Hey guys, I want you to know I don't identify as male or female. Please respect that, use the pronouns they/them when referring to me thanks.

Ever since i was little i felt strange. I didnt feel right. I didnt really wanna be female but i knew i wasnt male if that makes sense. 

Because of my Turners Syndrome, I am not like any female. I dont get periods, I cant get pregnant. I dont feel right.. Like i sometimes feel female and pretty and stuff but a lot of times i dont feel like i have a gender in a way. 

Either way i want you guys to respect me and use They/Them for me. Thanks.

(posting in the jse tagg coz i love you guys) After a pretty scary doctors visit, I am now starting to take better care of myself :) starting today: I am NOT skipping my medicine and putting myself at risk of all sorts of health issues, coke has been taken over by club soda (or dansk vand) and just straight up whater (both) with lemon, easy fatty microwave dinners is now easy but home made healthy dinners, like this read curry with veggies and shrimp, and sugar highs now comes from fruit, and easy snacks are now veggies! Aaaand last but not least sitting on my ass and taking the bus has been taken over by walks… I am only starting out, so naturally I will have “slip ups” or days where I just wanna have a piece of cake, but as long as this is my maine life, the negatives might just flip to positives :) (This is probably my longest, yet most honest instagram post hehe)

Many have no clue I I've lived with let alone the trials I have gone through living with this. I am happy to put my self out there and bring awareness because 98% of us do not a do not survive gestation. I did a quiet fighter before birth like some of the women living with turners. Yes, I’m an old lady with a pill counter tracker.

Hormone replacement therapy meds are necessary bc my TS prevents my body from producing natural, feminine hormones on its own. Estradiol: (0.5mg, thin white pill on left) for bone health, heart health and hormone balancing. This dose just went up from 0.25 this week). Progesterone (200mg, fat white pill on right): This is literally the hormone that helps you have a period/menstrual cycle.

Vitamins: (all for bone health. I have Osteopenia, which is basically the step bellow getting Osteoporosis. I have gradual bone thinning my Endocrinologist is trying to help reverse. D3 (2000IU, small, round pill) Calcium 600mg w/ D3 (large pink pill)

Fish oil (largest pill at top): I take this for my heart health. I have very minimal thickening around my heart. This isn’t serious right now, but I need to work on my weight and be checked for potential sleep apnea.

Losing a child is the hardest thing to ever go through. My main focus and concern is for piper and being a great mom to her and for that reason I have to be strong. Here lately though I've been having anxiety and panic attacks. I don't know if in being overly emotional it if this is normal. I have a good support system helping me through this hard time but sometimes no one can make me feel better. Kylee is gone and not having her in my tummy is the weirdest and saddest feeling.
