I think most of these are gonna be for Wonton, honestly. XD; 1. Yes, surprisingly! Ayaka Nishiwaki from the Japanese techno-pop band Perfume! She has the highest vocals and the 'cutest' voice, and that fits Wonton to a T. She isn't squeaky, she just has a higher-pitched voice than one would think, and when she speaks her words tend to flow more than you would expect from even a small truck.

2. .....a joke that Glyph made about how "One Ton" sounded like a TFA truck bot's name and my own opinion that the tiny kei trucks would make EXCELLENT little minicons. Add to that the fact that TFA is the continuity of Cartoon Logic and naming conventions are made up, Wonton was born. 20. The only thing Wonton's had to fight so far are the occasional tanuki and wild deer that try to get into Ojii-chan's garden. She doesn't know that Cybertron or the factions themselves even exist, she's never seen another Transformer. She was an Allspark fragment that was carried across the ocean and landed on the kei-truck that is now her altmode, and no one has been to Japan. As far as she knows she is the only one of her kind in existence. So...she's not exactly had to fight. That being said, her preferred weapon is dual-wielding a homemade broom and a garden rake. That usually scares anything that's in the garden off, and if it doesn't, she's really good at whacking things. (also you are getting a Tripwire for this one because. Reasons*

Tripwire is from Eterna AU, and he's one of the three Warborn bot kids (consisting of Bumblebee, Strongarm, and himself) that were on board the Ark when the Ark left Cybertron. He's the youngest of the three, but yes, he knows how to fight, and knows how to fight well. He had to learn, just like the others, in order to survive. His preferred weapon is actually a bow, and he's pretty bloody accurate with the thing, too. Like trick-shot levels of accurate. Really the only person who can still outshoot him is Hot Rod, and Hot Rod is the one who taught him how to shoot to begin with, starting when he was the equivalent of 5 years old, with a little baby bow he'd cobbled together with Wheeljack's help. Only reason Hot Rod ever got him to learn, though, is because he told Tripwire that Damus would be super proud of him when they got back to Cybertron for learning and not relying solely on his ability to short out electrical components with his scream. (Not that he was wrong, it was just also self-preservation since the kid did NOT have great control over the direction he shorted things out)

25. Wonton is, actually! She sings to herself quite often, and utilizes the radio in her cab to listen to music when she and Ojii-chan are working on the farm. They both enjoy it, though Ojii-chan has influenced her taste in music quite a bit. She likes traditional things and isn't really much for 'modern' Japanese music, though there are a few pop songs that she thinks are catchy. And yes, you can definitely catch her singing something to herself as she does dishes. Because she does actually help with the dishes, for one, and for two, singing makes things go by faster. (Dishes is a chore she doesn't enjoy.) 26. The Japanese lotus flower. Her original paint was designed to mimic the lotus, and she likes the colour scheme, so she's kept it. The lotus also symbolizes rebirth, which. Well. Can't really get more on the nose with that, now can you, considering her origins as an Allspark fragment bringing a truck to life. She very LITERALLY was 'reborn' as a Transformer.

Been a hot minute since I’ve been on here, but I scribbled these down and figured I’d share! This is my first fully-formed clone squad known as Shatter Squad. The Shatter Squad is within the 501st, if that wasn't clear by the color. Some of those in the squad are transfers, such as Bonesaw and the twins (Tripwire and Deadbeat), while the others were put into the squad from the get-go. Some of these designs aren't exactly all in the same timeframe during their story. For example, Trip's design is actually a future version of him, while the others are mostly when the squad was freshly put together. Confusing? Yeah. I'm just a tad lazy and didn't want to change it lol I have some basic info down below of some of the members, if you want to have a read. If not, I hope you liked the doodles!

