why have i chosen to clip this one?? i can’t explain it very well,, but there’s just something about this. i really hope you guys don’t mind my rambling and the random very-late JJ post. i’ll put it under a read more,, just incase,,, ^^;;;;

i don’t know if it’s just me being a guitar nerd and whatnot,, but i just absolutely love the sound of trott’s guitar here throughout the entirety of this one certain process section;;;

there’s just something about HOW he plays it,, and in the WAY that he plays it. plus the way it MIXES with smith’s acoustic guitar strings aswell makes it sound even more pleasing to the ears. <33

but the rhythm that he plays it in - the wavering of the strings as a note is held and so forth,,,, the starting sounds before the guitar gets going or the ending sounds as its finishing its notes,,,, 

the part before and during and after where smith starts singing some joke-y lyrics at the top of his head,, i love how the guitar gradually changes its tune - like it goes do-dooooooooo-do-dooooooo-do-do-dooo,,,, (1/3)

the way the guitar sounds after trott says “yeah i think like that” - just up until smith goes “yeah sounds good” and carrying on after,,, <3333

AND THE PART AFTER TROTT SAYS “okay a bit dorian-y” <333 with the wavering tune,, the small riff build up,,, and how it goes higher sounding for a bit before dropping back down,,,,

and again - the acoustic guitar behind it too!! <3

i just LOVE LOVE LOVED this one specific musical process in the stream,, i really wish i could explain why i love the sounds of this so much but.... i feel it’s partially because my dad used to be a electric guitarist in a band before i was born and so that musical love just got inherited/passed down to me,, but i don’t know,, all i know is that electric guitars have always been a special interest of mine and i love them and their sounds and their solos <333

i hope we get more of trott’s guitar in the future <333 (3/3)

so add in smith’s humming to that mixture of both acoustic + electric guitar,,, and what i said in part 1 about the way that its played and how its played,,, <3

i ESPECIALLY love the guitar’s tune at the end of this part 2 piece,,, during && after smith mentions they need a soaring happy chorus,,,

&& starting from the part during/after smith says he was humming what trott was doing,,, the way the guitar is made to change its tune inbetween strumming,,, <3
