I think its somewhat telling that the gnosis was placed inside the shouki no kami rather than scara containing it in his chest the same way that venti did with his gnosis. I get that its probably more so because scara needed a much grander body for his god form and the electro gnosis just so happened to be at the centre of it… but i cant help but think of it as the games way of telling us that he truly is not fit to contain the gnosis, even in peak form when all his powers are unleashed, he still needs to build a whole new body as the gnosis’ vessel, that the so called “heart” he thought was rightfully his would not actually make him satisfied or fulfilled, as it seems to be the embodiment of all of scara’s obsessions

things i've cried over in media

in god we tru$t (1980)- cried three times during this move. it's a comedy. cried during the "they left a note saying "this child is a gift from god, please return to sender", cried when he said "i love you, i hope that's okay" and she responded by taking a bite of the horrible food he made and said "i love you too", cried at the opening scene when he said "the bible says you made us in your image. it's hard to imagine you look like me" love this movie sm.

archer season 8 episode 8- holy shit i sobbed. like i mean SOBBED. the way the dogs were killed, krieger crying and holding them, his scream before they died. bro i'm about to cry writing about it.

futurama season 4 episode 7- cried so hard. the way fry was like "he lived a whole life without me, it's not fair to bring him back just for myself" and then it shows that he died waiting for fry all those years. dude wtf like i was in shambles.

beautiful boy- i love this movie more than anyone will ever know.

god's own country- "i don't want to be a fuckup anymore" that's it.

see its interesting how smtimes ppl will try to add more layers to a character to make them more "complex" or more "interesting" without first examining a.) does it undermine the purpose they serve as a character or b.) is it even necessary to add more complexity to them when tht isnt who they're meant to be in the first place

in the 17 days I’ve been college free I have like. completely reversed my sleep schedule I’m COOKED. going to bed near 5am every night then waking up near 2pm if I’m not forced awake by someone ringing my phone (more often than not I am indeed forced awake)
