Oh, this is a dream!

Something I would love to see in the Sims 4 is a system to define different areas on a lot, which could be used to create small apartment complex, townhouses, or even lots with multiple lot type. Even something more simple with only residential areas would be nice, it would allow us to create the types of housing I mentioned above (these are really common type of housing in real life, I can’t understand why we still can’t create them, we can only pretend).

(I made the screen in Photoshop, this system doesn’t exist)

Forest Haven is a beautiful two storey villa for a large family. In the house you will find: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, mini gym, office, dining room, kitchen, two living rooms and a room for the youngest sims. Behind the house is a large swimming pool, barbecue and playgrounds. Have a nice game.
