send 💕 or ( ‘HEART’ ) for me to randomly pick one of my mutuals and write at least two things about why i love seeing them on my dash, writing with them, talking to them, etc.
----------------------------
@bennyboylewis : Iz, you have been one of biggest supporters ever, and you’re one of the best friends I’ve ever made in life, and I’m blessed every day for you. I love you, girlie. You’ve been so kind and compassionate and patient with me, and I cannot express my gratitude adequately enough. Also, I love Ben. I think you’re the person I have the most AUs with period. I love Ben’s sense of loyalty and snark--Amelia does, too, even when that crazy mechanic drives her insane. You are an insanely talented person, and I hope one day you see it for yourself.
@tsushimanoonryo : I know we don't write together, but I love reading your threads, and honestly, the few times we've chatted OOC, you've always been so cool and chill to talk with. You're a highly creative individual, and I love all the amount of detail you've poured into your muse. Keep on being awesome!
@wildthiiing : Lanie, gosh, I’ve been writing with you for so long! Over so many muses... I love interacting with all of your muses, and Amelia especially loves Jane and Trip and Barney. I love reading your threads, I love seeing your headcanons and the things you post that remind you of your muses. Thank you for always putting up with my hyper ass. And all the spam.
@bokketo : What can I say about Onyx? They are very talented, able to write such vastly different muses, all of them very well. Onyx is an insanely talented writer and photographer, and they have been such a supportive and sweet friend. I'm very lucky to have met them.
@koiwrites : God, where do I begin with you? You have stuck by me through it all, you were one of my first partners on this hellsite! You are so insanely talented, and I'm always happy to see what you create. Thank you so much for putting up with me and all my screaming about our babies. Thank you for just being a friend and solid partner. I cannot express how much both of those have meant to me over the years.
@quiveringdeer : Nat is a very talented writer, and they have introduced me to different horror movies. Even though I am not a fan of Attack on Titan (nothing wrong with it, just the premise never grabbed my attention), I really enjoy reading her headcanons and ficlets about characters
@adventurepunks : Love this one so much. If anyone likes stuff from Amelia's DC Argus verse, you really have this one to thank. Between the adventures with Zee and Amelia or her romance with Roy. Although he is one of my favorite DC boys of all time, I never expected to ship him with Amelia--or that I would ship these two so dang hard. Not only are they so patient with me for replies, always willing to go along with any of my crazy ideas, they always check up on me, and they are just a sweetheart.
@thedemonconstantine : This person, right here, is an INCREDIBLE artist! Seriously, you need to check out their artwork. I don't know this mun too much OOC, so I don't know if their IRL job involves art, but I hope it does, because again, their talents are incredible. I'm often a spy on their John/Nick threads with @adventurepunks; I can't help it. It may not be my preferred ship for Constantine, but GAWD, their threads are SO GOOD! 10/10 def. recommend!
@blizzardmuses : Bea is just such a sweetheart and always indulges me with whatever crazy idea I throw at them. They are a very talented writer, and I'm always happy when I get to write with them or read their threads. If you're a Starfire or Red Hood fan, then most definitely I recommend following this one 10/10.
@audaxbellator : Oh, wow, Bethany, how long have we been partners?? Seems like it’s been forever, ever since I created Amelia. You’ve always been so kind and so sweet to me, thank you. Steve and Amelia are just perfect for each other, and I always get excited to write with you. Thank you for not only being a friend to me but for being a writing partner.

Okay she kind of forgot she tasered Jin the last time they spoke and she felt kind of bad now.
[Text] I'll try my best. [Text] But I can't make any promises.
She was going to try to be as patient as possible.

😝 - for a silly starter @tsushimanoonryo
“Hey- Hey!”
Gabe was racing down the sidewalk, moving rapidly along his way as he skittered around a corner. In his arms was gripped a street sign that he’d been dared to steal-
But the pounding of officers feet as he raced off with, were not what he’d expected.
Around the corner he spotted a man walking with a suit, and he quickly passed the sign to him. “HERE YOU GO.”
And kept on running.

Counting Shots
With the sound of a crunch and a loss of all struggle, Roman’s hand eased and let the body drop to the floor before glancing over to Jin to see he was still standing as well. From there, Roman started pointing to the bodies that lined the ground.
“...Eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty-one, twent--twenty-two? Oy, wasn’t there supposed to be only twenty-one of the blokes? Where’d the plus one come from,” he asked, one eye closed as he looked over to Jin.
Roman shrugged and scoffed at it. There was a dark humor with what they did. He was certain it was still one of the gang members, so he didn’t think about it as much as he probably should’ve.
“Must’ve been our lucky day!”

It had been days since she heard from Jin and Yuna was a wreck. He didn’t tell her the details of this trip and she hadn’t wanted to know at the time. But now, the uncertainty was killing her. She’d been in constant contact with Ryuzo who knew just as much about this as she did and neither of them knew if Jin was alive or dead.
The call came on the fourth day. She’d been keeping her phone glued to her side, so when Jin’s name flashed across the screen, she answered immediately.
“Are you alright?” she asked without offering a greeting. She had been so anxious to hear from him that politeness was thrown out the window.
His voice was raw and subdued, like he’d spent hours screaming himself hoarse. Or crying.
“Hello to you too, Yuna,” he said, trying to make a joke of it. But the weakness in his voice belied the fact that he wasn’t in a jovial mood. “Yes, I’m fine. I’m sorry I didn’t call earlier.”
“That’s alright,” she said. “You called now.”
There was a momentary pause, neither one of them wanting to address the elephant in the room. It was Jin who finally broke the silence.
“It’s so good to hear your voice,” he said. “It feels like it’s been years.”
“It was only four days, Jin,” she said gently.
“It feels longer,” he replied. “A lot has happened.”
“...Do you want to talk about it?”
“No,” he said. “At least… Not right now.”
“Okay,” she said.
“I want to hear you talk,” he said.
“About what?”
“Anything,” he said. “I just want to listen.”
He wants to be distracted, she thought. Some bad shit must have gone down.
“Are you sure you’re alright, Jin?”
“I’m sure,” he replied.
She didn’t quite believe him, but Yuna wouldn’t push it. Instead, she talked. She talked about whatever came to her mind. She told him about how well Taka was adjusting since the incident in Madripoor. She told him about how Ryuzo was an annoying bastard. And she told him about how she’d been thinking of opening a bar when she and her brother joined him in America. Jin didn’t add much to the conversation, but he insisted he was listening.
Finally, when she’d run out of things to say, Yuna was silent. She could hear Jin’s rhythmic breathing on the end of the receiver.
“Are you asleep?” she asked quietly.
She got no answer.
“I love you, Jin Sakai,” she continued. “And I’ll be with you soon. Goodnight.”
Then she hung up the phone and slept well for the first time all week.

