Boza - Turski „energy drink“ Potreban materijal: 1500ml vode 250g šećera 125g belog kukuruznog brašna 6g svežeg kvasca Priprema: Brašno staviti u lonac, preliti ga mlakom vodom, dobro promešati kako ne bi bilo grudvica, pa ga pokriti krpom i ostaviti da odstoji 12 sati. Posle tog vremena, na umerenoj vatri kuvati oko 2 sata uz povremeno mešanje dok se blago ne zgusne. Skloniti sa vatre, pa kada se ohladi dodati kvasac razmućen u oko u 100ml tople vode (predhodno ga ostaviti da se aktivira). Sipati zatim kvasac u kukuruzno brašno, izmešati i ostaviti da odstoji ponovo 12 sati. Odstajalo zatim procediti i dodati šećer. Mešati dok se šećer ne istopi. Pripremljenu bozu dobro ohladiti u frižideru pre služenja, a pred služenje dobro posuti cimetom. Boza ne može dugo da zadrži slatkasti ukus, jer dolazi do vrenja zbog kvasca, a samim tim i pretvaranja kvasca sa šećerom u alkohol, pa počinje da dobija taj neki pivski šmek. U tom slušaju pripremite manju količinu, shodno broju osoba koje želite da poslužite i količinu koju ćete konzumirati u relativno kratkom roku.
