Sebastian walked over to them "you mean the afterparty right? Yeah I was planning on going to that, I mean free drinks right?" He said honestly Faith held up her hands "i don't care where we go as long as there is some sort of booze involved, and I can get out of this dress" Faith shrugged as she grabbed her little clutch "i am going to make sure my friends and Family get back to my house, and then ill meet you guys out front" Chris said as he looked at the boys and let his hand linger slightly on the chair behind

Rose nodded "you do that America's ass" She said as she looked at Faith "what do you mean get out of that" Faith looked at her "uh yeah do you not think I would have fit a shirt in here" she aid smirking at her friend "try again, or wear a dress without some sort of shorts under neath" she said as she walked backwards up the isle "well damn you are going to make me wear this all night are you?" Rose asked following her "No I had my aunt modify it for you.." Faith stopped walking and ripped the skirt just so it would come off "ta da now its a romper, but didn't become one till the came undone, so you could show off that leg, also I know you hate dresses as much as me" Anthony watched this unfold "god damn, someone comes prepared with two looks" she said as she pun around Rose Rose looked down "well fuck, you could have told me I wouldn't have squeezed my ass into these spank short things"

Faith laughed as they kept walking "how was I suppose to know you were going to squeeze into those spanks things that I got you" She shrugged Rose rolled her eyes "i could slap you" Sebastian laughed "girls girls, no fighting okay, we don't need any bruises or pretty girls getting hurt" he smiled as they all walked out of the theatre area that was set up Mackie smiled as he put his arm around both the girls neck "come on you guys ride with us, you are invited to the Avengers endgame after party, with us, your party guides to one of the funniest nights you will ever have" Rose looked at Anthony then at Faith "well I don't drink" she replied "but I'm sure ill end up driving everyone home" Chris walked back to the four of them "are you guys ready?" He wondered as the carpet was getting pretty cleared out now, cars were taking people where they wanted to go. Sebastian nodded "yeah as ready as I think these two are" he said gesturing between the two of the girls Chris nodded as one of the trucks came around. The girls climbed into the back seat with Anthony between them. Chris and Sebastian both sat in the front part of the seats of the truck, as Chris told them where the afterparty was.

"okay no one mind me. Rose unzip this death trap" she said as she turned it back to her friend before bucking up so she could change really quick "also yes im wearing pants and a bra so don't anyone look at me. Thank you" she said she stood up slightly Ince it was a lower zipper Mackie laughed "i got you boo" he said as he reached up and grabbed the zipper. Faith let the dress fall, leaving her in the spank capris she was wearing, and the bra she had on. Chris looked back as he saw the dress fly between him and Sebastian. Just as he did that. The driver had to slam on his breaks sending Faith to go forward. Shirtless. "Oh god" she said as she lost her balance like the klutz she was caused her to go forward. Before Anthony or Rose could react since they were both buckled they couldn't grab her as they saw her falling. Chris had quicker hands as he quickly grabbed her by the waist to stop her from falling, instead she like fell into him "oh my god" Faith said "as she grabbed him "this is super awkward," she said as she moved back to her seat as she pulled her shirt over her head that she had rolled into her purse "oh my god" she said as she grabbed her dress just hiding into it

Chris cleared his throat and looked at Sebastian as his face was read itself and wasn't exactly sure what to say himself. "its okay, it happens, changing in a car is dangerous we all have been there" he said as he bite the inside of his lip to stop himself from saying anything stupid. Anthony bursted out laughing "oh my god the tension of sex in his car is real, Evans.. man you ooze of it.. I don't know who is worse.. you or her, who wants to place a bet these two will be hitting the sheets together by the end of the night" He smirked Sebastian smirked "ill take that bet," he smirked and him and Anthony did a bro thing high five Rose looked at them "uh not if I have a say in that matter" he said "Faith isn't the girl to sleep with someone on the first date" Faith still hiding under her dress just her face is beat red she is not coming out any time soon "SOMEONE KILL ME" she said loudly from under her dress "seriously.. just" she said and "are we there yet?" She wondered as the car stopped and she nodded "im getting out of this car" she said as she got up again and opened the door on Sebastians side and jumped out before walking down the street halfway and squatted because girl needed a breath. Rose laughed and followed her "we will be right back boys, and we will come join you" Mackie smirked "im coming with" he said following rose out of the car and walked to where Faith was just squatting in the middle of the sidewalk as people were walking around her "oh my god oh my fucking god" Faith mumbled to herself as she stood up and started to pace as she saw Rose and Mackie walk up to her.

