In Black Cat, there's a part in the story where Train, the main character, is accidentally injected with nanomachines that unintentionally de-age him back to a kid. In the anime, his kid self is voiced by Minami Takayama.

Sound familiar? It's just like Detective Conan, with Takayama also voicing the titular character. Her performance as young Train sounds just like him too.

In fact, I think this had to be intentional in the anime, since one of the clothes Train's friends make him wear looks similar to one of Conan's outfits.

Notably his undershirt with the suspenders.

Fucked up little piece of symbolism I’ve been thinking about when it comes to Train is with whether people use his name or “Black Cat”. It really gets to me because not only does it show the level of closeness they have with him but also how they view him. Black Cat is the weapon, the assasin, the employee. Train on the other hand is the person, the partner, the aggravator. “Train” is usually what people who know him as a close friend call him and “Black Cat” is what his former and or current employers call him. But the script is flipped with Creed who calls him “Train” because he’s deluding himself into thinking he has that closeness when really he only ever knew the persona of “Black Cat” and never the person that is “Train”.