Coil is the leader of the squad, but I haven't decided on a rank for him yet. He's a pretty serious guy most of the time. On the rare occasion that they have extended downtime or go to 79's, he's much more loose and open to jokes. He got his name when someone from his batch complained about him being "tightly wound like a coil". It stuck. Bonesaw is a medic, and a damn good one at that. He is actually pretty snarky, sarcastic, and so, so very smug. When he's actually peeved at someone though he has a great resting bitch face. He enjoys verbally tearing into someone if they've done something stupid and got injured for it. A nat-born medic called him Bonesaw once because of his very good ability to verbally maul someone. Kept the name because he thought it was badass. Tripwire is the team's trap-setter and infiltration-leader. Very efficient in his work- super thorough and good at shifting plans on the fly. His name was originally Livewire, but it ended up shifting to Tripwire because he is prone to being "tripped" when someone hits a nerve. He's Deadbeat's twin (they were made in the same decanting chamber). (Bit of a note here regarding his future stuff. His eye is made out of recycled assassin droid parts and both of his forearms have been replaced with prostheses. I won't get into spoiler lore because...that'd be no fun. I'll write it out eventually but until then, my lips are sealed.) Deadbeat is the team's heavy weapons guy, with the Z-6 rotary blaster cannon being his firearm of choice. The poor guy can't stand shinies: they ask him too many questions, and he hates how arrogant most of them end up being. His name was given to him as a joke, and he was too indifferent towards it to look for a replacement.

Flint is the team's electronics expert. Absolutely a prodigy when it comes to tech and loves to tinker whenever he can. His name comes from his ability to go from kind and soft to prickly and sharp. Most of the time he's pretty passive and complacent, but if he's worn down enough he'll make jabs at pretty much anyone. He can only take so much shit from people before he'll throw self restraint out the window and fire back. Oh, and he's also an ARC trooper- so there's that.

Bombshell is the final member of the team, and is the explosives expert (note, he does already have a post of his own, so you can go and check that out if you want). Anyway, he's blue-yellow colorblind and this has led to a few funny moments during his time as a shiny. He got his name when Bonesaw made a comment that he was practically a factory with the amount of bombshells he kept dropping on the team. He liked the word, so he took it and kept it as his name.

Trip is a very kind and ambitious individual. He’s rather smart and very intelligent in the areas of engineering. He’s rather understanding and sympathetic, as well as comforting. He knows between right and wrong and knows when it’s the right time. He’s also very stealthy and tends to be rather chaotic, causing trouble for everyone. However, due to this factor and this factor alone, 4 years ago he was cast out of the Mainland, however, he promised to come back and quote: Bring Hell with him. This is exactly what he did. He came back after 4 years and got his revenge on all those who wronged him. He’s very feared amongst most and will not hesitate to pick a fight with anyone who opposes him. Most Mainlanders know to stay away from this man as quoted: He will curse you with his ‘evil’. However, this is far from the truth. He’s not like most Mainlanders and instead, he’s rather determined and easily motivated and will never back down from a fight. To most Mainlanders he’s known as; ‘The Devil Himself’.

Johnson was born in Mainland, Riveria on June 30th of 2001. He was brought up and raised by his older sister, Lilith who was unfortunately killed on April 15th of 2006 by a group of armed bandits. This event had caused Johnson to become an orphan. He lived in an orphanage up until the age of 18. At the age of 18, he ended up lashing out, causing him to use an ability he never knew he had. The ability to stop time. This caused the whole town of Riveria to stop for a few moments before he unfroze everyone. This also caused all Hell to break loose. For two days straight he was the talk of the town, until the mayor of Riveria had decided to cast the man out forever. However, he was not going out with a fight, he promised to come back with the devil by his side, and he did just that. 4 years later and he returns, it’s now 2023, there’s a new ruler of the Mainland, his name is Liam. When Johnson came back to the town of Riveria, he came up with a plan to kill the mayor of the town, which he did. The mayor was a black magic preacher who was killed by being strung up by a rope. Johnson then gained the nickname; Tripwire, or Trip for short, due to him tripping over tripwire and setting off a bomb the first week he came back to the Mainland. Regardless of these factors, he was very feared and clearly not the kind of man you would want to mess with. He was known as ‘The Devil Himself’ from that point onwards.