"do not say anything" Faith said as she walked back and forth on the sidewalk trying to cool down because she was hot and her face was still read " I have never seen a person get out of the car so fast, man I wish I would have known you guys forever ago, you are a riot" Anthony gushed with a smirk Rose smirked "well yeah we are and she is always like this, overly dramatic" She said as she grabbed Faiths arm "you do know they are joking right?" She smirked at her best friend "i was not I bet they end up in the same bed by the end of the night" Anthony said with his hands up "he hasn't been able to keep those ocean blue eyes off you all night" "shut up I need to get drunk, take me to this bar" Faith said looking at Anthony Anthony smirked "that I can do" he said as he wrapped his arm around both girls waist and then walked into the afterparty up to the bar "shot of Bacardi" Faith said to the bartender and then watched him poor it and before he was even done took it and downed it like it was nothing than made that sour face "oh fuck okay I forgot how strong that was" Faith said "and a long island ice tea, thanks boo" she said to the man Anthony just clapped his hands cause she downed that like a champ "damn girl, you keep impressing me" Rose looked at her "okay well I just want a soda" she said to the bartender "add a splash of vodka in there" Faith said "trust me you wont taste it" Rose rolled her eyes "you know I don't drink" She said honestly "yeah and tonight you do deal with it" Faith smirked as she Crossed her arms Sebastian walked over "welcome to the party ladies" he smiled putting his arm around Rose neck with Chris right in toe with him "welcome, I see you already found the bar" Chris said as the bartender handed Faith her drink and then Rose "yes, she just took a shot of one of the strongest alcohol in the place like a champ should have seen it. Magical" Anthony said and spun her around Faith carefully set down her drink before she spun as a lot of people started to show up at this party "wow there is a lot of people here" She said Chris nodded "yeah the entire cast and crew plus marvel entertainment, its a huge party" He smiled at her "we should go mingle, don't do anything really stupid till we get back" he said as he and the boys started to walk away, Both Faith and Rose at the same time "HOW CAN WE YOU ARE TAKING ALL THE STUPID WITH YOU" then they both started to laugh as they shoved each other "come on lets go dance or something, or drink more of this, because yum" Faith said to her as she took a long drink as they went to go talk to people. The first person they ran into was Ming, from agents of Shield. One of there favorite people from the show. They had a nice conversation and got to meet Clarke, whom they adored so much. "Clarke, you have to answer this question because it has been on my mind since the first avengers movie" Faith said as she wrapped her around Roses neck as she was starting to feel her drinking "Does Phil know Fury ruined his trading cards?" She asked "because they are never mentioned in Shield.. and I've been dying to know" Clarke laughed "you know I don't know, because I feel if he did know, after the whole Tahiti thing, Phil would be so mad he was so proud of those" "my point!!" She said "i need another drink, who wants to do shots" Faith said as she spun around and looked at Rose, "come on shots" she said as she pulled her friend though a crowed room "Faith don't you think you have had enough? I mean you can't even walk straight?" Rose gave her friend a concerned look Faith shook her head "no I've had three drinks" she said with a shrug and got herself another shot "come on dance with me" she said Rose looked at her "i don't dance how many times do I have to tell you this, at least not in public" She replied Faith made a face as she got another drink before walking with her "fine let me find Mackie then that handsome slice of chocolate will dance with me.. Im gonna make you drink more and open up and be your bad dancing self with me" Rose laughed "yeah no im good with not even drinking the one you gave me.. " she shook her head as she pulled face over to the table and made her drink water. "i wanna dance" Faith said making a face. As Mackie walked back up to them as faith had her head on the table being the dramatic bean Mackie walked up "and whats wrong with the blonde one?" He wondered

"did you bring me another drink?" Faith wondered and then took his drink and took a drink "gross, what is that" She said being even more dramatic before rose responded "i wont go dance with her" Rose said with a smirk "ill dance with her" Evans said walking back over to them "sick of talking to people" he said "this is why I don't like these things"

Alright you guys, sorry for the delay, I’ve had to restart this post 20 fucking times because my changes weren’t being saved in the draft and then I kept getting the ‘upload failed’ error. In case you don’t remember wtf is going on you might wanna re-read the last update (I certainly had to) which is apparently from JUNE 2018. Jfc I suck so hard. Now this was gonna be really long but tumblr wouldn’t post it so I’m breaking it up in 3 parts, part 2 to be posted tomorrow. Jojo cheated on Wyatt with Max Flexor and my solution to that marital crisis was to adopt our first dog ever, a puppy hilariously named Maxx.

The puppy grew up to be an asshole and is constantly beating up the cats, who have turned into giant pussies (no pun intended) and are losing every fight to him despite the fact they’re named after Mortal Kombat characters. They’re a fucking disgrace to Alegra’s/Victor’s/Ronroneo’s memory and I haven’t settled on a cat heir yet because they both suck.

Jojo is perma miserable, I don’t even remember how much money away from his 100k LTW, and still not a werewolf despite my pathologically persistent attempts to make him friends with the wolf.

Fucking useless Wyatt didn’t get promoted while Komei was alive providing us with his 100 townie friends, we spent 20 updates befriending every rando that crossed our lot to secure his promotion, and then finally on the day he was supposed to become Captain Hero, Wyatt got, of course, fired and is now on track to take longer to complete his literal career based LTW than Komei took to get 6 pets on the top of their careers.

Absolutely everyone hates noogie addict Shajar, she got a Kylo Ren makeover, and we still don’t know what her sexual orientation is thanks to her ridiculous fitness/fatness turn ons and cleanliness turn off.

Golden child/10 nice points freakshow Cyneswith grew up, rolled romance with the most disturbing turn-ons/offs possible (grey hair/mechanical & charisma turn off) and the 20 simultaneous lovers LTW.

Wulf grew up into a kid, got an Amadeus makeover, is officially a Wyatt clone and the only member of this family I don’t completely hate yet.

