#CircuitTraining 🏃🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🚣🏾‍♀️is a form of body conditioning or #ResistanceTraining using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An #Exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. This was an awesome workout💝My trainer Keith Nuccio had me do three circuit sets increasing in time on each at: 30 seconds, 45 seconds and 60 seconds. No I'm not putting 45 pound plates on because (unless you're standing on a stool) you don't even get the full range of motion! In other words-YOU ARE CHEATING! #ThisTheRealDealHolyfield😜 #ExerciseCaution🏋🏾(Pun Intended😉)-NOTE: you need to be at 💯% for this exercise modality! Do not perform this move if you have: bone/joint issues(i.e., shoulders, knees, hips, elbows, wrist, back, neck, etc), high blood pressure, cardio/respiratory issues; the flu/pneumonia, whooping cough, diarrhea, mono, etc! I'm sure you get the point!!! 💯%ONLY FYI-if you don't have a #TrapBar, then try without weights and gradually add dumb bells😉 Execution: To setup for the trap bar deadlift, first step inside the perimeter of the bar, making sure your feet are positioned equidistant between the front and back of the bar. Grip the handles tightly on either side so that your middle finger is in horizontal alignment with the front of your shin, while rotating the insides of your elbows forward. This will help to pick up any slack at the shoulder capsule. Squat your hips down with an arch in your back. Once in position, stand up by driving your feet into the ground, straightening your legs, and thrusting your hips forward.
