What starters do you think Henry, Gordon and Edward would have? (Or well, partner pokemon if not a starter.)

OH YAY MORE POKEMON TEAM QUESTIONS!! The railway trio don't have starters but they do have partner pokemon. I will go into detail why because I'm autistic. Long explanations under the cut.

Gordon’s partner pokemon is a shiny bisharp. (With the ability defiant). I will die on this hill.

It's described in several pokedex entries that they fashion themselves as leaders and hate to lose. That they'll do anything to win.

Their expression does not change much. Does "when he smiles his whole face changes" ring a bell?

And if they lose they'll be driven from their group and exiled. And if its blade is ever chipped it will retire from its position as leader. Fear of losing and be abandoned because of it?? And basing self worth on ability to perform??

Wow sounds a lot ike a certain big blue engine I know.

Edward's partner pokemon is a stoutland!

Stoutland are described as being very wise, kind and valiant pokemon.

They also warm up to people incredibly quickly. And Edward warms up to new engines on the island quickly as well. Often times helping train them. (Example being thomas.)

Stoutland also are described at great at rescuing people! And what do we see Edward do in the background of many many episodes? Bring the breakdown the train and help bring/rescue others to the steamworks.

(Also not pictured here but Edward also has a houndoom on his team he got back when he was young and a little shit)

And Henry has a leavanny!

First off it's a grass type. And also leavanny are incredibly kind and gentle pokemon. They're caretakers and they weave clothes from leaves and silk.

Henry to me is very kind and gentle and is the heart of the steam team

But like leavanny, don't cross him or else you may be getting more than a stern lecture

Silliness aside, this infestation (and I can't think of a better term) of bot accounts headed by a photo of an artificially enhanced woman and a reference to OnlyFans is starting to take the mickey.

I joined Tumblr in November to create an alternative/backup home for my art after Deviantart's pandering to unregulated AI "art" gave me concerns as to its future. I have honestly enjoyed my time here so far. I have connected with current friends, made a surprising number of new ones, and I have come across some phenomenal TTTE and TUGS fans.

But, when December came, I started getting one or two new follower notifications every day. Like I have seen others say, new followers should be - and usually are - a cause of excitement and prompt you to go to your account to look at what kind of follower you've netted. To find an obvious bot account, and a pr0nbot at that, is extremely disheartening. To get private messages from other bot accounts trying to invite me to join clearly adult dating sites (for the record, I'm in my 30s and by no means innocent, but the account will not have bothered to find this out before inviting me to connect with BBWs) is annoying. To get multiple incidents of both types of bot account EVERY. SINGLE. DAY?! To be frank, that's cause for concern as to the future of this site.

Tumblr: With so many people becoming disheartened by Deviantart and Twitter, you have a potentially unique opportunity to put your best foot forward. You could present yourself as the ideal alternative to these juggernaut websites that are letting their users down, as a true community to share their content, a new, forever home...

But how is that going to happen when you're riddled with parasitic pr0nbot accounts that harrass your userbase daily, while you seem to sit back and do nothing about them?

I didn't really choose people like Jeff The Killer, Eyeless Jack, Jane The Killer, Laughing Jack or yada yada because they honestly don't intrigue me anymore due to their flanderization and stories. The fandom butchered them so uhh yeah. So i picked the ones I liked and saw potential in. Well, anyways, here they are:

$•1c1d3mouse.avi was meant to be an anthropomorphic mascot to bring joy to children but after many loses in life and the feeling of being unwanted, he decides to commit unalive multiple times? Sorry Charlie the NWR 14, he's going to you.

Charlie was meant to be the funny, cheerful guy, but became universally hated due to how horribly written he was and ended up in the dump. I'd say he met Dash, Bash and Ferdinand who also ended up in the TTTE version of Wasteland but no one lives there for long as they will fade away from existent. Losing his new found friends and living in a cursed hell had him on chokehold. So uuhh yeah Charlie hehehhehe

Next one up: Sonic.exe. Mistaken to be a demonic entity possessing Sonic. His true name is X. He admires Sonic and idolizes him to the point that he wants to be him and have him all for himself. He kills all his friends and kills people who play his game and turns them into his slaves. Thomas would've been an obvious choice, but....

This one goes to James.

