Paintings from Buckingham Palace: part I
A retexture by La Comtesse Zouboff — Original Mesh by @thejim07
100 followers gift!
First of all, I would like to thank you all for this amazing year! It's been a pleasure meeting you all and I'm beyond thankful for your support.
Spread among 13 occupied and historic royal residences in the United Kingdom, the collection is owned by King Charles III and overseen by the Royal Collection Trust. The British monarch owns some of the collection in right of the Crown and some as a private individual. It is made up of over one million objects, including 7,000 paintings, over 150,000 works on paper, this including 30,000 watercolours and drawings, and about 450,000 photographs, as well as around 700,000 works of art, including tapestries, furniture, ceramics, textiles, carriages, weapons, armour, jewellery, clocks, musical instruments, tableware, plants, manuscripts, books, and sculptures.
Some of the buildings which house the collection, such as Hampton Court Palace, are open to the public and not lived in by the Royal Family, whilst others, such as Windsor Castle, Kensington Palace and the most remarkable of them, Buckingham Palace are both residences and open to the public.

S3 Rococo Nighties Separates
Converted from Sims 3 Store Rococo set - edited and adapted for Sims 4.
Tops: soft, frilly. Sleeveless. Two variations - tucked or untucked.
Bloomers: Three variations: short, knee length, longer.
Skirt: Three variations: short, midi, maxi length
86 swatches.
I counted: each age version has 1000+ possible combos.
There may be some clipping with the untucked version - it is optimized for the pants/skirts from the same set.
All versions merged in one handy file.
All the different age versions take their textures form the adult versions - one merged file for each.
Unmerge the files if you want to edit or remerge but remember to keep the files together.

Dance Suite: A Maxis-Match Rococo Clothing Set For C-EF
This was inspired by my frustration with the Store's "Morning in the Garden dress," which is a decent approximation of a robe a la Francaise, if somewhat costume-y. The channels were poorly assigned, the mesh was nowhere near as wide as it ought to have been at the hips, there were no engageantes, but worst of all, there was no maternity morph for the young adults and adults! So I set out and made one. And then I adjusted the channels to make things much more fashionable. Because I can't be the only one to look at extant examples with mix-and-match stomachers, robes, and petticoats and think "YES PLEASE!"
Option one (seen in picture four) has a channel for the robe, the petticoat and bows, the stomacher, and the tucker (1), choker, and engageantes (2).
Option two has a channel for the robe, the bows, the stomacher and bows, and the tucker, choker, and engageantes.
Option three has a channel for the robe and stomacher, the bows, the petticoat, and the tucker, choker, and engageantes.
Option four has a channel for the robe and petticoat, the bows, the stomacher, and the tucker, choker, and engageantes.
This dress is available for Everyday, Formal, Career, Makeover, and Maternity for Teens (Courante), Young Adults and Adults (Allemande), and Elders (Sarabande).
And then I made a vaguely Rococo dress for the children, because I was sick of putting them in the Tudor dress, and they couldn't all wear Danjaley's dress all the time! The style could fit anywhere from, say, 1680 to 1780, though the polonaise-style ruffles might be more suitable for the 1770s-80s. It's darling, in my opinion.
Option one (not shown) has the original yellow gold rick-rack trim.
Option two has a new bronze rick-rack trim.
Option three has a new silver rick-rack trim.
All of the options have the same channels: bodice and skirt, sleeves, stomacher, and trimming.
This dress is available for Everyday, Formal, Career, and Makeover for Children (Gavotte).
There are some really harsh shoulder seams that I can't smooth out. Additionally, the child dress has a strange gap between the sleeve cap and the sleeve that I can't figure out; I may revise this when I'm more skilled at frankenmeshing.
All photos are unedited; what you see is what you get! You should not need the Store dress or Generations for these dresses to work.
Download them here. I hope you have a happy holiday season, and may this new year be safe, happy, and full of simming!
Credits
EAXIS for the original "Morning in the Garden" dress, as well as the "Dress With Bolero" and "Princess Dress Costume."
KentConverts for the teen and elder female conversions of said "Morning in the Garden" dress, as I took those meshes and bonedeltas and ran with them; you can have my dresses and Kent's at the same time, as they're separate items.
Edorenel, whose Colonial Williamsburg palette I used to make reasonably-period but still visually distinct presets in CAS.
@danjaley, for the poses, inspiration photo, and the wonderful tutorial on bonedeltas.
@simlicious, for the patterns and troubleshooting my initial forays into meshing!
(1) The "tucker" is the trim along the inside neckline. I decided to put it on the same channel as the engageantes and choker because I like the look.
(2) The "engageantes" are the lacy sleeve trim seen here. One day I'll make a set that actually is meshed...
(3) The self-stripe you see on the elder model is a pattern in progress of my own, borrowed from @simbury's silk stripes texture for TS2. I'm a sucker for self-stripes.

