Sending Love & Solidarity to everyone out there struggling to get through the days. I wore black today to mourn a trans woman from our local community who took her own life yesterday. I was not feeling especially joyous, to put it mildly. But my lovely fiancée, who is the one who has been taking these photos everyday somehow always can make me smile. And she did exactly that while taking these photos. So, I mourn the ones we’ve lost. But I try to remember to celebrate the ones still here.