Some time passed since Mitsunari met the strange man in the gardens. And things just got worse. The Taiko finally had a son, and the boy was healthy and already a tiny menace. Hideyoshi jokingly said he takes after his great-uncle.
But now the kampaku, Hidetsugu, was in the Taiko’s way. Mitsunari felt bad for the young man who never wanted the position to begin with, and now he was well aware his uncle no longer needed him. He was falling apart and tensions were growing.
Mitsunari did what he usually would when he was worried and anxious, and fled to the library. Yoshitsugu tried to console him, but they both knew the situation was out of hand. Eventually, as the night grew later, Yoshitsugu fell asleep and Mitsunari sat next to him with a book. He was trying to read the same page for the third time, but his thoughts kept trailing off.
He had too much on his mind. Not only were things at the Taiko’s court a mess, he was worried about his friend. Yoshitsugu had struggled with his illness for years, but it’s been getting worse lately. He had more and more trouble writing and often couldn’t even hold a brush. Mitsunari knew he was in a lot of pain, and he wished he could help more. Why would the gods afflict such a kind-hearted man with so much suffering?

Spring eventually came. Mitsuhide was happy to finally be able to go outside, and soon they managed to travel to the mountains. Cherry blossoms were in full bloom, and the weather was very pleasant. He felt refreshed after being trapped in the house for so long.
After bathing in the hot springs, they could enjoy the good air and the beautiful view.
Mitsuhide realized how much better it would be to live in a quiet place like this, close to nature, and not the city. But it would be hard to find a job here. If only there wasn’t a ban against samurai becoming farmers. Society had become rigid and stagnant during the Tokugawa rule, and there was no end in sight. The shoguns built up a system where no one could rise up and change things.
“It’s so beautiful here” he said as they sat under the trees.

A Life for a Life
@tsushimanoonryo
There were advantages to letting people know you had returned to the land of the living, information that you could be interested in tended to land in your lap a lot easier. Natasha had friends in both high and low places from sparkling business towers to seedy underbelly shadows. Both existed on various continents, countries and cities. It was good to have a network, though she kept it small, people who owed her on some level and she sought payment from them in information.
The word on the street did not reach her directly, whispers travel differently. She probably wasn’t meant to find out, but she had and she obviously couldn’t let it slide. She got all the reasons, both sides of things. She really wished Clint had thought better before going out and massacring like he had and really she was surprised that someone hadn’t sought retribution sooner. The plus side in the mess of it all was that finding him wasn’t easy. The Barton Farm was a needle in a very large haystack. Unless you had been there you couldn’t just simply happen upon it. But Natasha was also aware of the fact there was a first time for everything and the Yakuza were notoriously persistent.
She hasn’t been to Japan since she finally pin pointed Clint’s location when she came to him with hope. She was rather fond of the country, but preferred not to do business there. The Black Widow only stepped on toes if she had to. She also usually didn’t make her presence obvious, but this was a matter of necessity. So she made it clear why she was there.
The Black Widow was seeking audience with someone in the upper ranks of the Yakuza.
Of course perhaps the most intriguing part of it all was the fact she had been very publicly declared dead, a hero to mankind next to Tony Stark, both giving their lives for the sake of the universe. She had come back mysteriously, Tony Stark had not. But if she could, Natasha would trade places with him in a heartbeat. If she could have returned for the final stand and taken the burden of the Stones on herself, she would have done it and died again willingly so those who had far more reasons to live than her could have.
Now she stood poised to do that anyways to protect the people she cared about, to keep Clint alive again and his family, her family out of harms way. Green eyes dulled by her missing soul moved, aware she was being followed as she made her way down the side walk. She was allowing it and she wondered if they realized that. How many were following her remained to be seen. She decided to take a detour and see what resulted from it by turning down an alley that moved her away from the busy street.

@tsushimanoonryo mafia au starter
The Tracker of the Murphy family was one who rarely showed his face. He didn’t often need to. Usually all he had to do was quietly observe a meeting from a hidden position, study the person’s aura, then focus on it while holding a picture he had taken of them when the Murphys wanted to find someone.
The problem this time around was that he hadn’t been able to attend the meeting as he usually would and only had a photo taken by a fill-in. It wasn’t the same. So now Ray had to go out and find the person from the rough location he could work out from the photo.
The boss didn’t particularly like it, but they had little choice if they wanted to track down the guy. Ray just hoped he could find out where the guy was staying and then get back home before anyone realised who he was. Someone else could do the rest of the work.

Violet, your fun Uncle Jin is coming to visit you! Are you excited?
The girl frowned. Her dad didn't tell her this, he said Darcy would come to visit, not that stinky man.
"No. I don't like him, he's weird."