Now I’d like to begin the first Union post in more than a year by requesting you do me a solid and lower your expectations for this thing as far down as humanly possible. Like really try to recreate the Jules Verne classic “Journey to the Center of the Earth” with your expectations here, because my brain is so fucking fried that there’s a 20% chance I randomly start citing sources at some point during this post. How to enter a fandom - RPC

Hey guys, time for a friendly PSA from yours truely~

So I’ve been in and out of a lot of fandoms, made friends, enemies, frenemies, grave mistakes and happy accidents. I also see a lot of people come in other fandoms. Most of yall do great but I see some people carry in this weird sort of self deprecating attitude that can immediately turn rpers away from them, which results in; more of that self deprecation. So Im here to hopefully help out with the best ways to enter a fandom or an rpc, make your presence known and make lots of wonderful friends.

Now the first, and most important thing, and I notice a ton of people struggle with it is:

General attitude. 

Let me give two examples of some first time posts.

“Hey! I’m new to the fandom. I know my bio and my theme sucks but would anyone like to rp? Maybe?”

VS.

“Hey! I’m new to the fandom. My bio and rules are located here, though they’re still under construction I’m really eager to develop them with interactions!”

Now I know the first one is tempting for a lot of reasons. You might not even feel like its all that bad, but up next to the second one it actually sounds a little...depressing, monotone, dry. Even though they start the same, one ends with me feeling like: this person really doesn’t put effort into things, they dont even really want to be here. All my threads with them are going to be lazily written or probably written with half baked enthusiasm.

The second person is happy to be here, eager to interact, admits that since they’re a new blog not everything is perfect. Yet, they don’t talk down on themselves or make it seem like anyone who talks to them will only be taking pity on them.

This is actually a big problem I see in the rpc. Making people take pity on you for interactions and the rule with that is simple:

don’t make people feel like they have to take pity on you. 

It’s a knee jerk reaction, I know. We’re all awkward humans on the internet who want to play up our faults. Who wants to say “My stuff is SO awesome! It’s the best”??? 

Well. You do. You’re new to a fandom. People already have established relationships, character arks, possibly with another version of the muse youre playing. Backstories so detailed it’ll make your head spin. You are literally selling yourself to these other rpers. Don’t sell them “A vacuum cleaner that sucks. No, not sucks up the dirt, it just sucks. Like me, Im trash and dont even have a working vacuum” No one wants to buy a vacuum cleaner that sucks.

Hate to break it to you, but when you say you suck, or your stuff sucks; people are gunna believe you. Or they’re just gunna pity you. And thats not great either. 

Heck you might think; why not? So long as they rp with me, whats wrong with that? 

Well... lots of things but mostly; pity isn’t a good feeling. Nobody wants to feel guilted into rping with you. Imagine seeing someone on your dash constantly posting about how no one likes them, their character or interacting with them. How they wanna die because they never get asks, no one likes their starters. (Sound extreme? I’ve seen it.) It makes you feel bad right? It makes you wanna like them but like- where do you even start??? They don’t even like them?? What common ground do you have?? “Hey, I see you hate yourself... uh... I hate you too?” Not great. Actually bad. You don’t know how to approach this person without becoming an emotional crutch, and you know they’ll latch on to you and suck every positive emotion out of your body so how do you win?

So lesson one is; People don’t want to be forced to feel so bad that they rp with you, they want to feel inspired to. Inspire some dudes! (or non-dude identifying people)

I can’t stress enough how important attitude is because I’ve had both a shitty attitude and a great one in the RPC and let me tell you, nothing kills a blog faster than a shitty attitude. Wanna make a self deprecating posts about that meme that you got 0 asks for? NUH UH. Think again. PITY = BAD, SHORT LASTING FRIENDSHIPS. INSPIRED = SUPER AWESOME HAPPY FUN TIMES FOREVER.

Yo, present yourself in a way that makes people wanna approach you. Get them interested, say something wacky or edgy or if your character is self deprecating then self deprecate through them but DO IT IN A FUN WAY. The people who care about icons and fancy promos usually aren’t worth lasting friendships either. Sometimes they literally spend more time formatting than writings something worth while for you. (some of you really balance it and just love formatting but u know im not talking about u Im talking about those that literally wont talk to us that dont)

So present yourself well and be genuine.

The internet is a playground because you can trick people into believing whatever you want about yourself. YEP even good things!!! You don’t have to wear your flaws on your sleeve, and you certainly don’t have to wear them like a full body cast that prevents you from doing anything fun in your life.

Take the cast off, take a risk. You literally have nothing to lose. Especially if no one interacts with you as is anyways.

Be mindful

This is more of a trick I use to make myself feel better. I don’t follow a lot of people so my dash is pretty slow. It’s fairly easy to tell when people are and aren’t active/online so I literally have to trick myself sometimes but;

If you reblog a meme and get nothing, step back and ask yourself; am I sure anyone even saw it? and are the people who did maybe to shy to send anything? Or maybe nothing in that meme applies to their character.

As a mute character I am VERY restricted to what memes I reply to. As a character who speaks VERY LITTLE I am VERY restricted to what dialogues I can send at all. This means I’m required to edit memes a little (this is allowed by most meme creators btw) or I need a very good relationship with a character in order to say/sign that many words at them.

And worse case scenario, queue it and reblog it again/later. Its no biggie, some memes don’t make it.

Self reflect

Check out people on the dash. Do they have interactions? What are they like? Is their character more welcoming? Maybe you’re character is more intimidating. You might need to actually seek out interaction.

