I bet Mechi was an absolute menace when he used to work in a factory assembly line before he was a mechanitor. His absolute disregard for Work Health & Safety would have him written up all the time- but, as you say, he would look amazing doing it.

Bonus: Mechi after his boss rolled up her sleeves and tried to tie his hair back. She can make him look pretty, but she'll never make him wear eye protection or gloves! Mwahaha!

I love you color coordinated organizers filled with pastels and pencils. I love you bins of excess fabric and yarn. I love you floors covered in curled and chipped wood shavings. I love you work tables and clothes marked with a history of projects. I love you hot kilns and furnaces surrounded by ceramics and glass. I love you artists and crafters and makers bringing color and joy and wonder to our day to day lives ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Whispering Woods Wanderer

Just finished this wooden box for a friend who really likes foxes, and has one arctic fox as a fursona! Honestly, I am pretty impressed with the amount of detail I managed to do here. This work makes me really satisfied! This project was probably the funniest one. I watched the whole show while burning this, that's how long it was!   What is even more satisfying, this box was hand crafted for me, ordered from a small business, and all work burned on it is completely handmade. No lasers and other machines were involved in the process!  Character belongs to Naali. My boxes can be mailed worldwide!

so much of puppetry culture in usa is like that Hippy Yuppie stage in the woods living in a trailer/van/tent to Commune with nature experience so it becomes not only a barrier of class but also of body and of race as it limits the style of puppetry people are less likely to engage with styles that require more controlled environments to be stored and displayed if youre wondering why usa is foam and flour paste dominant in that Field of the Arts
