I am currently reading your AO3 Magnus crossover fic and I really love it so far!

It is honestly one of the best (if not The best) crossover fic that I have ever read!

Hey, thanks, I really appreciate it! The sheer ambitiousness of TSWP has always made it the one fic I'm the most anxious about "getting right" from start to finish, so it's always reassuring to be told I'm doing a good job.

I've only read a few of your comments at this point, and while I do intend to read all of them and properly respond, I will say right now that from what I've seen you're asking the right questions and also noticed some important minor details that I don't think anyone else has. I'm... admittedly not sure when I'll be reading through the rest of your comments and properly responding, though, because where I live has spent an extended period of time in the clutches of This One Specific Type of cold, dry-yet-somehow-also-damp weather that tends to wreak havoc on my joints and make me an achy irritated exhausted mess, so I'm not exactly feeling up to providing said responses at the moment.

I'm rewatching some So Weird in case it gets taken off Disney+, and I have so many questions, since you are one of the few blogs I know that has seen the show. Like, do you think the lesbian subtext between Molly and Rebecca was intentional? Because even if it wasn't, they had to have noticed it. And the episode Lost has a happy ending, but I feel like it ends abruptly, and that girl is going to have a lot of challenges after being in a coma for 14 years.

In the Cooksey interview all he said was Disney exec Lee Gaither suggested they make Rebecca a friend of Molly’s.

It’s not officially canon, but I think most of us have accepted it that way. (Now is the perfect time to wish to the universe for Mackenzie to finally accept one of TSWP’s invites to be interviewed. 🙏 I’d love to hear her thoughts on reading the script with grown-up eyes compared to most of the children in the cast.)

Lost does end abruptly! I suppose Dionne and company... just accept that Fiona’s plan worked? I'd love to know if they became believers of the supernatural or simply called it a miracle.

I wrote about this before with an Anon ask, but I think it’s possible Kamilah suffered a fall related to ballet. The actress who plays older Kamilah doesn't have any lines to be credited (😢), so we can't reach out to her and ask for details. And Kyla Pratt seems to have filmed all her scenes alone - a rare instance when the guest didn't interact with any cast member.

Between Kamilah's comatose beginning in the 1980s, potential brain damage, the upcoming turn of the millennium, and decades of education she didn't get, it was probably for the viewer's sake they didn't expand on Kamilah's story and ended her episode with no dialogue.

BUTUAN CITY, Dec. 20 (PIA) -- A total of 45 students graduated from the Japanese Language and Culture program of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) held on December 16 here. The said program is one of the seven courses under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP), the enrollees of which are supported by the provincial government of Agusan del Norte.

Overseas job opportunities are expected to provide employment for the Agusanons hence the creation of the Basic Japanese Language and Culture, it was learned.

“I hope that you will use what you learned for the improvement of your individual lives,” said Gerry Joy S. Laurito, provincial administrator of Agusan del Norte who represented Gov. Dale Corvera during the graduation ceremony.

The TWSP is one of the initiatives under the AGUSAN UP!, an eight-point development program of the provincial government.

One of the major targets of the province's development agenda is the provision of 30,000 quality jobs before the year 2027. At present, over 3,000 are unemployed, 14,000 are underemployed, and an estimation of 13,000 are expected to join the labor force in the next eight years, said Laurito.

The provincial government allotted P2-million to provide financial aid to the scholars of the TWSP this year. Funding for the future batches of scholars will continue, Laurito further stated.

In addition to the Japanese Language and Culture program, six more courses are available under the TSWP, namely Computer System Servicing NCII, Visual Graphic Design NCII, Shielded Metal Arc Welding NCII, Events Management Services NCIII, and Driving NCII.
