Your rule isn’t silly, it’s logical and actually smart and great! If anything, it’s more of a shame onto those that caused this rule to happen. Your rule helps weed out a lot of requests already to help pace yourself and also helps you pay attention to those that don’t read rules or care so much!

Those are good points too. I haven't had an abundance of requests that broke the rules, but I think I have had enough that I need a system in place to filter those. But also something simple that anyone should be able to do :)