Corpse paint is a style of black and white makeup used mainly by black metal bands for concerts and band photos. The makeup is used to make the musicians appear inhuman, corpse-like, or demonic, and is perhaps "the most identifiable aspect of the black metal aesthetic." ©Wikipedia
It's supposed to be a stuff only for my personal use, but someone is asking about them in my WCIFs, so why not to share it. I'm not sure that this will against original creator TOU, just because they doesn't have any TOU and wasn`t active for years. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Info:
Credits: Dark Rituals, @aroundthesims (face mask texture).
Teen-elder, both genders.
What I've done: cleaned small unwanted pixels, filled empty space in the eyes, made whole texture generally more smooth.
Everything is recolorable now (2 channels for all face paints except Huul, it has 3rd channel for mouth, but it still barely recolorable), Separates have 1 channel.
Eyes separates in eyeshadow category, lips in lipstick and forehead cross are in blush. Separated all swatches except Huul (11) Satinae Ma (18-19) (they just not too interesting and was annoying to separate them :/) and King Diamond (14) (I found this after I extracted and partly edited all other paints and come back to the site for making post for cc finds.)
Known issues: some paints (especially the cross one) may look really wonky depending of the sim's facial features.
1k textures.
Package format, compressed (but file size is still big because of the amount of presets). Separates have merged package and pick and choose version.
Swatches:
Recommended downloads: Mask/Masque by ats3, Simply Kitsch`s Dark Stain Tattoo (I also made version with additional preset with only neck paint: here), Kat Bodypaint by @venusprincess-ts3 Bonus tip: If you want to use ats3 mask for your black metalhead/goth/alt/geisha/rococo sims makeup, but it overlapping over all eyeshadows/eyeliners, open them in s3pe, choose CASP resource, then press to "Grid" button, replace the numbers on OverlayPriority tab from whatever you have to 0x00000064 or 0x00000082.

AcanthusSims Rococo Court Conversions for TSM
If you don't like this don't tell me. It took weeks! Weeks! Weeks, I tell you! I won't bore you with details but it was just one thing after another. AcanthusSims made the originals for TS4. Jooj45 then converted them for TS3. And then, of course, I converted them for The Sims Medieval. Enjoy. More is to come, but no promises on timing.
Regarding the pearl jewelry: accessories have to be put in the makeup category as TSM has no accessories category. Choose one file; they are labeled accordingly. To recolor the accessories while in CAS go into the recolor menu for clothing and while you're still in the menu click the accessories. I made everything with solid colors because TSM has pattern issues. If you want to use a custom pattern you have to save your pattern as a favorite first (in live mode) and then it will show up in the recolor menu. I know. It's dumb.

I am really having a shit time finding rococo and baroque conversions for TS3 males and children (women are fine) to the point I keep feeling like I might have to call off the challenge until I find some suitable stuff... It's really bumming me out, I can't lie. If anybody has any links, I'd appreciate it...

Hii!
So... a mini update and a poll!
After I converted everything related to VS, I decided I was going to convert from some creators I overlooked in the past. So I decided to focus a bit on SimsFromThePast. I converted pretty much everything from her (except for that one medieval dress because it's a mess 😭), and I'm happy with how they came out!
After that, I decided I was going to focus on Rusty's Princess Of series, to give life to Princess Diana in ts3. I'm 75% done with it, converted all hairs and standalone outfits, just one more set and a half to go!
I'm very happy with what I've done so far, and even though school will begin very soon (ugh), I want to keep my progress steady!
So to recap, the creators I'm done with/in progress are: HLS (though I still need to convert their latest set and top), VS, SFTP and Rusty.
As you might imagine I'm nowhere near finished with converting everything I have inside in my wip folder, and because it's so much stuff (and they're all so good), and also because I love democracy, I want to hear from you lol! What should I focus on next? Please have in my mind that I'll only do one project at a time, I can't multitask very good lol!
Also keep in mind these are just some options, I got a lot of other stuff, but these are the ones I'm willing to do no matter which one wins right now.

Weekend! Backed-up Replies!
Sorry I haven't been too active in awhile; this semester is literally sucking the soul out of me--I just come home and sleep. I just need Origin to relax and stay put, cuz I'm in no mood to mess with their silly little EA App.

Remember in TS3 when they made that Rococo store pack after this one guy waged a solid 2+ year campaign on the Store Stuff forum begging for it, and he just moaned about the skirts not being full enough lmao
I approve of the Castle Kit, despite not playing that era, because the only good use for kits is niche stuff for nerds that EA can't justify making a whole pack around.

The Progress of Love Set
A retexture by La Comtesse Zouboff — Original Mesh by @thejim07
First of all, I'm terribly sorry for the lack of content lately, I've had some major issues and now my computer is not available to me, since it's being repaired, but in the meantime, enjoy this little rococo set!
The history of these paintings-one of the most powerful evocations of love in the history of art-is linked with the career of Jeanne Bécu, Countess du Barry the last mistress of Louis XV. For a pleasure pavilion in Louveciennes she commissioned from the architect Claude-Nicolas Ledoux in 1771, the countess ordered from Fragonard four canvases depicting "the four ages of love." The series advances in the following order: from a flirtatious proposal (the pursuit), to a furtive meeting (the lover scales the wall of a garden), to consummation or marriage (the girl crowns her lover with roses), to the calm enjoyment of a happy union (the reading of love letters). Yet, for all their beauty and passion, Madame du Barry soon returned the canvases to the artist and ordered replacements from another. Were the resemblances between the red-coated lover and Louis XV potentially embarrassing? Did the exuberant canvases seem a little old-fashioned amid the cool neoclassicism of Ledoux's avant- garde pavilion? For whatever reason, Fragonard was left holding on to his creations for another twenty years. Then, adding seven more canvases, (although the original series contains five canvases) he installed the series in a cousin's villa in southern France. They passed through the collection of J. P. Morgan, where they were displayed in his London house. They were acquired by Frick in 1915 and installed in a room specially designed for them where they remain to this day.