Tumblr has this huge enigma where everyone wants asks but no one wants to send them. Curious anons come from someone, magic anons come from your peers, followers, friends. Some of them are pretty obvious. Want asks? Send them. We really need to get the ball rolling with this because its honestly a problem. Show some initiative and reach out. It actually feels pretty good seeing someone react to your outrageous anon. And its a lot of stress relief if you play an otherwise very serious character to get to branch out and be silly.

So you send asks, you like starter calls- why isn’t it working?

Well, a stranger knocks on your door and tries to get to know you. Its a little awkward- it can work sure in some cases. But in most you’ll probably close the door and phone the police.

The RPC isn’t as strange as that but what’s easier? Talking to a muse you’ve never met from a blog you’ve never seen before? Or writing a thread with your best bud, throwing in inside jokes and references to your favourite shows- teasing each other about that one embarrassing thing that happened to your muse- yeah. Yeah you get it.

If you have history or at least an idea what someone is like, you will want to interact with them more. I don’t know if you’re some mean... meanie pants whos gunna smack my muse because he offered you a cookie. And maybe you are, but if I don’t know you, or know that your muse is deeply traumatized by cookies, I might take that as you saying “Ew no get away I never wanna rp with you”.

It sounds harsh, but I KNOW it happens. It STILL happens to me, even with people I’m friends with. Even if someone has multiple blogs and I get on fine with one muse, if the other hates me I might get uneasy about sending in asks cause I feel like I’m directly bothering the mun (who I love on this blog but WHAT IF THEY START HATING ME THERE TOO???)

Separation is tricky. We all get jealous or feel neglected when our partners focus on another thread/ship or send mean angsty replies which is why its important to check yourself remind yourself you have value, mun =/= muse and that it’s all in good fun.

Have Rules

UGH no!!! Not rules I hate rules, I dont want to restrict anyone!

Listen. I get it. I was a rule-less blog for a long time. But you know what? You need them. Not just for you, but for the people who wanna interact. I still feel the need to ask people who have rules what they are and aren’t comfortable with. You might not realize it but shit can go down in rps especially in certain fandoms. Even if its just the basics. Write them. They matter.

Unless you’re fine with someone literally controlling your character, or a blog you dont even follow who RPs David Letterman tags you in a smutty thread where your muse and him are married and he’s heavily pregnant with 4 narwal baby’s I- I think you can see where I’m going.

If its just the basics, thats fine, everyone loves seeing that. No god modding, not forced shipping, ect- great. Less for me to remember. Add to it if you need to. Everyone experiences rp different. Make your experience a comfortable one.

Step away.

If you’re feeling negative, just step away. Do not make a big post about it alerting everyone who follows you because they might not all respond well. If you have close friends in then fandom you can go to, talk to them, vent a little, or just remove yourself and get those feelings out. But remember that no one here is equipped to be your therapist, and we cant all be expected to take the burden from you. It is up to you to regulate your emotions. Use coping skills but please don’t make the fandom or your blog a toxic place to be.

You don’t feel good, and no one reading your posts feels good, and building friendships on not feeling good is just... completely not good.

Im not saying you must be sunshine and rainbows all the time, but feeling bad feels bad and even though rping is just a hobby and a past time you are still reaching into other peoples lives. Leave a good impact, try to be someone you would want to meet in the rpc. Make it a better place.

↳ i’m just a man in a can. 

1. not a lot of people will agree but let's be honest. tony is constantly judged and classified to be a villain and isn’t well liked by others. in my opinion, he's just trying his damn best and people tend to forget he's just a human being. mistakes happen, its part of life. but we learn how to grow and to improve by fixing those mistakes. its how we learn, and he does a remarkable job at illustrating this.

2. the reason why i relate to tony is because i know what it feels like to do a mistake and people still holding that against you. trying to redeem yourself is hard to do when you are constantly surrounded by negative people, makes you suffocate and not feel worthy which isn’t fun. but luckily, i learned who are my real friends and i’m gonna stick by them no matter what. love you guys. 

3. tony has a lot of self-hatred for himself, people tend to forget that. he covers up his vulnerability by using humor and giving off sarcastic replies, he hides behind a mask just to keep up everyone’s moods and to not appear weak. in reality, he’s just afraid of what people would think of his true colors; afraid to be judged and afraid to even open up to the right people. hes believes that acting like he doesn’t care makes him appear strong. he’s also a self-destructive type of person and would probably sacrifice himself to make others happy.

↳ they’re my friends, and you’re not going to steal my friends just because you’re scared of being alone.

1. has an over protective mother and was neglected to do quite a bit of stuff. friends were the ones who pulled him away from that sort of negativity. in this case, my mother wasn’t nearly as bad as eddie’s mom, it was more my grandmother but i wont bore you with the details.

2. one way at home but another way with friends. at home i was pretty much a good kid, but with my friends all i do is fuck around and cuss sooo fucking badly, its ridiculous. parents weren’t fan of friends and tried to cut them out. father’s not in the picture anymore. used to have a terrible case of asthma but found comfort from friends and got over it.

3. the mom friend out of the group; making sure others are well and if something is up they’ll totally fucking come to the rescue. 

( i’m sorry i’m not going into full details with this one! i just relate to him a lot and it’s pretty personal stuff! )

richie tozier { it 2017 }

1. richie is a very fun sort of character, he just doesn’t let out a lot which i totally relate to. acts tough, but is actually a huge softie. can be rather loud and obnoxious one moment but also can be a cry baby the next. i’m pretty sure all of my friends can agree that i’m pretty much like this majority of the time. 

