°A few months back I made a joke saying I'd draw Rocket and Moon as Team Rocket and I DID.(the idea sounded funnier in my head)

let's just say that Pete was talking to Moon about Earth's TV shows and Pokemon got mentioned. After learning about the infamous Team Rocket she just NEEDED to get Rocket to dress up with her for the spooky day(MUAHAHAHHA)

When people build more elaborate trash cans to keep raccoons out, the raccoons adapt and figure out how to get to the food--thereby levelling up the whole species!
