Summary:

To cross the Emperor is to be punished with an evil choice, and no matter what you choose, your life will be torn apart. Aimless and without passion, Lovino finds a new purpose in the dream of bettering the world, but it would almost certainly destroy the life he's found for himself. Lovino is about to find out he has no choice but to cross the Emperor, and put all he knows and loves on the line. But, he will do whatever it takes to leave the world a better place for his family, and Antonio.

‘Ship Bias’

Send ‘Ship Bias’ and I will share up to 5 Ships I have a bias for for my muse!

Oh man! I have been excited to do this! Okay, so when I think about ships that I have bias for when it comes to Sadik, all of these basically come down to the fact that I had them in mind, but really fell for them through writing with another role player!

#1: Netherlands/Turkey, Ned/Turk, TurkNed, or however you want to write it. I already personally enjoyed this ship and have run the internet through the wringer in an attempt to find art or fan writings of it! However, in 2011 while writing on Facebook, I met a wonderful person who went by Camby (she was writing Cambodia) and soon took on Netherlands as a muse. Playing Turkey against her Netherlands, I really fell for the ship even more than I already had, and Camby was a such a sweet bun! In the end, I think we decided that good things should come to an end and that such a sweet taste of love be pleasant memories in the future. The break up was heartbreaking yet beautiful, and I distinctively remember Netherlands immediately resorting to drug use in Sadik’s presence--perhaps to dull the pain. I definitely had a very emotional moment as did Camby I’m sure, and I will never forget that as long as I live! I miss her and her Netherlands and think about them from time to time.

#2: Germany/Turkey, GerTurk, TurGer!! MAN. This was another ship I wrote on Facebook during 2011 I’m pretty sure, and while the Germany I wrote with was a bit more stern, he was sweet with Turkey and those moments were really cute. I think they brought out some good things in each other, and like the ship above, it wasn’t something popular, so it was like coming across a rare treasure! I have very fond memories of that time. 

#3: Russia/Turkey, TurkRuss, RussTurk! Yet another from Facebook 2011-2012! Russia was a pretty sweet individual, and they were pretty cute! It was surprisingly cute! Of course, nowadays, this is a ship that would really take some work to make work since Russia usually has some pretty deep problems that will take some time to start healing for the better.

#4: Spain/Turkey, TurkSpa, SpaTurk! Omgosh! I feel for THIS ship after I moved away from Facebook and settled on Tumblr which became my new home for writing muses! I met someone and we hit it off really well! Spain and Turkey were adorable, and I still really love this pairing today! This other role player dealt with my coming and going in different fandoms and still did their own thing as they should! They’ve been around a long time, and I’m happy to say that they’re still with their Spain muse! [They also have another muse which I enjoy as well. uwu]

#5: Rome/Turkey, RomeTurk, TurkRome! There is so little content for THIS SHIP that it is sad. I have resorted to doing little ugly drawings and silly writings and that made me happy, but there’s nothing like actually writing a ship with another person and going through all sorts of feelings on top of that! I didn’t actually get a chance to write this ship until this year, but I am SUPER invested it in and NO ONE CAN TAKE IT AWAY FROM ME NOW. ROME AND TURKEY ARE HANDS DOWN SO CUTE for a pair of old men and there have been emotions. My role play partner is wonderful and I wish I could’ve wrote with them sooner to be honest!! nwn

SPECIAL MENTION: Turkey/Mama Greece! This is like, canon information from Hetalia that Turkey was in love with “Mama Greece” but he killed her and that right there opens up an entire can of worms for feelings regarding that ship because you just KNOW he didn’t want to do that and it had to be the softest, most regretful killing ever (unless Sadik didn’t even have to that and she was already very near death when he found her which sounds equally heart breaking and horrible to think about)! I think that they are super cute, and this is another ship that I didn’t get to really experience until this year AND I AM SO GLAD FOR IT. It’s been so good so far, but I gotta get off my butt and reply at some point. This is also an Old People ship because they’re both like ANCIENT and I live for old people in love.

SPECIAL MENTION: Scotland/Turkey, ScotTurk, TurkScot! This was not a ship I knew even existed. I’ve only ever seen two Scotland role players in my entire time of writing personified nations and I DID NOT EXPECT TO BE AS INVESTED AS I AM IN THIS SHIP?? It’s like: WOW GOSH WHY ARE THEY SO CUTE??? The person I write with now is super adorable, aaaaand weeeee ... are not shipping on Tumblr? I ship them in my heart though because they are super soft with each other and I think they have a really good time with each other as well. If it came to a point where this was a ship I wrote on tumblr, MAN that would be so good. I already have a ridiculous amount of feels for them, and I adore the role player as well! They’re cool and fun and I hope they stay around for as long as they’re interested in writing Scotland.

It was the crash that alerted Sadiq to the fact that something was wrong. That crash shattered his deep sleep and he awoke to find that the other side of the bed was empty, blankets thrown off and mattress crumpled. Jan was nowhere to be seen.Sadiq carefully got up out if bed and slung on a dressing gown, his ugly old one that Jan had bought him all those years ago. He padded out into the hall, making a beeline towards the kitchen. The crashing noise had stopped, but as Sadiq drew closer, he could hear the muffled sounds of uncontrollable crying issuing from the closed door.“Jan?”Jan was sitting in the middle of the floor, staring silently at the broken vase scattered around him in beautiful, colourful shards. His shoulders were shaking, and he didn’t even look up as Sadiq ran towards him.“Jan, it’s okay…” Sadiq whispered, taking Jan in his arms and holding him tightly. Jan shook his head, but leaned back into Sadiq’s embrace like a child seeking comfort from their mother. “I… I saw it again…” Jan whispered, eyes glazed. “Luca… he…”“Lucas’s fine, you idiot.” Sadiq said, probably less than reassuringly. “If anything bad had happened to him, we would’ve been informed about it.”Jan sighed and leaned his head on Sadiq’s shoulder. “Damn that little bastard, joining the army and making us all worry…”Sadiq laughed gruffly and stroked Jan’s hair, lying flat for once after his troubled sleep.“Come on,” Sadiq said, helping Jan onto his feet and wiping away his tears, “let’s get this thing cleared up.”
