Over the weekend, I decided to get rid of the weight I have gained, during quarantine. I was already trying to lose weight before quarantine. I could not believe how much my body has changed. Parents may understand....So with this staying home thing have you noticed your young ones are spinning out of control, more energy than they know what to do with, or just plain climbing the walls?