2. uses humor to cover up true emotions. hates the feeling of vulnerability and looking weak. whenever a crowd is down, most likely will try to cheer people up and make a stupid joke or two. tends to platonically flirt with all friends and considers friends to be their #1 family.  

3. loves horror movies but has a shit ton of fears. a big fear of mine is to be forgotten, like with richie’s fear of being missing. anything can happen and it would suck if i didn’t leave a mark in this world or in anyone's heart, since a lot of people touched mine. 

4. someone also once said i resemble richie a lot when it comes to looks {probably black hair and the brown glasses} but jokes on them i’m taking it as a compliment now man!

ivy pepper { gotham }

↳ words always hurt me way more than sticks or stones.

1. this one would be short and simple since i’m sleepy and the squad really wants to see the post. for starters, ivy looks like an adult but shes actually a child. what a mood since thats fucking me everyday. she gets babied around a lot and is treated as if she’s either stupid or weak. i relate to this since i normally do get babied around in general; either it being school, friends outside of tumblr, etc. 

2. she’s actually really fucking strong and badass. is a protective little plant sister and deeply cares about her family, who are her friends. pretty eccentric, wild, which makes her fun and different compared to others. also shes out serving looks and calling out people, bless.

3. ivy can be a little devious at times, a wild card. but she can also be quite selfish and a little bit ditzy at times when it comes to some sort of things. you can tell shes trying her best though, trying to make herself known and to show others that they shouldn’t take an advantage of her.

1. this will be short and sweet cause it’s quite obvious why i relate to this bean! he’s a huge comic book junkie, to the point he’ll randomly quote something entirely dorky from either a book or a movie. he’s just so much like me and i love it. 

2. best friends are important to him, the same for me. in the show he has like four while for me i got seven and i see nothing wrong with that. would probably sacrifice myself if anything were to happen to them, which says a lot.

3. has a terrible fucking habit when it comes to swearing, very much like me. fuck is probably my only vocab and my favorite word to use for any situation. he tends to wear bright, silly colors and only gives a shit about food. wow, what a mood.

harry hart { kingsman }

1. harry is someone i really want to be when i grow up. he’s so fucking cool, a good role model, and kicks fucking ass so casually while still looking like a babe. 

2. he has a liking towards butterflies and longed to do something with his interests, but instead went to the army. this relates to me; i admire animals and wanted to be a zoologist for a long time, but instead i’m gonna pursue my career elsewhere. 

3. i have been told from a lot of people i’m a really good listener and tend to give good advice, so if you need anything, i’m here! just drop a message and i gotchu. like harry- he is normally seen in the movie giving good advice and showing that he’s a fantastic listener. but, its also important to listen to what he has to say and provide some advice of your own. he may look big and tough, but he’s going through a lot and doesn’t let out a lot about themselves.

My car insurance company had increase my insurance by 2 folds (103%) increase. I contacted the company, enquired about this increase. But they said they cant do anything about it, If I want I can raise this with the customer service chief and chief executive. I wrote them a letter stating it was ridiculous amount of money, they asking me to pay. Also clearly brought to their notice, that I have a clean history, no claim, paid insurance on time, no accidents, and I have no claim discount of 7 years in total. I was hit by a woman in a parking lot. In Texas where I live, certain parking lots are no fault zones if they are private property. I was in one of these no fault zones. I was uninsured at the time. She had Uninsured Motorist Protection as part of her insurance policy. I suffered no damages to my vehicle or person. She suffered $1500 worth of vehicular damage. Her insurance company paid for her damages. I was backing out of a parking space and she came flying around the corner and messed up the entire passenger door of her car on my rear bumper. Like I said I received no damage to my vehicle since I was the one barely moving. She called the police immediately after this minor accident took place. I was not cited on the ticket I received for any accident, only for no insurance. The officer informed me verbally that the accident was my fault only because she had the right of way but that there was nothing they could do about it because of the no fault zone policy. Anyway, now her insurance company is coming after me to collect payment of the $1500 they paid for her damages. I have not agreed to pay this amount because it was a no fault zone and I don't feel I should pay for it. She should not have been going that fast in a busy parking lot with a car full of kids. Although the unofficial technicality states that I was at fault, legally no one was at fault. Her insurance company is also threatening to have my license suspended if I do not pay the amount specified. I did not think that they, as a private company, had the power to have that happen. I noticed that after I had it back the cruise control wasn't working I didn't take it back because of the fear of something worse happening to it. My mom suggested that I get repair by my cousins husband so my mom handed me her cell phone called him and told me to bring it in the morning because he worked all day til 7pm and if i couldn't get to him to leave the key under the plant in front of the garage door (that call was on 6-24-09). I tried to get there early enough (6-25-09) but i missed him and no one was home so I placed the key under the plant and left I told the police officer that I had made a call to him after dropping the key but the phone number to reach him was on my moms cell phone. I thought I did I couldn't remember because I came back a day later for the car. After I walked home I thought id leave it there a day so he could find the problem, since he gets home at 7pm. When I got there on 6-26-09 my car wasn't there and they said they never saw it there so i called the police to see if it was towed it wasn't and the key wasn't there either, police came over and took my statement but on the report he stated that the car was stolen on 6-26-09 and the phone number I used to call to tell them I was leaving the car there was written down wrong. The insurance company said that the inconsistencies where that I did not use my cell to make a phone call on the 6-24-09 or 6-25-09 I told them that i used my mothers cell phone in the oath recorded meeting they recorded my statement a week after i reported my car stolen and i failed to tell them i used my mothers cell phone but they didn't ask and I also told them I called when I placed the key under the plant but I was confused because I had called my cousin twice on 6-24-09. I never failed to make a payment on any of my bills and i have good credit score I'm in fact almost done with my car payment. They also brought to my attention that I tried to sell the car but i have proof that i've been trying to sell my car since 2008 and there was a buyer and i have his emails that offered to buy my car with a $1000.00 profit for me. please tell me what do think i should do about this situation?""

