Households: I was gonna mod the game so I could have more then 8 sims in a household till I realized that required me remembering to not go into CAS so I had to reorganize because I cannot be trusted. The house holds are a bit lop sided because I wanted their to be a theme to their togetherness.

Charcaters Selected: I bascially choose charcaters I liked, were iconic, or I thought would be interesting to interact. I started with a list of 133 then slimmed it down to like 80... then slowly increased to 109. To be fair the 7 were very easy to do cause I could do what I want (AI’s, Parents, etc.). The outfits were the hardest part and after like sim 60ish I gave up doing unqiue outfits for all events so I focused on their main outfit and pruning the random clothing the game gave them. I wanted to fill a world with Horizon sims so that's why I went Ham.

Family Connection: Every family connection is correct except Rost and Aloy but I might use MCCC to correct that. Thats’ why I had to make Jiran, Fashav's Mother, Nakoa's Father because you can’t just make cousins/aunts/etc. in CAS. I made Miriam because I planned to murder her along with others to make a more interesting family tree instead of the blank image till I felt bad. I also made Stemmur Morlund’s dad..... cause I could (I recogize its not canon but he seems like a adopted dad kinda thing).

Relationships: I like rare ships and Beta x Regalla has been on my mind since I saw a post hinting at that. The planned stuff is also not fully set in stone though because I do love almost every ship, just some are more my favs (The gay ships mostly).

Future: I gonna start posting all the Sims and the CC I used in a few days along with the houses I have been making (so far I have made 10 out of 16 houses over 98ish hours).

Travis lets the thick feeling in his throat take over, submits as gracefully as he can to body-wracking heaves that bring up nothing but traces of bile like some strange form of penance, as if maybe his body could be bribed to fix his mind if everything just hurts enough. The dry burning of tired eyes turns wet and scalding, all the muscles of his chest and throat too focused on purging the poison of his thoughts to hold anything else in. His brain feels like it's physically too big for his skull, an inner-ear pressure that feels like flying and a dizzying nauseous swirl that feels like falling, all shoved between ribs creaking with the strain of trying to breath.

His stomach does its best to simultaneously drop into the yawning pit opening under his feet and climb up his throat, hollowing him out until he feels like he might actually be the sort of monster Ebadji thinks he is - if only the self-loathing didn't flood right into the space his internal organs seem to have left behind to eat away like acid at what remained.

He doesn't think being a monster would hurt this much. He'll have to ask Ted.

She steps into the scalding fall of water and stands, shaking, begging the weight of the steam to push the scream back down her throat. She has too much to do. She doesn’t have time for this.

She doesn’t have time, none of them do.

She’d wanted to scream the words at him, reach into his chest with her rage and shake the center of him until some sincerity fell out. And then some had, coated in his bitterness and frustration.

The chill of this sterile, stainless-steel life she’s resigned herself to feels like a prison sentence. She’d been doing her best to ignore the bars, but the cold was sinking into her bones, and Travis’s words echo like the grinding screech of a closing lock.

A low, animal keening rises over the rush of the water.

Elisabet clamps a hand over her mouth as she slides slowly down the wall of the shower, locking her jaws around a sob. Curls in on herself trying to deny it the space it needs to grow.

She sometimes wishes she had The Option, as people have taken to calling it. But choices are for other people. She'd never say it out loud, but she envies Tom his freedom and the knowledge that when his job is done, he can set the burden down and drift painlessly to sleep. She doesn’t think her work will ever be done and the yawning years of confinement stretch out in front of her like a different sort of death.

New things I tried: Writing fic in general. I started writing my first fic that I posted on AO3 12/28/22. The last time I tried to write, AO3 didn't exist, and it was two or three drabbles on Livejournal. Yes, I know I just dated myself. Shut up.

Fic I spent the most time on: What's a Sex Tape Between Friends? hands down. Travis Tate moved into my head and bought up all the real-estate.

Fic I spent the least time on: All Mother's Children I cranked it out in an hour while crying into my Fruity Pebbles about Sona.

Favorite thing I wrote: Other than Sex Tapes? Probably At Ease, Marshal. And then Fashav decided to kick off an entire series on me.

Favorite thing I read: Ohhhh, this is super DUPER hard - I read SO much amazing fic from so many amazing authors! Probably Shorefast by knitbone. The way that they write grief is so intensely visceral that it almost made me feel sick.

Writing goals for next year: Finish these WIPs! Or at least most of them. I feel like my "everyone gets a happy ending but Tekotteh" series Bandage Up the Trenches might take a while, considering I keep adding fics to it...

His throat bruises around the knot of Aaron’s name in the seven steps it takes him to sink to his knees in front of that hideous plaid chair and her grief. 

It’s a silent, dry-eyed devastation that makes his skin crawl, like seeing the floor of the ocean without the water to give it shape, hollowed out and haunted. He can almost hear the splintering crystal and Lizzie’s quiet voice. 

‘What’s one more broken thing in all of this?’ 

“Wichita just collapsed.”
