💥Should you train when sick? 😷 A question I get asked a lot and thought I would share the answer 🙌🏼 Well it really depends on how you define "sick" for instance a head cold or nasal congestion shouldn't really put a ✋ on resistance or cardiovascular training, however if you have anything "respiratory related" (below the neck) it's time to rest and recover. I love using bodyweight exercises, like these Weighted Dips, for burnouts on Chest or Back day. BootCamp: Saying No edition.
I am too nice. I have been told I am too nice and I admit that I am too nice. Being too nice is a problem just as too much of a good thing is. Learning to butch up and saying no does not come easy, especially when your niceness is genes deep. I got it from my mama.
Over the years, I have taught to myself to say no. Even though there is much progress, it still hasn’t gone that much of a long way…
