I’ve been an essential oil user for 4 years now. Last night I was feeling really exhausted but I could not sleep. The youngest was feeling sick. The spouse had sore legs from standing all day and early sniffles.

For me I put some Young Living Peace and Calming oil on my temples, behind my ears and on my toes. I soaked in a tub with Epsom salts and Young Living lavender oil.
