เพื่อนๆที่โทรมาให้ซ่อมคอม ตอนนี้เครื่องปริ้น Brother ตระกูล DCP เราก็ซ่อมได้แล้วนะ ประหยัดไปอีกเกือบ 4,000 บาท 555 #trustmeiamanengineer เครื่องปริ้น Brother DCP-T500W มีอาการหมึกสีแดงไม่ออกตั้งแต่ธันวาปีที่แล้ว เคยส่งซ่อมด้วยอาการเดียวกันตอนไปรับก็ชวนช่างคุยจนได้วิธีที่ช่างซ่อมให้ พอครั้งนี้มีอาการก็ลองทำเองแต่ไม่หายเดาว่ารอบนี้หัวหมึกคงตันแน่ๆ เครื่องก็ต้องใช้ปริ้นใบปะหน้าพัสดุส่งลูกค้าทุกวัน ปริ้นไปแบบสีเพี้ยนแบบนั้นแหละ จนมีต้องเดินทางไปอินโดหลายวัน ปิดร้านออนไลน์แล้วอุ้มเครื่องปริ้นไปส่งช่างซะเลยกลับมาถึงไทยเปิดร้านแล้วจะได้พร้อมใช้ แต่พอไปรับเครื่องช่างบอกซ่อมไม่ได้ต้องเปลี่ยนหัวราคาเกือบ 4,000 แนะนำให้ซื้อใหม่ดีกว่า อุ้มเครื่องกลับถึงบ้านบอกป๊าว่าต้องซื้อใหม่นะ ซ่อมไม่คุ้ม แล้วอยู่ๆก็เอะใจอยากรู้ว่าช่างแจ้งราคาเกือบ 4,000 แต่จริงๆแล้วเฉพาะอะไหล่ราคาเท่าไหร่ ก็ไปเจอว่าราคาพันต้นๆถึงพันกลางๆ น่าจะแกะเปลี่ยนไม่ยากแต่ขอลองแกะซ่อมของเดิมก่อน ราคาอะไหล่ไม่แพงถ้าพังก็ไม่เสียดายละ เปิดดูวิธีแก้ปัญหาหัวตันจาก youtube ปลดเซ็นเซอร์ ปลดสายพาน ปลดแผงวงจร ปลดท่อหมึก แล้วก็ปลดหัวพิมพ์ออกมา ช่างใน youtube ส่วนใหญ่เอาไปล้างแต่เราใช้วิธีอัดอากาศเข้าไปไล่ ประกอบกลับครั้งแรกปั๊มหมึกไปหลายรอบไม่หาย เมื่อกี๊แกะดูอีกครั้งหมึกสีแดงยังปั๊มไม่ขึ้นยังมีอากาศอยู่เยอะเลยไล่อากาศจากทางแทงค์เข้าไป ตอนนี้เหมือนจะได้แล้ว สีแดงม่แล้วแต่ยังไม่ประกอบกลับเผื่อจะต้องแกะอีก 🧐 https://www.instagram.com/p/B8kmW0nhyr_8OnDaIvbtbByIwwzwo3BHj_R16o0/?igshid=dwidjmo2252j