James is shown to be charismatic, boastful and impatient. He likes going quick and being deemed as important. In future 3D episodes of TTTE he's shown to like going extremely fast. And lastly? It seems like he idolizes Gordon, a big, blue, fast and strong engine. In this AU TTTE is an 8-Bit Game were Gordon is the main lead. James is quick to idolize him and kills all his friends to have him for himself. So yeah, Gordon.exe, a.k.a James.

Now lastly: Lost Silver. A young boy in the Pokemon universe who only wanted to become the best Pokemon trainer, met with a fatal death and became forgotten by everyone. In other stories, he was climbing up Mount Silver and slowly died due to the harsh climate. Sometimes Red is depicted to be a brother figure of his. Who did I think of when I saw this?

Douglas.

At some point in the future TTTE 3D episodes he gets stranded in the snow with no one to help him. In this AU, his name is Lost Snowflake. He felt that he was considered the less useful brother, the more annoying and unreliable one. That if he just threw himself over the docks, no one would noticed. So one day he decided to go shovel snow outside all by himself, heading up towards a mountain. A year later there's been an on-going investigation looking for Douglas McIntosh. Duck heads up a familiar mountain in the snow one day and never goes up again. No one knows why he didn't allow them to go up and only told Donald about what he saw.

Some crovan can’t communicate doodles, been watching Komi can’t communicate and Edward’s Ally both I highly recommend watching and decided to make a au, since this is  how much my verison of crovan would work  ‘Like the show, crovan doesn’t speak or talk, but instead of being seen as husbando he’s seen as weird or how the sudrians like that he doesn’t say anything mean but are kinda unnerved by his stare and the fact her appears out of nowhere sometimes without making a sound but he isn’t been mean like Gordon or Alfred 

He and Alfred aren’t friends or anything more like crovan avoiding Alfred like the plague and can’t be in the same room as him cause Alfred basically bullied him like the rest of the coworkers of his former railway, harassing and tormenting him then Alfred takes it far by stating something asking to him liking that crovan is quite since he was annoying and other mean words so it results in crovan being absolutely terrified of how others would respond and think of him. Alfred has the absolute gall of complaining that crovan doesn’t talk to anyone. Geez I wonder why 😒 

So instead this results as a response to trauma inside of a communication disorder since his anxiety stems from feared of being laughed and mocked for everything he did. Edward like the video helps out with crovan coming out of his shell revealing the scared lonely soul underneath. They’ve become pretty protective of one another with Edward defending crovan with words while crovan defends him with glares and intimidation though he can’t defend himself but it’s ok the squad coming to protect and whoop kick beat them.

So now he kinda trails around edward and is pretty much a scary bodyguard and sorta ends up in a friend group with Edward Henry Thomas and eagle (and later percy Boco bill and Ben, the last two forming a mini protection squad with trying to help crovan talk, although one time it ends with crovan in tears and edward’s scolding them (mostly bill and Ben who were very apologetic). He’s one of the few they don’t play pranks or tricks on, knowing of his past.)

his design is slightly inspired by the wonderful fabulous @projectanimations since they have a lovely design for crovan while edwards is basically a mashup of every Edward design I liked though that’s still a WiP

Here are my final designs of @c-rose2081 kiddos, I love them so much, I’ll die 4 them ok!!! Fyi, this is my interpretation on what they would look like, it’s not canon and I’m so sorry it’s so rusty, I’ve been practicing. Most designs are based on concept art of Encanto:

Character notes and random hcs that are not true so you can just ignore me:

✨Bianca I saw as a bit of a girly tomboy with her messy braid  with flower designs on her skirt, yes she look somewhat like a young Pepa but she isn’t 😅, her right leg is suppose to be lifted up but now I gave her a bit of a limp. Besides Mirabel she’s the big sister of the group! Her hearts big and she likes to take care of everyone when Mira isn’t there and she’s one of the stronger kids, being sporty as she plays soccer. There’s a 90% chance you’ll get punched if you sneak up behind her but she will apologize quickly, she’s plays in her skirts and dresses and does not mind getting messy, hence her blouse

✨Pablos I gave him bandages and cuts as he does get into fights and is quite reckless but is proud of them with people fearing him since it will protect his siblings, bullies (who teased them, mostly Bianca due to her limp and Adrianne for her vitiligo) now somewhat fear him, I added the bull patch on his jacket that he still wears alongside some dirt patterns and patches, besides his new clothes, he will still get them a bit ripped up and dirty with his tiny fishing knife.

