The next thing should be praying... Nothing else but that. Even if you have to drop to your knees and just start letting your heart release. Often times when we are overwhelmed we are holding onto fear, pain, and panic. Things are not going according to OUR plan... It's HIS will ALL OF THE TIME. Slow down and go to your FATHER. So many people I know are transitioning and going through some changes whether health, separations, and even career and sometimes before during or even after these life chapters ...
