I made this lot for the big sister challenge I was doing last year. Except I wasn't really following the rules completely. I was doing it more for the story and I needed a place where my sims could live without having to go through a million loading screens just so they could exercise at a gym or something like that. This was made waaay before For Rent was released but it would've been great for it if only that EP didn't end up being broken as hell. This lot can be turned into any type of lot. I made sure to add all the require items to make that a possibility.

1 tiny graveyard next to the church

1 basketball court

4 very tiny houses

1 small apartment type room above the liquor store

a few more empty buildings that can be turned into apartments or whatever

I don't really know if the layout makes much sense but I am extremely happy with how it turned out. I used quite a bit of cc and mods but I couldn't add as much detail as I wanted to. I play on a very laggy laptop so building this entire thing was hellish.

I wish I could credit and list down all the wonderful creators whose works I ended up using for this build but I unfortunately couldn't even keep track. I know for sure I used a lot of deco sims from @lazysimmies, @starrysimsie, @reigningsims and a few other ones that I just can't recall. I'm sorry about that.

This was made before I stupidly deleted my mods folder...😒

Spice Market №1—a San Myshuno Shell by Moonwoodhollow. San My is one of my favourite worlds and yet I've never shared any build I've built there before. With the new pack coming, I thought it was finally time to change this. I created this build with the new lot type of a combined residential/business in mind and created 4 apartment shells and 6 business/shop shells. I hope this lot inspires you to create the San Myshuno of your dreams!

So what do you get?

Spice Market №1 is a 30x30 lot best placed in San Myshuno in the Spice Market neighbourhood. The lot is currently set as a residential lot, but you could set it as a residential rental, or once the new pack comes out combine a residential lot with a business. The lot consists of 4 apartments; 3 of these apartments comprise two floors while one only has one floor, but a rooftop terrace. There are also 6 businesses/shops/cafés/restaurants/etc. shells. 2 of these are in the basement, while the others are all on the 1st floor and potentially have more floors. It's all up to you! I wanted to give you as much freedom as possible with the interior and let your creativity run wild!

Uses items from the following packs: looks best with almost all packs. But a tip: take a look at the build in the gallery and click on the packs to see the items I used from that pack, it might also look good with fewer packs.

-> Update (17.02.2025): I reuploaded this build with DX11. I also added some files, which makes the download bigger, but this is due to me forgetting to include the texture files of the items, which meant some items were showing up with question marks if you didn't have the other items from said cc sets. I tested the lot today and everything should work correctly now!

After quite a while I am finally releasing the savefile overview for the personal save I have been working on since I lost the original about a year ago.

This page is a reference for the lots in my personal save file, including the names and creators of all downloaded builds, listed under their respective world screenshots.

I do not intend to finish my savefile but instead add and update lots over time. I’m selective about what I include, so updates will be made as I continue to update each world.

Café Imperial & Co. - a cc free lot by moonwoodhollow It’s time for another cc-free build and probably one of the last buildings for 2024. I had lots of fun creating this lot, especially for the new world Ravenwood and hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do. This lot consists of Café Imperial, Madame Noir's Curiosities & the Old Florea Townhouse. So what do you get?

Café Imperial & Co is a 30x20 lot best placed in Ravenwood (Moppy Manor lot) or somewhere else if you feel like it, but it was originally built for the Moppy Manor lot. In the gallery, the lot is set as a café lot and works as such, but it could be changed to a business (for the curiosities shop), or as a normal residential lot, since the Florea Townhouse is fully furnished. Other options are a haunted house or a residential rental as I added 2 apartments (unfurnished) above the café and the curiosities shop.

The lot consists of 3 separate houses:

Left building: Houses Madame Noir's Curiosities is on the 1st floor and has 2 rooms. The empty apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors as well as the attic. The entry to the apartment is separate from the shop.

Middle building: Café Imperial is on the 1st floor and has guest restrooms on the 2nd floor. The entry to the apartment is also on that floor. The apartment itself is on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Right building: Also called the Old Florea Townhouse is an abandoned house that hasn't been inhabited for some time. It's currently for sale and maybe one of your sims would like to buy it? Either way, the house has 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom and one children’s room. It also has 3 bathrooms, one for guests and the others are ensuites.

-> Florea Townhouse will be uploaded (after popular demand) as a separate lot (20x20) as well this month!
