This is a #pdCrossAnkle. This pole trick used to be the scariest trick for me. To be upside down is fearing enough then add the difficulty of squeezing your thighs (most esp. if you have thin thighs. HUHU). Through continuous training and letting go of my fears - I was able to do it. And now, it's one of my most stable (and favorite) tricks. I mean, I can stay there foreveeeer!!!! 😂 With much smiles. Thank you, @triumphlingerie for this new Magic Motion Pro padded sports bra. ❤ I am now even more confident to invert.
