I've never had a drawing tablet until three days ago, so naturally, the first thing I had to draw with it was our man bestie Herc <3

an interesting thing bout (my) ten cent's found family is that it's mostly one-sided on tc's part. he sees his co-workers as family but they see him as another important crew memeber.

of course their work-friendship bond is strong and important, it's just not a familial one and that's ok (yknow for the variety xd)

and yes, the ten cents-captain star relationship is quite complicated as to say it's very heartwarming and tragicomical~ one day I'll tell you bout it~

Finally finished artwork gift for my friend @jayjay667! It took a bit too long, because of my lazy ass and other stuff happening in life. But it was satisfying to draw our humanized Herculeses regardless. And her design and style are great, although I'm not the best at trying to capturing them. I doubt that I will post art regularly, although I never did regularly post anything tbh. But I'm thinking of improving my art skills, artstyle etc. and practice for a while (I'm not sure if I'll want to do anything else, like translation of episodes). And I'm still thinking of human designs for TUGS characters, if not redesigns (I tried to draw my Hercules with outfit inspired by us navy winter uniform, and give vitiligo which is invisible here now oof-) Also I decided to add watermark for changed nickname, cause why not?

If you wanna talk about Tugs headcanons, what do you think about Warrior?

Warrior's one of my favorites, so this'll be fun!

For my Human AU, I picture Warrior as being a really good baker. He'll make a huge mess in the kitchen, and the pastries won't come out looking very pretty, but they'll taste amazing. Like, the Stars could be having an argument in the briefing room, and Warrior immediately ends it by walking in with a tray of cupcakes; each with varying amounts of clumpy frosting. He's swarmed as soon as he gets through the door.

Warrior is quick to notice when one of his fleet mates is upset and will do everything he can to make them feel better. The big guy just wants to keep his team as happy as possible.

I also headcanon Warrior as autistic. I'm autistic myself, so I tend to notice those traits in characters. He takes things literally and asks questions about things that are "obvious" to others. He doesn't notice when the other tugs insult him. His clumsiness could be the result of struggles with motor skills or lack of spatial awareness, which are also common in autistic folks.

More TUGS scribbling and headcanons:

One of my oldest TUGS headcanons is Zorran being Zip's uncle, specifically his maternal uncle. I came to the conclusion after letting my mind wander, which led to Zorran yelling this at Zip.

Let's face it, loveable dumba$$ Zip was ever going to get a place in the Zero Fleet was by being related to one of the others. I picked Zorran as I always thought they looked the most alike.

Unfortunately, being a Z-Stack did result in Zip having to endure his uncle's temper fairly often.
