NA.MA.STE!🙏🏼 The the recently graduated yogis from the Body of Light Teacher Training Program (aka The Army of the Light) taught by Gina Minyard at @atlyogacollective is honored to bring to you "Karma Class", a 75 min All Levels yoga class taught by the graduates of the program for only $5 ( 💵cash/check only). The class will happen weekly on Sunday's at 4 pm at the Yoga Collective studio starting this Sunday 10/25. Proceeds from the class will be given as a donation to the Centering the Youth Program (non-profit org that brings yoga/mindfulness to youth in the juvenile justice system, homeless and sexually abused) The first yogi on deck to teach the class is the lovely @andreapenno pictured here in a beautiful #trikonasana aka #trianglepose🔺 ....her light shines with her pony tail on fleek might I add.
