A Group of big-time Business Persons from the Province of Zhejiang in China visited the Province of Cagayan recently to explore possible Business Investment Opportunities there, particularly the proposed International Sea and Air Ports in Aparri and Piat.

The Group was led by Ms. Vivian Zhang who is the President of a Business Group in China with over 100,000 Members, and Mr. Chen Yan at his Wife Mrs. Xhen ZhenCui who owns a Business Chain of Cake and Coffee Shops with over 200 Branches in China.

The Local Government Officials of Cagayan also unveiled to the Group Governor Manuel Mamba's Vision of not only establishing an International Seaport in Aparri and International Airport in Piat, but also a Smart City in Tuao and a Heavy Industrial Park.

Well here’s hoping that these Plans by Cagayan will indeed push thru with China, and that the United States (US) and their Filipino Doggies will not SABOTAGE these Plans again like they did with China’s funding of the Sangley Point International Airport (SPIA) and Fuga Island. The Chinese Delegation's Exploration of Cagayan

A Tour Spearheaded by Business Leaders Led by Vivian Zhang, Chen Yan, and Xhen Zhen Cui, the Chinese investors conducted an extensive exploration of economic areas in Cagayan, including key proposed sites for development. These areas include the potential international airport located at the convergence of Tuao, Piat, and Solana towns. Their visit, spanning December 19-20, highlighted Cagayan's investment potential on an international stage.   Endorsement and Interest from Chinese Investors A Promising Outlook for Economic Zones Upon returning to China, the delegates, including Vivian Zhang, plan to endorse Cagayan’s economic zones for potential investments. The Cagayan International Gateway Project, encompassing the Cagayan International Airport, Cagayan Smart City, International Seaport, Heavy Industrial Park, and Cagayan Railway, was presented, showcasing the province's long-term development vision.   Strategic Location and Development Potential Capitalizing on Cagayan's Geographic Advantages Rolando Calabazaron, Cagayan Provincial, and Planning Development Officer, highlighted Tuao's strategic position as a central location for neighboring provinces such as Apayao and Kalinga. The vast, undeveloped land in Cagayan presents a ripe opportunity for timely investment and development.  

The Port of Aparri: A Historical and Future Asset

Briefing on Port Reopening and Expansion Plans During their visit to the Port of Aparri, the Chinese investors received insights into its historical significance and the plans for its proposed reopening. Aparri town administrator, lawyer Mary Jane Tadili, discussed the expansion of Aparri West and East, which includes the construction of a connecting bridge and space allocation for an industrial zone.   Enrile's Tourism Development Plan Showcasing Local Attractions and Opportunities In Enrile, Mayor Miguel Decena Jr. presented the town's tourism development plan, which includes a view deck with a zipline in "Tsukulate Hills" and a fishery in Carague Lake. a.... not-so-quick overview:

the most recent situation where they copyright claimed hundreds of videos just because they had "client" in the title. this ended up affecting a bunch of videos that weren't even about hacked clients

mojang is striking videos regarding hacked clients and the like even on anarchy servers and when used in singleplayer worlds, where they're allowed and/or aren't even ruining the fun for anyone

there's also videos regarding lunar client on mcpe and other clients like pvp clients and stuff that arent hacked clients that are also being struck

^ all of these are coming from tracer.ai

in 2018 there was a hacking youtuber named xturtle that had multiple videos striked which got their channel terminated. they showed how to use the clients effectively to ruin the fun of others (which technically went against minecraft's rules on griefing, so they technically had the right to do it)

tuao made a video about how to get the sakura blossom + vanilla capes by just contacting support because mojang had told support just to give it to anyone that asked and in less than 24 hours the video was striked by mojang and taken down, but the exact reason for the copyright strike was because tuao used images of the minecraft website

in 2022 raysworks uploaded a tutorial on how to make an afk fishing farm he'd made, but on may 8th in 2023 he got a community guideline strike, the reason being a "circumvention of technological measures complaint". he appealed the strike but immediately got denied, even after a manual review. youtube told him they couldnt even tell him the reason the video was taken down. after weeks, he gets in contact with someone at mojang and gets the video back up

in ray's video he mentions pikaj also got a "circumvention of technological measures complaint" on a speedrun history video, which was struck in may of 2022

raysworks also had world downloads struck down from around his channel. when looking into it they were all taken down by appdetex

appdetex is tracer.ai. tracer.ai rebranded from appdetex

thinknoodles had his logo claimed by mojang as their own intellectual property back in february of this year (2024) despite there being literally none of minecraft's copyright in it

back in 2012, a game named junk jack that, while visibly inspired by terraria and minecraft, had nothing stolen from minecraft/mojang, got a letter claiming they'd infringed on copyright. it only got a copyright infringement complaint because minecraft was mentioned ONCE.

apparently mojang's legel team was just sending cease & desists to any app that talked about or showed minecraft at the time

this is kind of insane,,, mojang has a history of just. falsely copyright claiming a bunch of stuf (the video goes over it in greater detail that i would adequately be able to)
