Tu B’Shevat is one of those Jewish holidays that most people outside the Jewish community never heard of. But it’s so much fun and really delicious. It celebrates the first harvest and is known as “new year of the trees.” Mostly, the food is awesome because things like dates and nuts and all sorts of fruit are what people eat to celebrate. Like these orange-vanilla flavored cheese stuffed dates. So delicious and so easy that you can makes these with your kids. If you don’t want nuts, sprinkle with toasted coconut.