Progressive auto insurance problem !?

I need an opinion on what should i do in this case. 3 weeks ago , as I was driving home , on the freeway , from the truck in front of me fell big peace of ice and hit my car from underneath. Less than 1 minute later i noticed blue smoke behind , luckily there was and exit with gas station right there. By the time i pulled up to the gas station car was barely moving. After staying parked for 20 min , it leaked oil and tranny fluid . I called towing , had them pick the car up , called progressive made the claim. All of that happened in WI near Milwaukee , before i used to leave in Chicago , so I never dealt with progressive from WI. After couple days adjuster came out and gave shop 1100$ to start the repairs , shop diagnosed everything and came to a conclusion that its the transmission leaking because of the damage inside. Adjuster was extremely slow to give shop any kind of approvals to do anything , So after 3 weeks they finally allowed them to take transmission apart , another adjuster came out took pictures , then shop owner want around , called me and said that he will call me next day. Next day shop owner calls me asking if I heard anything from progressive ? I call that guy back , but he went on vacation. Call my first adjuster , she says that the guy who went on vacation concluded that it wasn't related to impact , so they wont pay for anything and I owe 500 for taking down transmission. I called shop owner right away asking if its possible , not being related to impact , he says of course not , otherwise your car wouldn't break after impact. He also said some technical explanation what caused it to break , i just don't know what. he also said that no one ever called him and asked him what was the cause if that. I dealt with progressive in Chicago twice , when i lived there , and i had greatest experience ever , but it seems that in Milwaukee , they are playing games , making me pay , and not taking responsibilities. I figured somebody might know what should I do in this case , I just want them to do what they should do , especially when Im paying 200$ a month.""

I was told that since I am registered under my parents insurance, the other party can see that they have a lot of assets they can sue for from my parents. My question is, why are they able to sue me so easily? I've done research, and I know Florida is a no-fault state, meaning drivers cannot sue each other unless serious injury occurred, such as loss of life, limb, permanent injury, etc. In both accidents, I did not get ticketed, and I believe no police report was written, only exchanges of information.(Police were called, however. I did not leave the scene) Also both of the other parties did not ask for an ambulance or medical assistance(I know about the feeling pain later thing) but I'm sure if someone was suing for something as serious that can be listed as loss of limb or death, they would have showed some indication of injury at the scene. Car Insurance - Young Driver 18 years old Male - NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!?

I have recently passed my driving test (3 days ago!) and will be buying a car ASAP as I have a job lined up and have just left school. I've tried tens of comparison sites and even rang some insurance companies direct to try and get a better quote... I have looked at the smallest possible engine size, that being 0.8l and 1l engines. I've looked at cars such as FORD KA, Vauxhall Corsa, Nissan Micra, Renault Clio and a few others too. The cheapest quote I have found for all of the cars is for a 2000 Ford KA 1.3l 3dr 4 seats (the smallest KA engine size possible) and that price was 3,800 paying monthly with a company called My Policy . However, I have used various other KA registration plates all the same engine size but some being 2003 models or 2005 and the insurance jumps to over 6,000! I haven't found another FORD KA cheaper than 5,500 and obviously if I can't get that one particular car out of the thousands for sale that insurance quote will be invalid anyway. Basically, I've tried everything. Adding named drivers (with lots of driving experience 30+ years), putting my car in a locked garage, on the road, tried different cars - models, registration plates, ages, engine sizes, and not to forget the countless comparison sites. The funny thing is with MyPolicy I went onto their site directly to get a quote and they were unable to give me a quote when entering exactly the same information into the Tiger.co.uk comparison site, that site brought up the 3,800 quote with MyPolicy but when I use their site directly they can't give me a quote... I know insurance is based on MANY factors, believe me I understand that. I tried entering different post codes (just out of curiosity) and it did help, but only fractionally. It just seems (other than the 1 obscure quote of 3,800 on ONE car, out of the 100+ I've tried) that I can't get a quote cheaper than 5,000 for a car with the smallest engine size and insurance group possible... It's ridiculous. Please don't advise fronting because it's illegal and I want to build up some NCD anyway. CAN ANYONE HELP ME GET A QUOTE CHEAPER THAN 3,500?! Thanks a lot, -Ash.""