✨Juan and Hernandez I gave them opposite colors from the wheel or in my case, both from Bash and Dash despite their personalities reminding me of Bill and Ben with them finishing each other sentences or arguing or just being together since they simply latched on to one another having a somewhat similar appearance , they happily consider each other to be twins and get along very well with Antonio.

✨Adrianne is a bit of a girly girl, I gave her vitiligo and like Pablos she has freckles, with fair hair of many shades in blonde but she’s very proud of who she is, mostly cause she’s confident thanks to her big sis Mirabel which is why people stopped messing with her as she will sass back (gives me Marie kitty vibes) besides her brother Pablos will fight them and very empathetic despite sounding stern about it she’s still a kid ok, I love her) so I gave her Isabela’s old concept art with the flower designs and color plus Isa’s old hairstyle

✨Elena is as quiet as a mouse for her age, with her dress color coming from AG Cecile/Addy Walker and also from Dolores with the different shades of red with the music notes even though you can really see it coming from something you can hear and I love the hc that Dolores hears Mariano sing and as a result can hum and softly sing to her, mostly lullabies and later Mariano does it for her, plus i said i wanted to give her afro-puffs, ruffles and bows, she’s a cutie 

Either way, I love them all and I hope you like my rambles and art 😊

Here are my interpretation of what @c-rose2081‘a children from their fic Guiding Light might look like. LET ME JUST SAY THEY ARE ALL ABSOLUTE CUTIES EVEN IF IT’S UP TO READERS INTERPETION ON WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE BUT I WILL DIE FOR THEM OK!!! I love them!! 😢☹️(❁´◡`❁)(●'◡'●)(❁´◡`❁)(┬┬﹏┬┬)╰(*°▽°*)╯

Highly recommend reading the story, it’s so beautiful 🤩. Just you’ll know the height difference is totally different cause I suck at that 🥲 I’ll fix it in the final design but they remind me a lot of my train kiddos, maybe they’ll be friends

* I imagined Elena in a dress to look like Dolores/Mariano fankid, I wouldn’t done her hair in afro puffs with bows which just left me 🥰✨ but I forget, maybe in the final design she has a blanket I would’ve done a toy 🧸 but I didn’t know what kind of animal

* For Juan and Hernandez, they remind me a lot of human ttte Bash/Dash and Bill/Ben designs so they are suppose to look like twins but also not really, Juan wears overalls with a striped diamonds shirt underneath while Hernandez wears striped suspenders and a shirt with u like designs on it, both wear scarves like Camilo’s concept art, with Hernandez being the more quieter, silent of the two

* Pablos is taller than them and the twins they‘re short ok, think Antonio height and I still see Pablos as the one who still get named up and be proud of his cuts, scraps and bruises, hence his rather raggard appearance even though he got new clothes but I forget his jacket but I’m figuring out the bull pose

* Adrianne looks up to Isabela so I imagined her like the village kids with braids to allude to Isa’s before she changed it with some flowers on her shirt and skirt

*Bianca is the second tallest and I know she looks like a young Pepa but she isn’t and doesn’t mind getting dirty and a bit sporty as well so I added that in the final design, she has curlier hair in a braid, she reminds me a lot of my human Molly design

✨ from skin tone I added some colored pencil but to a bit of imagination Elena is somewhere akin to Dolores/Mariano, Bianca’s is akin to Antonio/Felix/Alejandra, Adrianne I see as somewhat fair-skinned thanks to her hair being a fair color, maybe around Pepa/Cecilia the ‘twins’ are roughly the same except Juan has more freckles and wavy/curlier hair than Hernandez, who look like Antonio concept art, Pablos look somewhat like Camilo’s old concept art which is most of the inspiration alongside them trains gijinkas

If you’re new to my blog, to start it off, I’m Yin, someone who is a writer to escape from reality but shares their ideas to the world. A fanfiction writer to be specific where I do have an account on Archive On Our Own. I want to be able to share my stories to the world and my endless wacky ideas. Plus headcanons. Random thoughts from my head.

I’m a June Gemini, my MBTI is ENFP, my favorite color is pink, I’m a sweet tooth, my Enneagram Type is 2 - Helper, my favorite food is vanilla cupcakes with sprinkles on top. Roses are my favorite flowers. I’m a Swiftie and Directioner as well! I don’t know what else to list but that’s it.