PFTC - They can goop their body around into different features somewhat, it’s considered fairly normal to those who know them. Banshee - Nothing but turning cherry pink when enraged instead of red. Piercing Ash - Weak mindreading, nobody knows about it because they’re unable to tell people and don’t even recognise it for what it is. Ciel - Grimm taught them how to play with fire, their flames are more blueish but they love it. It’s not normal and often garners them some attention when they use it on their guitar :)

Trapper is a support class mercenary from Quebec, Canada. He works with bear traps, tripwires, pitfalls, motion sensors and similar to slow down his opponent, and then can finish them off with hatchets or a splitting axe, and a hunting rifle for ranged combat. He has an interest in bugs, both keeping and pinning them, as well as heavy metal music, Hunting animals, baking sweets, and sewing. He often can be found sitting around fixing up others clothes, or making his own creations with some loud music blaring. He’s a stoic and laid back character who keeps to himself a lot, but can be friendly and talkative when around people he likes. He tends to have anger issues and anxiety though, so it can be a hit or miss when talking to him.

Monroe had put in his paces as an adventurer. He was never the strongest or the fastest, but he'd survived being chased by charging iron bulls, never ending slimes dropping on him and his party mates from the ceiling, and one particularly, persistently, furious parrot.

But for all his endurance, THIS was the truest test of his limits.

Soreness burned like acid deep in his muscles as the hoe slipped from his palms. His knees finally gave up on him as he collapsed ungracefully onto his ass, chest heaving as he stared up into the big blue sky. 

He had hoped the conversion rate between a life of adventuring and a life of farming would be more favorable. Though to call what he did “adventuring” would be… somewhat inflated. Monroe sighed as old irritations and insecurities throbbed like war scars. Exhaustion did little to dull their claws. 

His vision shook as he distantly registered the passing of clouds. Ephemeral, wispy things, with disappearing edges that his double vision didn't do any favors in clarifying.

His eyelids grew heavy. The burn of the midday sun on his pale skin would surely make him regret resting HERE, in the middle of his field, of all places...

But the ten foot journey to shade was just too impossible for his thoroughly fatigued body. The soreness from earlier would surely be felt, if he could feel his legs at all. Despite the screaming light of the sun, the world went dark as exhaustion overtook him.

Like the jump between chapters in a book, he woke propped up in the cool shade of the leeward side of his house. Damp handkerchief lain across his forehead. Monroe’s skin was hot and tight across his cheeks, his neck, his forehead, in a way that would surely burn tomorrow. It didn’t keep a look of shock from stretching across his features when one burly, brunette, and very concerned farmer and neighbor jumped into his field of vision.

"HEEEEEY NEIGHBOR! Welcome back to the land of the living!" 

The boisterous boom of Hayden's voice cut sharply through the concern that wrought his features just a second earlier. Truly, was this man always so bursting with energy? At his age? Monroe wished he had half his vigor right now.

"Whhappn'd" Monroe slurred elegantly. His gloved hand plucked the damp cloth from his forehead and flipped it over to the cool side, as he pressed it to his neck, his cheeks, anywhere the coolness was sorely missed. Hayden handed him a flask of water, which he immediately tipped into his bone-dry mouth with gusto.

"Found you baking in the sun when I came by to ask if you wanted to split a bag of sugar! You were halfway to medium well before I got ya into the shade." Hayden chirped back in his characteristic jovial drawl, and punctuated with a firm clap on the shoulder that made Monroe choke mid-swig.

The two blustered as Monroe coughed water out of his windpipe and Hayden patted him on the back, apologizing for his carelessness. When Monroe’s lungs contained more air than water again and his back no longer stung from Hayden’s well intentioned, if hamfisted attempts to help, he let out a long, beleaguered sigh. 

“Thanks for checking in on me. Sorry for the trouble.”

Before Hayden could reply, Monroe stood, head hung, still a bit dizzy, and tottered away from Hayden from where he squatted in the dirt. 

“Hey it’s no trouble-” “You can stay if you want, I think I just need to rest a little longer.” Monroe cut him off. There was a sinking feeling in his gut, some part lingering fatigue, some part old, cruel voices and festering doubts that dug their claws into his mood. His ears rang from dehydration, and all it reminded him of was his own weakness. 