I don't understand why these individuals are not hunting around for the cheapest medical insurance they can find prior. There are individual plans out there, directly through the insurance companies, also family plans. You can pick and choose your premiums/deductibles/co-pays, hunt around for what suits your needs best. The single plans especially, can be and most of the time are, affordable. I don't understand why people do not apply for basic health insurance that would cover them in an emergency, or for general routine health-care. Premiums can be as low as 60-100 a month for a single person. Please can someone explain to me why these people are not taking advantage of what is out there? So I recently got rear ended and the other party was at fault. I went to the appraiser that the all state agent had directed me to and had my car appraised. When I got my car appraised the appraiser wrote me a check then and there for the damages . Today I got a phone call from the insurance agent asking if my mailing address was correct and that they were going to mail me out a check for the damages that their appraiser had estimated. I have done lots of research and majority of the research tells me to get term life insurance, but I am still confused to why. Here is a little about me: 30 years old, married, and have a baby. I see 30 years usually being the longest term life insurance. Well 30 years from now (considering nothing happens to me in the next 30 years), I will only be 60. That is still pretty young and then I wil have to renew my term insurance, but at 60, my premium will be a lot more than it would be right now. Now my question will be tricky to answer because everyone has a different driving record I haven't filed a claim sense 2004 I hit a car ! guilty I have had speeding tickets but not sense 2007 I had one guy try and file a claim against me in 2008 he said i backed into him but he didn't carry insurance and had no proof and the claim was never paid out so I'm pretty sure my rates will go up come time for renewal I'm just trying to see by how much? can i call progressive would they tell me? do they even know???? We live in Texas, I'm looking for health insurance for our 5 year old daughter. My husband has coverage through his employer and I have the option of being covered under his plan as well. However, our premium would increase by $400 a month if we add her to that plan. I am looking for an inidividual plan that will allow only her to be covered. OKAY so the morning was rly bad and hectic and i dont like remembering it but i woke up and got ready bc the lol.ita fashion show was at 10 am and dad n i left and dad stopped by burger king to get himself some food but my cramps flared up BADLY and i had a midol in my bag so i took it out but im afraid of pills and cant swallow them so i was shaking and then i started crying and the drive-thru girl was like “oh gosh are you okay?” and i explained what was going on but rushed and sloppily and she was like “oh this happens to my lil sis too.. it’s okay sweetie just relax” or soething and i had dad park the car in the parking lot of burger king and for me to put my midol in a BK crospy crown and take a huge bite and swallow but that backfred and i chewed some of the pill and it was Blegh but the midol didnt kick in right away and the cramps were still v bad so i had dad rive me home so i could lie down for a while and i asked mom to use the heater bc she accidentally woke up so i asked her while she was awake and she kept saying no bc she liked it but when i begged she let me use her bed and used mine and it barely helped but overtime i gradually geew okay and hadd to calm myself so the stress wouldnt make my cramps return and i left at like 11 am and i missed the BB panel too but it’s Okay and i walked in and met up w haji near the ticket place and thankfully her mom let us wander around the con

so we went to the GF panel but i was mainly distracted by a small octopus plushie on some guy’s head and haji n i kept joking abt us knocking it off his head and abt the guy playing space jam and bassboosted music outside the panel room and it being audible whenever someone opened the door to leave or come in pff... but the dipper did the lamby dance and it was cute aa and the dipper offered ppl in the audience scooby snacks to any of the audience so haji n i had one n it was rly good aa i hadnt had one of those in years theyre Yummy...

Anyway, after that, i tried to go to the DR meetup, but it was rly rly tiny?? like we held it inside w like 2 handfuls of ppl and we tried to get the junkos to step on the tsumikis (there were 3 of us, including me) w 2 junkos bc i requested it but the junkos didnt wanna accidentally pantyshot the camera so we got up from our kneeling positions haha and haji went to the dealers room for a while while this was going on and i tried to help the mikan when she said she got a cut on her face but she said it was alright and eventualy haji came back and i left w her and we decided not to go to the m.lp panel that i kind of wanted to go to and instead went to the dealers room and looked around and i showed her the idol merch table and haji said she’d buy me anything bc she didnt get to give me a birthday present earlier on in the year so i looked around for a Big hamster plushie or something but those seemed expensive so we came back to the idol table and got me the tori keychain i’d been wanting since yesterday or thirsday and haji got a tsukasa and then we ran into the ppl running the fine panel and we all joked abt “ALL WOMEN ARE QUEENS, EICHI!!” 

and we walked around for a bit more before going to the rw.by panel but we could barely hear and we had to sit at the back of the room due to lack of seats so haji and i just whispered to eachother the whole time and i had haji read part of an en.stars smut fic w impregnation kink (just kink not actual mpreg) and a lil stupid thing i wrote abt rei and koga and then we watched the service dog near us near the other corner and watched it lick the carpet and Rest and enjoyed watchin it then we tried to walk around and someone asked for a pic of me but i was like “UHH WHERES MY SYRINGE PROP” so haji thought i elft it on the floor of the other panel and she left to go find it while i waited near these ppl bc they were just hanging out anyway and i kept worrying like “shes been gone for a while.. is she okay this shouldve been quick oh god” and my cramps started returning a lil but i tried to keep myself calm and the uraraka was like “are you okay i can go try n retkrkieve her if she got lost” and i was like “it’s okay” and eventually i checked deep in my bag and found it and i tried to call haji but she arrived just as i called her and i was like “i found it im sorry aa” and then we Ran to the en.stars panel

