People are so weird about tampons being in bathrooms that boys use.. you know what else is in bathrooms that most boys don’t use? Soap. They legit don’t use the soap or paper towels in there why do you care so much about cis boys seeing period products.

#it’s not a big deal #transphobia aside bathrooms can be unisex and intersex ppl have always existed #and things like locker rooms and even bathrooms are used by cis women when there’s maintenance issues #they are in unisex bathrooms many places #but they legit don’t use the soap and paper towels that are in there why are we making a big deal about this #it was for unisex or for schools to decide on a as needed basis - nothing mentioned boys bathrooms #my friend owned a restaurant and they never had to fill the soap in mens room #and for sports events at my school they often switched those and locker rooms based on need #but unfortunately people are even like this in their own homes #the amount of women who were raised to hide their products is so insane to me - its the equivalent of a unused tissue