Note: I have stumbled upon TTTE fandom 2 months early surprised it existed but it brought back bits of my childhood gaining back. It made me rewatched the show and love all the characters who were apart of it. One being Edward himself. Fun fact, growing up, he was one of my childhood crushes, still is. When I first saw him, I immediately liked him despite not knowing much of his character but I think it’s his face that got to me.

I’m very social amongst my peers but my shyness and anxiety took it away so I guess I haven’t introduced myself properly to the TTTE Fandom when I could’ve done it from the start, I’m sorry.

Other than that, let’s talk about bit more about my likes in shows.

I like anime and still fond of it specifically shonen and romance. Haikyuu, Sailor Moon, MHA, Fairytail, Pokemon, Bungo Stray Dogs, Fruits Basket, Glitter Force (Precure) etc.

I’m also a Disney fan, I love it my whole life so forgive me if I would mix it up with my writing or headcanons. Stitch is my all time favorite character, a huge part of my childhood.

I like cartoons and other shows like TTTE, Ninjago, Winx Club, Big Time Rush, etc! All that good stuff if I could list it from my head rn.

BIG FACTOR: I’m a shipper throughout each different fandoms I stumbled upon in and would respect whoever ships anything I don’t ship but would support for anyone’s needs. (That goes with the characters itself from different shows and animes itself). Basic as a shipper but a multishipper on some characters.

I don’t know what else to add here but I’m in the process of making my first ever TTTE Fanfic of 9 chapters. This will be a Human AU as the characters being train conductors cause I suck at writing them as trains. Currently writing it and for any James x Edward shippers, this fanfic is for you guys. To describe what the fanfic will be about in one sentence by the writer, myself, would say it’s the definition of “Summer makes Sodor Conductors Complete Idiots”.

Hopefully this fanfic will make its debut soon on Archive on Our Own.

This is the worst way ever to introduce myself, I’m sorry but thanks for being patient with me and let’s see what randomness I’m up to.

I recently came across the wonderful ttte pmd au by @bruhstation and I am simply having Thoughts

So many Thoughts

I will admit that though I have a good amount of pokemon knowledge it's lacking in pmd specifically but. That will not stop me from spouting Nonsense

Sir Topham Honchkrow was briefly mentioned and I just have to say [chef's kiss] especially because they already have a puffy chest and hat built into their design so I'm just imagining a Honchkrow with their feathers distributed more on their stomach than chest and the hat is of course top hat shaped. Both of these make it rather unruly to fly, but if there's one way he makes up for it it's Volume. You will Know when you have fucked up because you will hear this bird shouting about confusion and delay from over the hills before you see him.

ARLESDALES. GEN 8 STARTERS. (The gen 8 gang are some of the smallest of the starters and come on the red-blue-green combo). They're actually extremely experienced in spite of their sizes, but it's not uncommon for them to get overlooked and even mocked for it. Rex as a Grookey since he's the more wily one, Mike as the Scorbunny with a temper, Bert as the Sobble who's not as anxious as his species might suggest, but he IS petty. It might be too late when you realize you're in the Splash Zone

We're in agreement Duck is a Golduck right

(Alternatively Duck as a Swanna and the nickname stuck from him being a Ducklett)

Bill & Ben strike me as either one of the Rodents or possibly a Scraggy duo. If the latter, you can FREQUENTLY find them in a headbutting contest

BoCo is the Cacturne keeping the two from headbutting other people (Cacturne because at first he looks big and threatening and bad vibes but we all know he's a softie)

Also separating these but. More thoughts about characters originating from the show (any eras)

Salty Pelipper. Look at him.

I tried to think of one for Spencer and my first thought was Pheromosa and I'm not entirely sure how much it fits but it was such a funny first mental image that I'm obligated to share nonetheless

Luke Deerling. Yes this is an episode reference but I Am Still Correct

Nia gives me ground type vibes......Phanpy.

Alola Graveler/Golem for Cranky. Uses the magnet powers to heft boulders and things away. Notoriously...Cranky, but it's because he's one of the only guild members stationed permanently by the coast that's strong enough to help out on harder missions and is frequently overworked and under-rested.

What if Thomas was a Pokémon trainer?

Thomas‘ Team is basically a giant meme. He’s basically the beginner who just demolishes everything with an overleveled starter Pokémon. I was the same way lol. But the thing is its a double edged sword if someone can beat his Blastoise he is screwed. Henry did that to him after Thomas bullied Percy for being a weakling.