AND THE EN.STARS PANEL WAS SO SO MUCH FUN!! I have the first half recorded on video and since it’s rly late rn, i wont type too much abt that, but i asked eichi if he was anyone’s sugar daddy and, if not, would he be mine and he said he was kind of one to hajime and bought him lots of things and haji asked who was the most into minions and it was apparently Tori and i showed them the scooby doo au i made w some of haji’s assistance and showed wtaru (and the others) the Scoobkai Doonata that i drew and they all were laughing and i wa glad aa and the topic of vore came up again and i showed them shino’s ku.rochia vore post and the kiryu was like “OH MY GOD CAN I GIV U MY TWITTER SO I CAN BE SENT THAT” and the panelists were laughing and tori read the tweet aloud while laughing and i told them the ensemble vore account and eichi was like “well, theyve prob gained more followers today” and i asked if anyone in the audience wanted to see it and omeone rasied their hand so i showed them and they were laughing too and it was Wild.wataru apparently named his doves after fine members and tomoya, and i asked kiryu if he could lift rabits + fine and they nodded and i later asked if he knew that he’s a thicc bara and the fandom thirsts for him and he laughed and nodded. Haji asked them if they’d heard rainbow circus nightcore bassboosted and the eichi said they played it at practice ssometimes (i thick this was ooc not in-character answer) and someone in the audience actually KNEW the person who made that and messaged them and they messaged them that tori said they liked them and the rainbow cisurcus stuff and the person replied w “ Why” and honestly this whole panel was FUN but so someone told us where the en.stars buttons were so the fine group, their friend the kiryu, haji, and i all went to the booth and got buttons and i said goodbye to eeryone and walked around for a minute then haji n i went into the vol.tron talk panel and haji had to leave aww and after that the vol.tron panel was mostly shitty fanfic reading, swearing, and roasts and i wanted to go to vol.tronival but for reason i thought thatd be rude bc the panelists were like “we have to compete w... THAT” and so i stayed and went on my ipad most of the time.

I went to the per.sona 5 q and a and it was so full that i had to stand in the back but they sometimes kept bringing up per.sona 4 and perso.na 3 so i was confused and they said they were abt to start trivia and it might have spoilers so i took that opportunity to leave bc i dont want spoilers and it was kind of boring so i walked around the dealers room and i found a Rock and Uno and i talked to them and turns out the Rock was actually the mondo from the day before bc they said “hey, sweetie!” in a nice tone and i was confused and they were like “ah im the mondo btw!” so we talked and i talked abt how i watched both seasons of nan.baka in like.. 2 days and i was like “uno’s best boy-” and rock (as a joke) went deadpan and walked away and i was like “ROCK IS ALSO A GOOD BOY JUST.. UNO...” and rock came back and i said that uno and nico stole my heart and uno fistbumped me and rock was like “you should cosplay w us sometime~!” and i said i was considering doing uno but couldnt and i cant do most of the characters bc long sleeves and rock said i’d be cute as the chinese qi kid and i was like “i cant paint myself either but thank you!” and they had to leave but i got rock’s tumblr and they called me cute or sweet and i looked around the dealers room for a second more before scurrying to the LL panel and apparently the thing was 2 hours??

but anyway it was p funny and we all just messed around and did q and a and games like handshake  killer and karaoke! i sang half of Sentimental Liars but my voice wasnt as loud as i wouldve liked it and kind of shaky bc i was cold and Nervous and the nico from the panel and another random guy clapped for me and the 2 en.stars fans in front of me said my voice sounded nice and at some point i overheard those 2 talking abt making a screamo cover of melody in the dark and i was like “omfg are yall gonna actually make a cover. go fully hardcore” and Dead girl walking and candy store got sung and it was a Fun panel. the kiryu from earlierwalked in too so when everyone was talkign to eachother near the end of the panel, i asked shino if they wanted to say anything to the kuro and shino asked them how ranking went and the kiryu said they couldnt rank and shino was just so happy and keysmashing and asked f i could say “pls lift me mr.bara” and the kiryu chuckled and the kiryu was like “do they want me to like.. do anyfin?” so i asked shino and all he said was “DAB” so i took a pic of the kiryu dabbing and shino said they hadnt been feeling well so it cheered them up so i told the kiryu that and they said to tell shino that that made them happy and when the kiryu and i swapped tumblr apparently they already follow me and im like “FGNEGN DUDE.. I KNO U IVE SEEN U IN MY FOLLOWERS LIST IM YUMENOSAKIACADEMY ROX...” n they were like “oH” and they showed me a funny post abt shu and i proposed a tri.ch shu hc and then they ahd to leave but i stayed for the vol.tron panel but i was messaging shino thru most of it but i saw lynds (as lance) get hugged by the panel’s lance and i read some en.stars doujins and messaged another friend too so i wasnt paying much attention, then istill stayed in the room for the rw.by panel, but same i was just on my ipad but i saw some of the dares and the jaune sang and stuff and evemtually it was over and i walked around taking pics before going outside to wait for dad to pick me up 

and i took a pic of a pidge, lance, and keith and gav em lollipops and the pidge was like “omg ur nails.. wait, did u go to a hai.kyuu panel last year?” and i was like “ah, no i was casu.al d v a” and they were like “yea, but u went TO  a hai.kyuu panel, yea?” and i said yea and they were like “aa i was the hinata u talked to. i recognized u bc the nails” and i laughed bc thats my only noticable feature, huh. pff