The ringing in his ears and the headache from the heat called to mind a concussion he sustained during his dungeon delving days. He was the only one on his team that didn’t notice the tripwire. It had been obvious enough to them that they felt no need to warn him about it, and that “obviousness” only emboldened their chastising afterwards when the ceiling came down as punishment for his clumsiness. The collapse cost them the promised loot, and a stone striking Monroe in the head cost him four days of wages in lost time. The shame still burned in his memory when he was alone with his thoughts at night. 

The soreness in his body was an even sore-er reminder of the dozens of times his role in the party was “pack mule”; not “sniper”, “tank”, “lockpick” or anything more involved than being a pair of hands to hold and feet to move. Sometimes packs were thrown at his feet with the expectation he’d pick them up, sometimes it was a “Watch the cart.” barked at him while he stood outside ruins and taverns, his only company the hired mule hitched to it. His “friends” handled the important business inside. 

Monroe’s feet grew heavier with each unpleasant memory. He barely registered Hayden’s “You oka-” before he was in the door, face down on his creaky, stiff bed. When the darkness takes him again, it’s at least a cooler, quieter one.

ROPE MF QUESTION TIME. i want this one because i think a boss battle with rope mf could be crazy cool

23. 👊: What would a boss fight against your OC look like? What attacks would they use and why would they be fighting Kirby?

I’m not great at explaining things but I’ll try my best lol. I’ll start with the set up.

Also this is going to be a very elaborate explanation.

Why would they be fighting Kirby?

The only reason Rope MF would attack Kirby or anyone would be if anyone stole his rope.

The scenario would probably be Kirby and the gang needing rope to build, climb, or to grab something (Tbh I can’t think of anything).

It would probably be an optional boss fight with the choice being:

Be a normal person and buy it from the store

or

Be a horrible person and steal from a random waddle dee (Rope MF)

What would a boss fight against your OC look like?

The boss fight will be broken up into two parts, The Build Up, and The Reveal.

The build up would be Kirby and Bandana Dee (Meta Knight and King Dedede would be on their own side mission) breaking in and stealing a rope.

I know I said I wouldn’t do drawings, but I kinda want people to have a general gist of what Rope MF’s house looks like:

Basically, it would be a maze of ropes that Kirby and Bandana Dee would have to navigate through to get to Rope MF’s chest filled with Ropes.

If Kirby tries to grab a rope that’s apart from Rope MF’s decoration, Bandana Dee will scold him by saying, “Stealing that rope is too obvious, let’s just find something else. He probably has some sort of storage…”

Once they find a good rope to steal, they’ll leave the house and are safe to return to the group until…

The reveal is that Rope MF did notice and they’re pissed.

What attacks would they use?

There are two ways of winning this boss fight:

Confrontation Or Escaping (or a mix of both)

If Kirby is confronting Rope MF or is near him, his fighting style would be very close to the whip ability. 

Close Move-set:

ROPE STRIKE:

Rope MF wacks the player with his rope, similar to a whip.

ROPED-IN:

Rope MF grabs the player, immobilizing them, but the play can escape by wiggling the joystick.

This attack leads to one of these four attacks.

ROPE SLAM:

After the player is roped in by Rope MF will slam the player into the ground in front of him.

RAINBOW ROPES:

Same as the Rope Slam but instead of slamming the player into the ground in front of him. He slams them either to his left or right.

SOUTHPAW:

After the player is roped in by Rope MF will grab and punch the player, knocking them back by a bit.

MUMMY KICKS:

After the player is roped in by Rope MF will grab and kick the player, knocking them back by a lot.

But does make it easier to escape.

(This attack does more damage than the Southpaw.)

If Kirby is escaping from Rope MF, they will have to navigate through the forest, with Bandana Dee giving Kirby directions.

Rope MF will use sets of traps and attacks to slow down or damage the player.

If Kirby is far away from Rope MF he will also use these moves.

Far Move-set:

ROPED-IN (FAR):

Rope MF grabs the player, immobilizing them, but the player can escape by wiggling the joystick.

