani, in Sicily the flower was gifted from mother to daughter to decorate the new home after marriage. Her floral circlet could be a symbol of a strong mother and daughter relationship. In Buddhism they symbolise immortality because after they are uprooted they can still grow.
All the colours of her clothing are colours associated with Sicily.
When she is upgraded to picket, her unique class, she gains the same three feathers as her mother's coppolo and extra fabric and flourish to her dancer's skirt. She also gains a black and gold slash.
Timerra's Somniel Clothing
Timerra tones down the dramatic outfit for leisure at the Somniel. The giant colourful balls are removed and replaced with a golden gemstone set hairband. The pink, yellow, peach and turquiose colour theme that features on her ball decoration is referenced by the colour of the gemstones. Her too features similar colours and features the plumera flower. She keeps one bracelet of giant colourful balls but the bangles have been removed. Her jewellery consists of a gold choker, gold chain bracelets and anklets.
The style of her outfit is very similar to her battling ensemble. The materials are light, flowing and give freedom of movement. The tulip sleeves and frills upon her sarong are designed to accentuate her movements as though she was a dancer.
