I saw this tiny pile of debris trundling along the deck railing.
Junk bug
The trashy pack on its back is made of lichen, leaves and dead bodies.
After he sucks the life-blood out of a victim, he stacks its body parts on its back to use as camouflage.
Junk bug
The messy mass moves along slowly searching for its next meal and fashion accessory.
I have to admit I think they are cute once you…
Whoops forgot the whole "update regularly" thing again. I've been in holiday living out the back of a van and driving around Australia. Probably should have posted about that...
Instead, here's a photo my partner Holly took. We found out later it's called a Trash Bug.
so on the subject of the "Crowley is secretly Revaan/Laverne/Levin/please Twst give us his name" theory, I think my feelings are best summed up as "I don't really buy it, but it's funny". like, in all seriousness, I'm not opposed to it; I have enjoyed the writing in Twst so far and I'm willing to trust that whatever happens will, you know, make sense and not be terrible. but I'm just not really convinced by the current evidence! maybe that'll change once we learn more, we'll see!
with that said, may I propose a few alternate theories about the possible Crowley/Revaan connection:
Alright, I'm dragging you all into doing tasks with me today.
I've gotta do a bunch of laundry and dishes and clean floors and stuff, and I hate working alone, so here's what we're gonna do!
When you reblog this and tell me your completed task, I'll add it to a tally and update periodically with a progressive total. Before I go out tomorrow, I'll grab a final count, and that's how many whole food "treat" pieces the birds will get when I get home (a mix of fishies and crickets and mealworms and blueberries and nugget treats and banana pieces etc, all stuff that is a good part of their diet). Tasks can be anything you need to do, but it would make me especially happy for folks to do things they've been putting off or are hard to find motivation to do alone, so the birds can help you back.
No, because ever since someone pointed out that the reason why Cale always thought paper cuts hurt so much more than other kinds of wounds was due to the injuries he received whenever he used 'instant' being identical to paper cuts, and I can't get it out of my head.
Sometimes I remember that despite everything else Harrow is very much a believer in Jod. She truly prays to him, she’s devoted, like her being a nun isn’t for show or something she pretends to be while love The Body in the tomb because she’s separated those so completely in her mind.
And he orders her to be killed. She’s clearly unraveling at the very seams from the moment they meet and immediately has her attend her attempted murderer’s funeral where he praises her over and over again. Harrow begs him to stop G1deon and he can’t even bring himself to tell her that he’s the one that ordered him to kill her. He refuses to let her kill him back even though it’s a fair play at that point!
I don’t know man, I think John is a complex and over all tragic character but thinking about how he’s ruined the lives of countless others either willingly or unintentionally for over ten thousand years…. Maybe he needs to be put down like a rabid dog at this point.