SPRING PULL SNARE:

If the player accidentally trips on a hidden rope, Kirby will sling into the air and is trapped until you break free by wiggling your joystick or Rope MF catches you and moves into his close move set.

BAITED ROPE SNARE:

If the player is in low health, they might try to collect some food to heal up, but be careful! Some of the food may be traps.

You’ll be trapped inside a box and escaping is the same as before wiggle or Rope MF.

TRIPWIRE DEADFALL:

If the player accidentally trips on a hidden rope, a big rock will fall down and crush the player for a good amount of damage.

ROPE MF-ZAN:

If the player looses sight of Rope MF, he will swing in from a tree and attempt to kick Kirby.

Conclusion:

Whether you defeat or escape from Kirby, you’ll finally gain the thing you were fighting so desperately for!

A rope!!!!

Oooh, okaaay. Gonna combine the best of both worlds then since the kid's been on my mind, you're getting a Transformers OC. XD

Name: Tripwire Age: the equivalent of 17. He is baby. NOW ON TO THE QUESTIONS! 1. are they associated with a certain color? what color do they wear the most?

Surprisingly, yes. Tripwire is associated -- to me, at least -- with dark heather green and the colour of pale green quartzite, which I've seen labeled as 'glacial green'. He's albino, and with Cybertronians having grey-toned skin and going through rapid depigmentation when they die, I didn't want to make him be pale silver. So, instead, his skin has a slight pale green cast to it, that matches the blue-greenish tint to his eyes when he's in shadow. They're pink the rest of the time. As for what he WEARS...well, his armour is the aforementioned dark heather green, but in hard light holo mode, he tends to wear green and grey/black, usually something with plants printed on it. He likes plants.

He's my little archer! Tripwire is scarily good with a bow, and uses a lightweight energy bow that was designed specifically for him as a '5th' (equivalent) nameday gift from Hot Rod. Considering Hot Rod is also the one that taught him how to use said bow, and Tripwire absolutely hates the high-pitched sounds that blasters make (and as a tiny hovercraft ATV he is WAY too small for effective hand-to-hand against the much bigger bots), the bow was a very fitting gift for the just-out-of-toddlerdom Warborn. The handgrip/arrow shelf attaches to his arm, and when he needs to use it, he just pulls it off and clicks it on, and the upper and lower limbs 'grow' from the handgrip, along with the bowstring. The grip will also generate force arrows for him if he does not have access to real metal bolts, using his own electrical energy to create them. This isn't IDEAL, of course, since it drains him, but one does what one must. Damus upgraded the bow for him as he grew, so it would grow with him, and taught him how to aim for targets he could only feel, not see, as Damus' and Tripwire's energy abilities are similar enough that Damus could teach him how to manipulate his senses around electrical fields.

4. how crafty/resourceful are they?

He's a Warborn Cybertronian child, and like the very last generation before the War (Shockwave and Damus' generation) and *all* of the Warborn, he is an Outlier. By default, it means he's super resourceful, because society (and lack of it) was never going to help him survive. He was a toddler with Bee and Strongarm in the middle of a warzone. He knows what to do to survive by any means possible.

He is autistic, so his approach to being resourceful may not be what everyone expects, but generally, he gets the job done, and oftentimes better than how it would have been otherwise. He's very good with his hands, with making little things. Part of it comes from Damus being the adult he is most attached to, and since Damus and Shockwave are both Macgyver-pyros bad enough that they make Wheeljack and Brainstorm side-eye them when they're together...he's picked up quite a few things. He does enjoy making things, though he's found that he prefers making analog things, and in recent times, since discovering Earth and Cybertron's slow rejuvenation, he's found he likes working with wood. There's a lot you can make with wood that is easier for their limited society to deal with, since they don't currently have the infrastructure for a lot of heavy-duty metal construction (y'know, a planet basically dying and then being revived with pretty much nothing but dirt and ruins on its surface will DO THAT to a society), and he's secretly working on figuring out how to build looms, so they can maaaybe start figuring out textile production again, at least on a small, at-home scale.
