#TrainingDay🏋🏽‍♀️#CORE #LowerAbs💪🏽This move is called #TheDragon🐲🐉or #TheRack and, it's from the #BruceLee era and it is a killer core move. I hadn't performed this move in years, and I did okay today🙃However, I want to build up my core in order to execute them like Bruce Lee or my trainer: Keith Nuccio💪🏽Therefore, I will start doing this exercise more often. FYI-I would suggest that you do these on an empty stomach because if you do them correctly, and you just ate-then you will PUKE on yourself😶This is a #GutBuster move!
