Today was my last mixed mode distance work before the tri sprint on Sunday. The workout started with 30 minutes in the pool. Then a drive home and hit the tower, air dyne, and run. The goal was to focus on pacing and transitioning between the elements. The rest of the week will be dialed back and more relaxed to keep moving and steady pacing leading into a rest day on Saturday and then the event on Sunday. #barbellpoet #triAggieland #cardioStillSucks #oldManKnees #betterThanJustRunning #bcsStrong #trainSmart
