here’s something that has been stuck in my wip folder since the end of last year. not sure why it took me this long to post, but alas! here are a whopping 110 recolors across two meshes by the wonderful atomiclight. in hindsight i probably should’ve combined them into one but eh, i wasn’t about to redo 50 recolors lol. you can find the originals for ts4 here and here. :]

happy sunday! here’s some decor for your sims. (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

included are some recolors by aoifae, with a few new meshes by kkb. i looked around but couldn’t find these exact items, but if they are already converted please let me know! it’s worth noting my versions have been slightly scaled up. the scroll art i went ahead and added recolors to moocha-muses‘ botancial scroll, be sure to grab the MESH here. as a bonus, i added pluto-sims’ iconic posters onto the civic idol poster. :]

🎼 4t2 simmify music nook by myshunosun 🎸

happy friday! here is a wonderful set by @myshunosun, perfect for any sim but especially those with an affinity for music. 

i learned a lot converting this set, from tackling my demons (slots), to adjusting the footprint, to finally adding shadows, to figuring out how to make the guitar amp invisible. speaking of the guitar, it’s cloned from crispsandkerosene’s acoustic guitar, which requires argon’s hack. the storage unit is cloned from thimblesims’ dawn living storage unit c. it has 8 slots, so i just duplicated the top middle slot to make up for it. i found if you want to add two stack of LPs on the bottom of the storage unit like shown above, its best to turn them around. it won’t flicker when moving the camera that way for some reason. that should be it, enjoy! ૮ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ა

UPDATE 9/14/22: fixed meshes so you don’t have to find the sweet spot lmao. also fixed the mesh texture on the plant to be black (bc i had pink twice and barely found out myself). also resized the record player by like 1cm shh.

TS2 to TS3 Eastern Empires

This set was inspired by two separate WCIFs I saw a few weeks ago, asking for Hindu and Persian themed CC. So here some are!

included are 11 items (mostly decor, and mostly from TS2).

Item descriptions/previews below the cut, cuz it’ll be too long a post otherwise.

Hindu Inspired:

Plates, Plaques, Shiva figurine (all found under either Misc. Decor or Sculptures), and Henna Candle (a table light).

The Plates and Plaques both have 4 non-recolorable variations:

The Shiva Figurine has a recolorable variation.Found under Sculptures. It’s fairly high poly cuz it was a free 3D model I found online, so I shaved as many polys off as I could without butchering the mesh. (I fixed that Normals shadow seam on the face, btw.)

The Henna Candles are a remeshed/retextured rehaul of the Plain Candles I uploaded.

The variations include henna-inspired stencils, art of Hindu deities, and best of all: RECOLORALE GLASS! \(^0^)/

Hittite Inspired:

Moonsims had a cool TS2 Anatolian set, but I only wanted the Sideboard (recolorable, found under End Tables I think) and the Sun Disk (recolorable, found under sculptures).

Persian Inspired:

The Gryphon Painting is simple wall art, nothing fancy. But hiding amidst the random stuff in Jennisims’ TS4 decor set here was a freaking Lamassu/Shedu decoration of all things.

I nearly fainted when I saw it -- my dreams of having a Persepolis lot are one step closer now!!. Recolorable, found under Lawn Ornaments.

Eastern Sundries:

Slideable Corner Shelf as a Misc. Surface - REQUIRES SUPERNATURAL EP

Peacock Feather Vase, found under Plants.

Titan Arum aka “Corpse Flower“ for how notoriously smelly these flowers are. A recolorable variation is included. Found under Plants, duh.

Hi there! :) It’s an in-game thing that can happen sometimes if two sims have a dream date. I’m not sure how the game determines that a love letter will be sent, since I don’t get them every time, but it’s super cute and I like to keep at least one. Especially when I really like a couple, such as Ezra and Victoria (ignoring the fact that there’s only one guy in Ashton that Victoria hasn’t slept with).
