We did some triples on #bench, then bench with the #slingshot, then bench with bands. After that, we did a brutal circuit with #stifflegdeadlifts, #pecdips, #yatesrows, and #closegripbench. Luckily I had my @mbslingshot #SuperTraining #truckerhat and my new #STrongwraps to help me look stylish and lift heavy without pain!
