The trilliums are blooming! ♡ These are my favourite flower. (Trillium grandiflora, aka while trillium) Fun facts: Trilliums are illegal to pick in British Columbia. If any part of the plant is damaged, it might kill the whole plant. This includes the other trilliums that are connected to it through the underground rhizomes. It takes seven years for a new trillium to finally bloom. As the blooms age, they turn pink!
