britechester — drake hall

a reconstruction of the drake hall, university housing in britechester — the neighborhood that comes with the sims 4 discover university! the build includes bedrooms, private bathrooms, kitchen, common spaces, study/library and other. there are also two variants! one with nondecorated bedrooms and the second, where i put clutter and tryed to make them more personal.

⚠ NO CC ⚠ don't forget to use bb.moveobjects on

including: four bedrooms (two of them are for one sim, second of them are for two sims), they comes with own bathroom with toilet and shower, public toilet, kitchen with dining space, common room with bar, chest table and other activities and there is also library/study space.

Next step of my Ramshackle dorm.

I had to differ a little from the plan I took model on... because sims.

Most of the room marked "?" on the plan, I made bedroom (the numbers) because that seemed logic. Dunno why it start at 101 tho, it was like this on the original plan. I don't show the basement because it's just a big open space, not interesting lol

Also added tombstone, because we can see them on the final Ramshackle, after chapter 7, when it's fully renovated. I guess it's the ghost's tombs

TS4 Iwatodai Dorm - Persona 3 - 30x20 (NO CC)

The Iwatodai Dorm from Persona 3 built as accurately as possible. It includes all bedrooms and bathrooms. Due to the shape of the exterior, the layout for the other half of dorms (seniors' side) is wide instead of long (because video game logic insists that the interior is always bigger than the exterior lmao) ♥ Be sure to use bb.moveobjects and all the debug cheats before placing.
