DUALITY 💫 by: Duds Ignacio and Kayleen Ortiz ••• Ok, I'll be honest. I don't really like this class. I mean, I don't like partnering in pole. I have trust issues and I do not want to kill someone. What went down last week 😺 ••• Survived demo class in Polecats company class, taught polekittens in Ortigas and Alabang, trained with my co-teachers. I have different roles in the studio. Sometimes I'm the student, sometimes I'm the teacher, sometimes I'm an apprentice. All of those play a vital role in my aerial life. I wouldn't trade any of it. My aerial life started in 2013. 😸 Thank you Polecats Manila for honing the aerialist in me. I love being a student here. Flying and defying gravity in pole, hoop, silks, chair and acroyoga. And, and yes we dance here also, sometimes in heels. In Polecats, I understood my physical body more. I make use of my strengths and work on my weaknesses. In that way, I can proudly say - I never got broken in training ever. #trusttheprocess #yourpaceyourrace and sssh lock your knees and point your toes.
