Afterburn. The Afterburn.
It’s a colloquialism that fills the gap for a lot of feelings. To live in the Afterburn is to open yourself up to all the joys, all the troubles, and all the dilemmas that the Frontier galaxy has to offer.
Orbital Blues: Afterburn is the first sourcebook for Orbital Blues and is split into three sections:
The Starship Manual:
A fully-illustrated in-world spaceship guide featuring a dozen classes of characterful spaceships, complete with adverts and flavour text.
The Storyteller’s Guide:
A GM toolkit which provides tons of helpful tips, tricks and advice on running games of Orbital Blues from the creators themselves. Including different methods of space travel and how to use them, manifests of useful crew equipment that will turn any aspiring cowboy into a Chief Engineer, and random tables for generating content at rapid pace.
The Tennessee Five:
A richly storied adventure made up of the planets of Anchorage IV, Ediston, Gallatin, Ohrid and Rothcoe. This huge sandbox contains all manner of heists and opportunities for enterprising Outlaws to make their mark.
Finally, an appendix gives rules for Android player characters, with a selection of Troubles and Gambits.

Hello yoru yoru, i plan to travel to europe next year and i can remember you mentioning that you traveled a lot, do you have any recommendations? 💛 btw ur my favorite genshin writer
omg i‘m happy for you 🌸 i hope everything that goes on in europe right now calms down tho before you want to go! but from all the countries i visited, my faves were:
france (not biased i swear👺), but not necessarily paris alone, i know it‘s the most famous one and i do feel like if you never visited paris, go for it! i personally feel its a bit overrated, i recommend lyon, marseille and nice!
italy, FLORENCE !!!! rome n lecce 💝 venice too, oh my god i‘m so in love with italy, i‘ve been there as a child a lot and i do visit it every year, i hope to go there once i‘m free again 🌸 i mostly went with my irl best friend because she‘s an italian beauty 😏😏😏😏
the netherlands, i was in rotterdam with my dad a few times and i always liked it a lot, idk i feel like this city has something magical to it! also amsterdam and the best thing in the netherlands imo: weed 💝 (im jk its beautiful there lmao)
the balkans, LISTEN, i swear to you they have the best food 👺 belgrad and novi sad in serbia, zagreb and pula in croatia, skopje and ohrid in macedonia !!! (there‘s many more countries i know but i‘ve only visited those!) ove najviše volim 💝
switzerland, i was living there for a few months and it was in zürich, the air‘s so nice there istg and the food too!! there‘s lots of mountains and i went skiing a lot👺 (also lausanne, i felt like a princess there lmao)
sweden, it‘s been a while since i‘ve been there honestly, i was like 15 i think ??? but i plan to visit it again when my season‘s over! I was in malmo (malmo has two dots over the o but i don‘t have those on my phone 💀) AND FUNNY ENOUGH, i only visited stockholm for two days so i couldn‘t see a lot of it but malmo is beautiful !!! 💝
#there‘s a few more but those are my faves#i hope it helps#all countries are beautiful imo tho!!#like obviously every country is different and that‘s why travelling is so cool#i‘m fortunate enough to be able to have experienced those all and if you got the chance do it!!!!#AND HAVE FUN YOULL FALL IN LOVE WITH EVERYTHING THERE#💝💝💝💝#𖤐 anon'#꒰୨ 𖤐 ୧꒱ answered'

No one asked me to be this specific but my dream plan is as follows:
The trip starts with a one way flight to Lisbon, Portugal, followed by a field trip to Cabo da Roca - the westernmost point of continental Europe. From Portugal, we enter Spain. The base route is through Madrid, since I haven't been there yet, but I'm also considering a route through Andalusia and the Catalan Countries. From there we travel to France, probably through Toulouse and possibly Lyon until we reach Geneva, Switzerland.
There is the option here to add Milano, Italy, to the list before visiting Vienna, Austria. It's a short train journey over to Bratislava, Slovakia. From there it's over to Budapest, Hungary, and then Bucharest, Romania. Ideally, the Romania portion could feature other stops like Timişoara, Cluj-Napoca or Constanța.
From there we travel down to Burgas, Bulgaria. The original trip was then meant to end in Istanbul, Turkey, where Europe meets Asia.
If this isn't long and complicated enough yet, we go to Thessaloniki, Greece over Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and then Ohrid, North Macedonia. From there it's up the Adriatic coast over Tirana, Albania, Budva, Montenegro, with a detour to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and some sort of stop in Croatia, likely Split or Dubrovnik. I'd love to visit Istria again though. We then go to Ljubljana, Slovenia to apologise for me being mean about Slovenia once.
From Slovenia there is a rather big jump to Prague, Czech Republic, although we might stop over in Austria once more. From there we travel to Poznań, Poland. The trip could end there after going back to Germany.
In another version, we continue on to Gdańsk, then Vilnius, Lithuania, Riga, Latvia and Tallinn, Estonia. A ferry brings us over to Helsinki and Turku, Finland, and then again to Stockholm, Sweden. We go south again and cross the bridge over to Copenhagen, Denmark.
The last stretch of the journey might take us to Hamburg, Germany, then Amsterdam, Netherlands, Brussels, Belgium (with option visits again to Leuven and perhaps this time also Bruges), and through Luxembourg to France again where we finish the trip at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
If I try even harder I could probably create a route through every country of continental Europe, minus the ones currently unsafe. This road trip isn't realistic anyway, so why not go all in.
