आगरा मेट्रो परियोजना: दिल्ली हाईवे पर बैरिकेडिंग से यातायात व्यवस्था में बदलाव
आगरा मेट्रो परियोजना के पहले कॉरिडोर के अंतिम तीन स्टेशन - आईएसबीटी, गुरु का ताल और सिकंदरा - पर निर्माण कार्य तेज़ी से प्रगति कर रहा है। इस कॉरिडोर के अंतर्गत, जनवरी 2025 से दिल्ली-आगरा हाईवे पर एलिवेटेड ट्रैक के निर्माण के लिए बैरिकेडिंग शुरू की जाएगी। इस प्रक्रिया के तहत हाईवे की छह लेन में से दो लेन अस्थायी रूप से यातायात के लिए बंद कर दी जाएंगी, जिससे यातायात व्यवस्था में बदलाव की संभावना है। बैरिकेडिंग और यातायात प्रबंधन उत्तर प्रदेश मेट्रो रेल कॉरपोरेशन (यूपीएमआरसी) के उप महाप्रबंधक पंचानन मिश्रा ने जानकारी दी कि हाईवे पर आठ मीटर चौड़ाई में बैरिकेडिंग की जाएगी। यह बैरिकेडिंग आईएसबीटी से शुरू होकर सिकंदरा तक जाएगी, जहां ट्रैक हाईवे के मध्य में स्थापित किया जाएगा। शेष चार लेन यातायात के लिए चालू रहेंगी। यातायात व्यवस्था को सुचारू बनाए रखने के लिए यूपीएमआरसी ने गार्ड और पुलिसकर्मियों की तैनाती की योजना बनाई है। नेशनल हाईवे अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया (NHAI), पुलिस-प्रशासन, और मेट्रो अधिकारियों ने इस कार्य के लिए सर्वेक्षण भी पूरा कर लिया है। स्टेशनों का निर्माण कार्य पहले कॉरिडोर के अंतर्गत आईएसबीटी, गुरु का ताल और सिकंदरा तीनों स्टेशन एलिवेटेड होंगे। आईएसबीटी स्टेशन वर्तमान में सर्विस रोड पर बन रहा है। यहां पिलर निर्माण कार्य जारी है, जो जनवरी तक पूरा होने की संभावना है। इसके बाद, गुरु का ताल और सिकंदरा स्टेशनों पर कार्य आरंभ होगा। यूपीएमआरसी के अनुसार, आईएसबीटी स्टेशन से मेट्रो का ट्रैक हाईवे के बीच में आएगा और सिकंदरा तक जाएगा। इस हिस्से में यातायात को निर्देशित करने के लिए डिवाइडर के दोनों ओर चार-चार मीटर सड़क को बैरिकेडिंग के दायरे में लिया जाएगा। आगरा मेट्रो का पहला कॉरिडोर आगरा मेट्रो के पहले कॉरिडोर में ताज पूर्वी गेट से सिकंदरा स्मारक तक मेट्रो परिचालन का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। इस कॉरिडोर में आरबीएस और राजामंडी भूमिगत स्टेशनों का निर्माण कार्य पूरा हो चुका है। जनवरी से नए चरण की शुरुआत जनवरी 2024 से हाईवे के मध्य बैरिकेडिंग का कार्य शुरू होगा। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि बैरिकेडिंग के बाद ट्रैक निर्माण कार्य तेजी से आगे बढ़ेगा। यूपीएमआरसी ने इस कार्य को समय पर पूरा करने के लिए अपनी टीम और उपकरणों को तैनात कर दिया है। परियोजना का महत्त्व आगरा मेट्रो परियोजना शहर के यातायात को सुगम बनाने और पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। मेट्रो के पहले कॉरिडोर के शुरू होने से ताजमहल, आगरा किला, और अन्य प्रमुख स्थलों तक पहुंचना आसान होगा। इसके अलावा, इस परियोजना से स्थानीय निवासियों को भी लाभ मिलेगा, जो अब ट्रैफिक जाम और प्रदूषण से राहत की उम्मीद कर सकते हैं। चुनौतियां और समाधान यूपीएमआरसी ने इस परियोजना के दौरान आने वाली संभावित चुनौतियों को ध्यान में रखते हुए योजनाएं बनाई हैं। हाईवे की दो लेन बंद होने से यातायात दबाव बढ़ सकता है, लेकिन यातायात पुलिस और मेट्रो अधिकारियों की सक्रियता से इस समस्या को कम करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा, बैरिकेडिंग और निर्माण कार्य के दौरान सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता दी गई है। यात्रियों को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा से बचाने के लिए संकेतक, वैकल्पिक मार्ग, और गार्ड तैनात किए जाएंगे। समाप्ति की समय-सीमा आगरा मेट्रो का पहला कॉरिडोर 2025 तक पूरी तरह से चालू होने की संभावना है। यूपीएमआरसी का लक्ष्य है कि निर्माण कार्य समय से पूरा हो और मेट्रो सेवाएं जनता के लिए जल्द से जल्द शुरू की जा सकें। आगरा मेट्रो परियोजना न केवल शहर की तस्वीर बदलने की ओर अग्रसर है, बल्कि यह राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पर्यटन के लिए आगरा को एक नई पहचान दिलाने में भी सहायक साबित होगी। Read the full article
